Nova Inn Manning

Helpful staff

The booking information was incorrect. The hotel does not have all amenities listed on the booking.com site. I had to get a second room to accommodate my party.

Enjoyable stay

It was fine, everything you need for a work stay.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Evening restaurant food was excellent.

No complaints

Nice and clean

It was good all in all

Everything a traveller requires; location just off the highway and, large comfortable beds, pet friendly, reasonably priced, and an attached restaurant that provided me with as good a veal cutlet that I’ve ever sat down to eat.

It is located a few kilometres from town centre, so if one was looking for something more than a clean room and comfortable bed and a decent restaurant, than this hotel might not be your first choice. Complementary breakfast does not provide for bacon and eggs, and all the fixings, but does provide a decent continental spread. (Not that I didn’t like it, just if you were expecting an omelette and bacon, it’s not there)

Clean. Great breakfast.

The hallway was really cold. It seems a bit far from town.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

No complaints.

Liegt super direkt an der Straße - leicht zu finden. Sehr schön für einen Zwischenstopp. Kann ich empfehlen. Sauber. mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gutes Frühstück.

Clean. Spacious. Good amenities. Price.

Unfortunately for that area an enormous snowfall had occurred earlier. The areas roads and streets are a mess. It costs money but better clearing would have been a help.

Clean, up to date, comfortable

The staff

Snowed a lot lol

Pretty much everybody at this facility is in a s***** mood and will treat you like they don't want you to be ther.

Stayed for 5 days and my room didn't get cleaned once

Room had everything you need for a short stay, mini refrigerator, microwave, some utensils and etc. has attached restaurant for an evening meal. Had early breakfast available, basic but sufficient and enough

Staff are excellent and accomodating to requests. Clean, relaxing, and super comfortable hotel.

The restaurant is not fully open for breakfast - continental only - however the coffee is very good.

nice beds!

Was able to get handicap parking right by the front door. Staff is friendly, and very accommodating . Our room was quiet, the bed very comfortable and overall a great experienc3. The continental breakfast the best of any hotel we stayed at. Great variety, fresh, clean area and very good. I highly recommend this hotel

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Easy access to parking.

Nice place. Comfy beds

Nice place. Fair price. Restaurant was very good.

Highly recommended

Enjoy all the comforts this hotel offered.

Staff were excellent, very helpful.

Great place to stay

King bed room was clean. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Good internet. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance issue was fixed right away. Continental breakfast was adequate but I wish they would have instructions posted about how long to heat breakfast items in the microwave. Hallway was very noisy in the late evening and again around 1 am.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices

they held our damage deposit for 3 days and when I called to ask why it was still showing on my account, they said it was up to my bank to cancel the transaction, which, of course, is false since the charge was on my credit card.

Great property

Dishes supplied. Restaurant on site

The housekeeper was so nice & helpful!!

Excellent restaurant attached to the Nova Inn

Nice property

Great rooms really comfortable and easy access for the area which makes it a convenience. Stop for one night or more if one was to choose.

We often stay at the Nova when we’re in the manning area. It’s a great hotel with friendly service and good food as well.

Grill not working first day so no restaurant. Short staff Sat and Sunday so one person had to look after breakfast and front desk. Surely someone could help for first hours of day

A fantastic property with decent amenities. Clean rooms and good service. Comfortable beds and great pillows.

Front desk staff member was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again.

I wish I got his name. The person who checked us in was excellent. So friendly and helpful.

Property was clean and location was perfect.

Front staff explained he was new but was very limited in his knowledge. Didn’t seem to know what an ice bucket was as this was missing from my room the whole time I was there. Business centre wasn’t working. Staff suggested I could email to them and they would print it off. Didn’t feel it was secure.

Switch broken on floor lamp

Clean and comfortable.

Restaurant was close by. Bed was comfortable.

friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. Will stay here again when visiting!

Big moose. No front staff when got there but apologized Food is good

Good small town feel

Not in the middle of town, safe parking, staff helpful with my particular needs.

This was once a nice property but has fallen into disrepair (worn furniture, needs painting, some rooms musty smelling). Some of the desk staff are openly apathetic. That said, it’s the only option in within 100km that isn’t gross. For that reason alone, will repeat.

Friendly staff!

Hot water tap didn’t work in my bathroom, but it was clean.

excellent customer service. Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean

Thin walls, I could hear the people in the room next to me talking. And people walking down the hallway in the morning, it literally woke both me and the hubby up at 6am cause it was so noisy

Nice

Good value and convenient for an overnight stay

The service in the restaurant was extremely poor, the walls are paper thin, the breakfast was cold had to use microwave to heat everything…..not a Holiday Inn that’s for sure!!!!!

Take earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. This place has virtually no sound proofing. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

This property is good but it would be nice if the front desk person hung around more

Quiet, friendly staff, nice restaurant, good parking. The room I stayed has some poor finishing work and damage on the ceiling otherwise it was a great stay! Will stay again:)

Very noisy

Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Love having a fridge, coffee n tea. Clean cozy n roomy.

Restaurant hours are limited. No lobby washroom.

.

It is convenient and very reasonably priced. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities.

The bed was awesome!

Very quiet even when busy. Friendly staff

.

Excellent service and cleanliness.

Not applicable as the stay met all expectations.

The internet was not working and I tried multiple times at different times during my stay. No luck. I accidentally booked two rooms. The night desk clerk said that he would deal with it and deal with Expedia. He knew I was tires after a long drive and took that burden off my shoulders. Well done.

Friendly service, modern facility, convenient restaurant with well prepared food, great complimentary breakfast , good location for travellers

Property and facilities were excellent-better online images would be of benefit to the hotel. Also, storing cleaning equipment in the lobby under the open stairwell detracted from the calibre of facility it was.

Always stay here. Not much around and the restaruant is hit and miss for being open but rooms and staff are great

Nice stay

Room

Free breakfast too. Gas Stns close.

Great reception and breakfast included.

comfy beds, clean rooms and great breakfast

Easy check in, ample parking, pet friendly rooms, fridge, microwave and dishes in the room, clean, and a good breakfast.

Rooms are very comfortable and roomy. Property is clean and tidy. Restaurant food is very good.

Restaurant only opens at 5pm.

Well maintained
