APA Hotel Isehara-Ekimae

Location is walking distance to station and where I work.Clean room , with good service.

Nothing. I stayed here every year when I need to work at Isehara area.

The staff was really helpful and the place was really clean. The free entertainment was very welcome as well, unfortunately for some reason my phone wouldn't pair to the free wifi but thankfully my tablet did.

Nothing in particular, maybe more clear instructions on housekeeping? I wasn't aware I had to leave a bag outside with the used towels etc. but I got around it. The price was reasonable but as everyone we always like things cheaper.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Nothing.

This property was a 5 minute walk from the Isehara station for easy transiting. There are different restaurant options and convenience stores nearby. The room was also very spacious and the staff were very nice and considerate. We loved the hotel experience.

Convenient location . Small room but enough for what we needed to do

It was clean, all the necessities, with a good entertainment system. Close to the station and at a great price.

There's no temperature adjustment in the room. It's automatically set for all rooms

The place is peaceful and not too far from the train station.

Only a few places to find food. We ended up buying from the convenience store.

Good location for Isehara station by walking distance. Easy to walk to Tokai University hospital where I had the training

I stayed on 4th floor which is non smoking floor, but I can smell the cigarette from 3rd floor 😅

The room is clean and comfortable, I slept well and feel great when getting up around 5am

Everything is good

Reception, cleaning, Confort

nothing. all ok

Good location (I wanted to be close to station, in order to travel to a location on that line) Good value for money.

Aircon switched to winter heating mode, despite the weather being unusually warm. There should be flexibility on this, allowing guests to use it to cool too if necessary. It was a little difficult sleeping. Only option was to open window (which I did), but no mosquito netting covering them. Breakfast good, but for 1,200 yen could be better. Scrambled eggs a little runny and undercooked. Bacon would be nice (and fried eggs option too). Only one cereal available. A few more options would be good. Nice fresh salad though.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were courteous and nice. Good value for the cost. Great location, a few minutes walk to Isehara station. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Stayed in a semi-double room and for 2 people the size of the room and bed were decent. The TB were a bit small but it was okay since it was clean.

Perhaps the hotel could provide more than one pillow for each guest, as the pillows were a bit thin. The room also had a musty smell when we came in, so we just opened the window. A humidifier would have been great. But overall, for the cost, I'd say it's good value.

Staff were professional and nice. Room was small but it’s so cheap so no complaints! Lots of movie selection. Staff were informative. Room was clean. I have no complaints!! Apa can’t go wrong. Convenient location.

Good staff, Good service and accommodation. Recommend for travelers and tourists.

Nothing

The staff is very nice and the hotel is clean. I was expecting the typical APA standard like in Tokyo, but this hotel is older. The ventilation / air con is not my favorite. Anyway sleeping well is possible.

Very good value for the money which is the main reason for my stay. Clean room, quiet, with comfortable bed. A short walk to the station. Helpful and polite staff.

It's a small room with a huge TV. Not really an issue, though. It's Isehara, so there's really nothing going on here - I would not recommend for tourists or short term travelers unfamiliar with Tokyo area.

The room was spacious and clean.

welcome drink available breakfast good

nothing
