Everything were written in german, so we did not know how to get new towels, and we missed a lot of info, but this will not compromise your stay, you need just to translate everything, when you can. And the team is helpful I would expect minimum room service ( take trash etc) with this price, but they propose to you service for cleaning with additional fee, but you need to know it The bed is quite hard, for me was ok but not for my husband, and some pillows need to be replaced, they look for me not confortable at all I would go back despite this

Reviewed Oct 6, 2023Everything was beyond our expectations. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is in in the heart of the beautiful town Ladis near the Burgsee lake, we got the super-summer card that enabled free access to all public transport in the area, including the lifts. The apartment itself was spacious and equipped with all necessary items. The wellness area was perfect and included several saunas and pool area, at the highest standard. We really enjoyed our 10 days trip in this hotel and we will definitely recommend everyone to stay there.
The only downside that I can think of is the operating hours of the wellness area - They saunas are closed at 20:00 snd the pools at 19:00..that was a bit tight on our schedule since we are traveling during the day, so I would recommend to expend the hours for a bit later.
