Rico desayuno, buena ubicacion, macanudo el señor aunque no interactuamos mucho.

Mejorar en el ruido la primer noche de roedores arriba del techo

El hombre que se encuentra en la casa es muy amable y agradable. El día que llegamos usamos el servicio de lavandería y en el mismo día nos devolvió la ropa limpia y seca. Todo estaba muy limpio.

L’emplacement dans Tam Coc est parfait pour profiter pleinement de la région. La chambre était très bien, dans un charmant petit jardin. Et l’accueil vraiment très sympa !

There was a smell of mould and mould spots on a throw cushion. Also had to pay for bottled water that was left in the room.

La gentillesse de la personne, vraiment une perle qui nous a toujours arrangé, preparé de bons petits déjeuner et nous a même accompagné au bus. L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme et pourtant à 1 min du centre. Très pratique de louer un vélo ou un scooter de l'hôtel. Communication très facile. Ils sont très arrangeants La literie était confortable.

Nice place, owners are very kind! Breakfast is good and you can also rent bikes. But bring earplugs it get a bit loud at night.

Jeden z dwóch wynajętych pokoi był super, duży, z wygodnym łóżkiem. Lokalizacja w cichej uliczce, chociaż rano szczekają psy i pieją koguty, takie uroki wsi, trzeba brać pod uwagę. Miłe było to, że właściciel pozwolił nam zostawić u siebie bagaże w dzień wymeldowania aż do wieczora. Śniadanie było ok (jednego dnia były naleśniki, a drugiego zupa, codziennie kawa i herbata), ale nie polecam rezerwować z myślą o nim, w pobliżu jest sporo restauracji, gdzie można zjeść porządne śniadanie za nieduże pieniądze.

Wynajęliśmy dwa pokoje i o ile z jednym z nich wszystko było w porządku, to w drugim otwierało się tylko jedno małe okno, więc nie było możliwe porządne przewietrzenie pokoju i przez to mocno było w nim czuć zapach grzyba. Także loteria, na który pokój się trafi, bo oba były wynajmowane w tym samym standardzie, ale zdecydowanie nie prezentowały tego samego standardu.

Cosy and calm, away from the bars and tourist spots elsewhere in Tam Coc, but at the same time very conveniently located. The owner and his brother were very helpful and rented us well-maintained bikes for a small fee. Breakfast changed every day. This was really a great place, for a very reasonable price!

The bicycles at Eco House that we rented was good quality mountain bikes, so we were able to explore lesser travelled roads, which turned out to be great fun. Eco House is situated in an area where there are plenty of good bars, restaurants, massage parlours and coffee shops. Breakfast served in the garden was a nice bonus.

Great stay with a lovely host, comfy room, and great location. There are cockerels nearby so I would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

The owners were so lovely and accommodating to our every need. We hired bikes for the day from them for a very good price, they let us park our scooter in the court yard. WiFi was very good. Lastly the bed was massive and very comfortable.

Our toilet smelled of sewage on day 1. By day two it subsided.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and changed every day (first day: omelette with eggs; second day: pancakes with honey and banana). Quiet place, very clean and very cosy. Walking distance everywhere in Tam Coc. We absolutely loved our experience here and absolutely recommend it.

The place is very nice, The bathroom is superb. The bed is very comfortable. The place has an ambiance for nature and relaxation both inside the room and outside. The host, Duc is the best, hands down, a perfect representation of what a host should be. It's a walk away from resto, cafe, store, and the river tour.

It is exactly as per the photos. It is managed by a sweet and very helpful man. Always friendly and going out of his way to help you. This is great if you are looking for clean and affordable overnight accommodation.

The couple was so sweet! It was so peaceful and the room was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious 🤍 I paid a small fee for my laundry to be done and it came back smelling so good, thank you so much 🙏

It's very difficult to communicate because the owners don't speak a word of English and it seems to be difficult also with Google translate. As soon as you leave the room they will turn off the electricity in the whole building.

A lovely, authentic place in Tam Coc. The bungalows are clean and peaceful, within the garden of the 2 housekeepers. They are always there to offer assistance. You can also rent a bike directly, which is a great way to discover Ninh Binh rice fields and landscapes. I recommend!

The property is close to everything. It is walking distance to the main street and you can walk everywhere. The property is very serene and beautiful because of the garden within the homestay.

It was difficult to communicate because the property hosts could not speak English and so even as we would use Google Translate it was still difficult. Breakfast options should be expanded to include more western food. Our AC was not warming up. The room was not well ventilated and aerated (lacked air circulation). Consequently, the room would get stuffy and dump all the time. The bathroom would not dry up because of this also. There was no space or provision outside to hang and dry towels or inner wears, and they wouldn’t dry in the bathroom for days. The host charged their bicycles higher than other vendors outside. They charged 60,000 dong while outsiders charged around 39,000 dong. It would be better if there was a reduced rate for tenants. The house didn’t have a kitchen, you use the host’s kitchen and while this is okay it would have been best if there was a dedicated kitchen or kitchenette for guests so that one feels more comfortable while making meals.

Petits bungalows au fond d'un jardin ( potager ) . Acceuil tres chaleureux . Attention sur la resa on apercois une piscine, ce nest pas le cas . Le frere du propriétaire etait la pour nous accueillir. Il ne parle pas un mot d'anglais mais vous arriverez a vous comprendre. Il est tres gentil et ultra serviable. Vous pouvez louer egalement velo et scooter sur place . Je recommande ( attention 4 ou 5 coq qui chantent des 4h du matin , si cela vous gene n'y allez pas les parigots)

This review is from off season visit - less people and less workers to keep things running I believe. Price was good, 250VDN for the Delux King Room with breakfast. Breakfast is very limited (noodle soup, bananas, bread with eggs) but quality good. Location is great and is a bit off the main road and therefore more calm. Room was ok clean and nothing to really complaint about when looking at the price. WiFi is ok and the bike rental is actually great.

Downside: - communication on site is very difficult. The sister of the owner and some one else is on site and they really do their best. - roasters all around the property, so early wake up is the Programm. - we had a mice or something with the roof of our small house and this made a lot of noise and it is always during the night. When asked the staff about it the answer was “ok”.

only place that didn’t hike up prices for the holiday period. very quiet, only 2 or 3 rooms. friendly staff. off a side street from main drag, only two min walk - but super peaceful. good value, comfy bed.

there is no area to really sit and relax, but there are many other places in the town to do that.

We had an amazing experience staying at Tam Coc Ecohouse and extended our stay just for this place. It's very quiet, peaceful and private. The host is always around and really helpful. He can't speak English but Google translate is a great tool! The room itself is really clean and comfortable. High ceilings, an amazingly comfy bed, big windows. We had a rain day and were happy to spend it all in our cozy room watching the storm. Breakfast is served on lovely patio overlooking the vegetable garden. It's mostly local foods and different every day. You never know what you're going to get and we loved that. It doesn't include coffee or tea, but we happily got one in town before or after. We rented a motorbike from the host and it was in great condition, not like other rental bikes which can be rough, bordering on dangerous.
