Lovely boutique hotel very close to metro , staff were exceptional and a the breakfast was tasty. Provided a couple of treats which was really appreciated.

Maybe the shower was a little small but this was probably the result of refurbishing an older building.

Tolle Zimmer und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Die kleinen Geschenke jeden Tag waren immer eine kleine Freude, als wir abends zurück kamen

Der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Reinigungspersonal hinterließ jeden Tag eine kleine kulinarische Überraschung im Zimmer. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung könnte nicht besser sein (U-Bahn unmittelbar vor der Haustür, Bushaltestelle 100 Meter weiter). Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein sehr schönes Einkaufszentrum. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Jeder Raum hat ein anderes Konzept. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrte. Rührei oder Spiegelei wurde frisch zubereitet.

Good location very close to the tube station. The room was big, spacious, with fridge and bathroom, and it was cool without the need of an air conditioner.

The breakfast was adequate and covered our needs. However it could have offered more variety (fried eggs or others options). More hooks are needed in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. The shower sometimes was leaking. These are minor points, in general we were happy of the whole environment.

Colazione

The entrance to the metro station that can take you both to the city center and the airport is right in front of the front door. The staff is extremly nice and helpful, they treat you like a family member rather than regular guest. There is a Lidl market around the corner and a shopping mall across the streat. There is also a gluten-free bakery nearby.

In general our stay was very pleasant but if I am picky I would point out that: - Its an old building and there are some steps that you have to carry your luggage over. - The noise from the planes can be pretty disturbing since they fly up to midnight and can start as early as 5:30 am. - The doors to the rooms are pretty thin so you will hear if you have noisy neihgbours. - The breakfast isn’t very varied and you might get bored of it after a few days.

Posizione eccezionale all'uscita della metro rossa e blu, comodissima per aeroporto e centro. Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Buona la colazione, abbastanza varia.

La camera grande ha un bagno troppo stretto per le persone alte, quando ci si siede sul wc si tocca il muro di fronte.

A szállás központi helyen van, közvetlenül a metro mellett, mégis nyugodtan tudtunk aludni! A személyzet nagyon kedves (köszönünk mindent Ana! :), a reggeli is jó volt! Ajánlom! :)

Lo espaciosa que es la habitación. Bien insonorizada del exterior, personal muy amable y atenta, la ubicación en un buen barrio y con la boca de metro justo en la puerta, lo que lo comunica con todo Lisboa. Habitación muy limpia y con mobiliario moderno.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr schön eingerichtet. Hotel ist in einer Altbauwohnung, direkt an der U-Bahnstation São Sebastião. Die Frau an der Rezeption hat uns sehr gute Tips für einen Tag in Lissabon gegeben.

Posizione ideale, praticamente dentro la metropolitana. Colazione ottima e staff estremamente gentile

Camera spaziosa, ben attrezzata. Check in disponibile oltre orario con istruzioni facili. Metropolitana sotto all’appartamento con collegamento diretto all’aeroporto e al centro.

Gostei da organização, da limpeza, da simpatia, da dedicação e disponibilidade das funcionárias. Uma equipa muito jovem. A D. Beatriz e a D. Margarida foram incansáveis e sempre muito profissionais. Outra funcionária que não sabemos o nome, fez um bolo de maçã muito bom. A localização é excelente e o pequeno-almoço muito bom. O facto de ser um B&B/ AL dá-nos independência. O lounge é um espaço confortável e acolhedor com livros e onde existe fruta, bolos e bebidas à descrição. O colchão era bom e proporcionou uma noite de sono muito confortável. A decoração é simples e tem um mini frigorífico no quarto. Senti-me em casa. Obrigada por tudo.

The room was comfortable and spacious. very good location - the the metro just 5 steps literally and to the center a very nice walk via via Liberdad.. Deliscious and fresh meals for breakfast. The only little thing is that when you open windows, it can be quite loud due to traffics and airplanes landing. But the friendliness of people, the room, the nice old building with cool elevator compensates it all.

A estadia no Feeling Eduardo VII surpreendeu pela positiva, desde as comodidades do quarto, o serviço prestado pelos funcionários, até à localização fantástica.

Tudo estava incrível, fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos durante toda nossa estadia, o staff realmente nos fez sentir em casa, uma das melhores estadias que já tive! Se voltar a Lisboa, será nesse hotel que ficarei. Parabéns a toda equipe pelo trabalho.

Très bien placé à proximité du métro. Un accueil formidable et du personnel très souriant et amical. Un endroit cosy avec une histoire, des histoires. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace. Une vrai parenthèse en pleine ville.

Struttura bella situata in un quartiere ricco della città di Lisbona. Posizione perfetta, fermata della metro sotto al palazzo e collega sia l’aeroporto che il centro città. Disponibilità e cordialità della host da 10!

Forse il prezzo può essere più basso rispetto a quello proposto. Colazione semplice, potrebbe essere arricchita. L’assenza del condizionatore su alcune stanze sicuramente è una nota dolente se si alloggia l’estate. Dovendo dormire con le finestre aperte si sente il rumore della città e degli aerei che atterrano all’aeroporto di Lisbona.

Boutique accommodation in a great district. Bedrooms are lovely. Staff go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Convenience of a metro station outside the building - can get to Lisbon destinations quickly and easily.

No air conditioning. Apparently there are 3 rooms with air conditioning and ours was not one of them. It was very very hot in Lisbon and all we had was a fan. It was not comfortable. The bathroom was long and very narrow so that you had to sit sideways on the toilet to prevent your knees from touching the opposite wall.

The location is perfect. Close to the Eduardo park with the amazing views of Lisbon from the top of the park. The room is in an apartment of a 1920s fully refurbished building. Therefore, there are only few people sharing the rooms in the large apartment. So the ambience is very relaxing and feels like home. Breakfast is perfect with a choice of cooked eggs and a buffet with a pleasant service. The room was clean and modern with all the facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect stay.

Sehr großes Bett und Zimmer, Metro direkt vor der Tür, Aufzug vorhanden , sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück . Es gab jeden Tag kleine Geschenk hen aufs Zimmer , sehr aufmerksam.

Wir waren bei über 30 grad da und es gibt keine Klimaanlage , es war zu heiß. Die Straße ist laut und auch die Dusche, wenn man Wasser nimmt . Das Frühstück ist für Leute mit frühen Terminen zu spät.

Proximité d'une station de métro avec 2 lignes : celle de l'aéroport et celle du centre historique. Hôtel propre, confortable, l'accueil est sympathique, chambre spacieuse. Flexibilité sur l'heure de sortie. Comme ma chambre n'allait pas être réutilisée avant la fin d'après-midi, on m'a proposé de rester un peu plus longtemps. On m'a également proposé de m'installé dans le salon pour télétravailler si je le souhaitais, aussi longtemps que nécessaire même après avoir libéré la chambre.

Connection wifi/internet à améliorer. Le petit déjeuner commence seulement à 8h30, ce qui est trop tard si l'on doit se rendre au bureau de bonne heure.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any issue that arose. The location was excellent and extremely convenient, with a metro station right outside the hotel. The breakfast was very good, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and cake available throughout the day. We also enjoyed the thoughtful welcome snacks and drinks that were provided every day.

The bed and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom would also benefit from having towel hooks and a towel rail, as there was nowhere convenient to hang towels.

Sehr netter Service, sehr schöne Zimmer - man fühlt sich willkommen. Auch auf Kleinigkeiten wie eine Karte zur Begrüßung wird Wert gelegt. Toplage an der U-Bahn-Station und am Park Eduardo VII.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Der Preis ist relativ hoch, allerdings der Qualität/Lage halbwegs angemessen.

Atendimento, em especial de Beatriz na nossa chegada. A localização realmente em frente ao corte inglés com o metro realmente na porta.

Acredito que poderia ser incluído um cofre e o banheiro poderia ter uma iluminação melhor, principalmente que atinja a área do box e como brasileiro, sinto falta da ducha higiênica. Mas nada que desabone a estadia, tendo em mente que se encontra num antigo prédio residencial que foi reformado para esta finalidade no andar. Muito agradável, cheiroso e limpo, com complementos como frigobar, garrafa de água e uns mimos na chegada. Retornarei com certeza.

The location is perfect. The metro station is right in front of the hotel. And the property manage is also wonderful.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, leichter CheckIn, auch außerhalb der Anwesenheit der Mitarbeiter. Kleines süßes Frühstück, was liebevoll hergerichtet worden ist. Saft , Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Man wurde gefragt, ob man frisches Rührei möchte. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und bei Bedarf auch die Handtücher getauscht. W-LAN im Zimmer vorhanden. Lidl Supermarkt im Haus, dass man für den Citytrip bewaffnet ist. METRO Station vor der Haustür. Klasse!

Kann jetzt nichts negatives für die kurze Zeit berichten

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Station São Sebastião und ist somit sehr gut zu erreichen bzw ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unser Zimmer war wirklich schön. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Es ist eine eher kleinere und familiäre Unterkunft.

Da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, sobretudo da Ana que nos acolheu como se fosse a nossa casa. Da limpeza e do pequeno almoço, sem esquecer o cházinho noturno com bolachinhas e bolo.

Do espaço para tomar duche. É muito pequeno...😁

Estadia perfeita. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, o staff é receptivo e muito gentil. O café da manhã é delicioso e com bastante diversidade. O cuidado que os proprietários tem com o hotel é perfeito, tudo muito arrumado e ainda deixam cortesias toda noite. A localização é muito boa, na frente do metrô.

The location near a beautiful park, is worth a lot and the fact that there is a metro station in front of the hotel. The bed and the water pressure in the shower are fine! The breakfast was also very good, thanks to the tireless efforts of all the staff that works there, always with a smile on their face! Thank you Beatriz, Ana, Nuno, Adriana, as well the staff that cleans the room and fries eggs in the morning! You made our holiday in Lisbon a memorable one! :)

Well, the dressing table, in the room, is worn out, as well as the fan too! More hangers in the wardrobe are necessary for two people. The light in the bathroom needs to be stonger. Can't the management provide a serving trolley, or a trolley rack for trays, or sth like that, so that the staff don't need to lift and carry the dirty crockery to the kitchen, every now and then? The way it is now makes everything more complicated for both the guests and the staff!

Nous adorons séjourner au Feeling Eduardo VII. C'est calme, confortable, idéalement situé, et l'accueil de Ana et Nuno est exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le salon idéal pour se détendre.

Éclairage de la salle de bains insuffisant. Climatiseur bruyant.

Snídaně byly skromnější, ale dostačující. Lokalita dobrá, delší pěší vzdálenost od centra, ale nevadilo nám to. Personál moc milý, vstřícný, vždy usměvavý.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, Everything was sparkling clean. The breakfast was simple and lovely. The breakfast room/lounge was comfortable. The staff was amazing, So friendly and helpful. The San Sebastiano Metro stop is feet from the entrance making it so easy to get around the city. This is a little gem of a place. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel is absolutely lovely and the staff exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful, and the lounge/breakfast room was open at all hours, offering coffee, tea, cookies, and cake throughout the day and evening. The two young ladies who worked the front desk during our stay were helpful, caring, and fun. The location worked well for us. The metro stop is literally right in front of the hotel and allowed for us to easily get around the city.

列車の駅からも空港からも乗り換えなしでアクセスでき、とても便利な立地でした。すぐ近くにデパートがあり、地下のスーパーでお土産を購入できたのも良かったです。 また、地下鉄の駅から徒歩20秒ほどと非常に近く、観光や移動にも大変便利でした。 お部屋は写真で見た印象そのままの素敵な空間で、とても清潔に保たれていました。立地・設備ともに満足度が高く、快適に滞在することができました。

スタッフがとても親切だという口コミを多く見ていたため期待していましたが、私の経験は少し異なりました。 一人のスタッフの方は特に問題なく、普通の対応でした。しかし、朝食時にコーヒーをこぼしてしまった際に対応した別のスタッフの方の態度には残念な思いをしました。 コーヒーをこぼしたのは私の不注意ですが、ポットの使い方がよく分からなかったことも原因でした。すぐに謝罪しましたが、スタッフの方は私を無視するような態度で片付けを行い、とても怒っているように感じられました。 もちろん私に非があったことは理解していますが、その際の対応は親切とは感じられず、不快な気持ちになりました。リスボン滞在の最後に残念な印象が残ってしまったことが心残りです。

Poloha, vstřícný personál ( moc milá mladší recepční ), možnost kávy a čaje během dne a vynikající koláč k dispozici. Ubytování přímo na stanici metra. Super byla možnost zakoupení lahvinky vynikajícího portugalského vína za dobrou cenu ( samoobsluha ). Jen mi chyběly na něj skleničky 😁

Nos ha gustado todo tanto la atención del personal. Beatriz siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos como la ubicación. Justo delante hay una parada de metro. Cada día nos dejaban un detalle en la habitación para reponer fuerzas. Un día manzanas, otro galletas y el último vino de oporto. Un diez .

Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, z łatwym dostępem do centrum miasta oraz komunikacji miejskiej - metro tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu. Pokój był czysty, komfortowy. Każdego dnia w pokoju mieliśmy małą niespodziankę, a to ciasteczka, owoc albo małą karafkę wina Porto. Szczególne uznanie należy się personelowi, który był niezwykle uprzejmy i serdeczny. Pozdrawiam i dziękuję jeszcze raz. To doskonałe miejsce dla osób odwiedzających Lizbonę. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel, a ja chętnie zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

Tutto molto bello e sistemato. Colazione abbondante e variegata, accoglienza alla reception gentile e sempre disponibile. Ogni giorno al rientro in camera siamo stati accolti con delle "attenzioni gastronomiche" molto buone e ben gradite. Complementi a tutto lo staff ed in particolare ad Anna.

Béatrice and Ann were such good courteous hostesses.They answered all our quetions.with alot of added information. The breakfast was good,. We were right outside of a metro station that took us downtown in 5 minutes.
