Reviewed Oct 22, 2023They were very nice but no bike rentals or connections for them is unfortunate given location. Close to night market...great...but need bike to explore. Very little English so days the person had zero at front desk. Breakfast was cold, from some reason they didn't light the warmers under the dishes, even coffee was not kept hot. Room was clean. Use of washer for clothes appreciated. Bathroom good.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2023優點：民宿的房間景觀很好，看不太到日出但面向太平洋。房間整潔，房間跟廁所的空間蠻大的。冷氣夠冷。民宿有四個停車位，但基本上都停滿，附近很多民宿，所以一整條的路上也不太好停車，可能要走比較遠。有提供早餐，但選擇不多，所以我們也是到外面吃。 缺點：櫃檯阿姨態度有待改善，在電話跟我們說「我們這裡不是飯店，太晚來我們還要派人加班。」我們覺得阿姨在電話的口氣不用那麼差吧，請我們早點到就是了。房間沒有衣架，我們有自己出外面買。

Reviewed Jun 16, 2023We stayed in Hualien to do a Taroko Gorge tour. I chose the Hi Inn because it had an ocean view and a breakfast for a reasonable price. I gave it 5 stars based on: room was modest but comfortable; location near amazing night market and ocean; service; BREAKFAST. I felt like I was in someone’s home and they fixed me a hearty breakfast for my busy day. Sure, the hotel is not in perfect shape, but if you lived on shore where there are typhoons, would you? There is construction across the street but that wasn't a big deal. It was clean, reasonably priced. We would return in a heartbeat. Did I mention the pork Bao Buns?

Reviewed May 28, 2023Hi Inn is close to the beach and Dongdamen and is easy enough to reach from Hualien Station via taxi. Our room had a partial view of the sea and was spacious enough for both of us. Breakfast was average, and the stay would be better if the pillows were firmer and the towels didn't reek so strongly of bleach.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2021到東大門夜市很方便，但如果要去便利商店反而要走比較遠，建議入住前先買齊需要的物品。因為民宿沒有停車位，在熱門時間會比較難找停車位，需注意一下。另外雙人房緊臨馬路，好處是晚上坐在陽台就能聽到海聲，缺點是關上窗後還是可以聽到一些汽機車的聲音。 早餐建議能再豐富一些，定能增加更多好評

Reviewed Jan 10, 2020實際住進去覺得房間很小！離東大門夜市很近！雖然夜市的東西有點雷...下次有機會去夜市可能會先吃飽再去逛！ 房間的盥洗用品只有洗髮精跟沐浴乳？！因為不知道沒提供牙刷牙膏之類的所以還走去小七買，這點我覺得不是很好！如果沒提供這些應該告知旅客好讓我們有所準備！

Reviewed Aug 18, 2019寵物友善，服務週到，環境乾淨舒適。離夜市很近很方便，想逛夜市的朋友最佳選擇。退房後行李都搬上車，突然車子發不動了，因太陽太大，帶著女兒與毛孩走回飯店，跟老板說明車發不動要再借坐一會，熱心的老闆二話不說，主動去開車要替我們的車充電，還好老板大力相助，我們才能順利發動車子，開去車廠換電瓶，平安順利回到台北。非常感謝老板相助，熱心好心的店家。

Reviewed Nov 8, 2018雖然是在下著雨天的日子到訪，但是住宿兩晚的體驗是讓人像回到家般的放鬆。早餐也很美味，出乎我意料的份量，讓人十分飽足，而且店家服務親切，有問必答，還幫忙我們提供許多資訊。雖然有風雨的打擾，但從窗戶就能看到那藍藍海洋，心情總能愉快許多。如果有再到花蓮，會想再入住。

Reviewed May 30, 2018we stayed for a few days. The place is a few minutes drive from the station. But the host offered to pick us up and drop off. The host is very helpful and provided advice and tips to explore the area or things to do in Haulien area. The place is new and very clean. Buffer Breakfast was sufficient. I would certainly stay again for a short break in Haulien
