Spending time with my family. Thats it, this hotel went down a bit.

The food, there's no good restaurants in the area, the hallway carpet is real dirty... the rep behind the desk accepting my info gling to ask me, do I have a ID? I found that to be a bit racist! When the Caucasian guy was told, let me see your ID. Listen retrain your workers tgank you... i will be looking for another pla e to enjoy with my family. Also the wifi is extreamly slow. Look at what my kids and myself were subject to look it.

I forgot I had pre-paid for breakfasts when I made my reservations a month prior so did not use them. It would have been nice if the clerk at check in had reminded me! Also room never cleaned during 3 day stay however towels were provided.

The front staff was amazing, friendly and kind. The bartender was friendly and kind and made good drinks,

next morning staff was not. I don't know if they were overwhelmed, but no smiles, seemed frustrated with everyone.

The staff was very helpful when sorting out a booking issue. The breakfast was tasty. The pool was fine and the room was clean which is the most important thing.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great. It was warm and you can’t adjust the thermostat. Price seemed a little high for the stay.

The reception was spectacular. Very kind and welcoming.

The bed was comfortable and all the appliances worked. They take noise enforcement and security seriously. Desk agents did what they could to be accommodating, or at least pleasant. Room service prompt to clean on request. The restaurant had tasty meatballs.

Had family staying in the adjacent room prior to our arrival who told us that there was a drunken domestic dispute that they had to call security numerous times to resolve. When we walked into that room, there was still mystery liquid splashed on the sofa bed, wall, and curtains. My wife found two shards of glass in the carpet and I found three more. I called the front desk, who sent someone up with a vacuum cleaner, and even then, my wife saw thick dust on the corner edges of the carpet. Other random areas were obviously not dusted or cleaned regularly. Not a great environment for our 3-year-old, nor what you'd expect for the price per night of a king suite. There was some gangbanger-looking guy puffing on a cigarette each time we pulled up to the carport, with nobody enforcing the non-smoking sign. The housekeeping staff themselves routinely blocked the two elevators, or used them for their cleaning carts--I guess the property doesn't have staff or industrial lifts? The elevators were already completely insufficient to manage the volume of guests, and we frequently waited up to 5 minutes for an elevator with space. Despite booking.com reporting that breakfast is available, all food must be purchased through their in-hotel pub, which charges an average of $15 per (small) entree. Finally, we abruptly needed to leave the hotel a day early, and told them 36 hours in advance. They told us to contact booking.com, who told us to ask the hotel for approval. The hotel stressed contacting booking.com. I called b.com's customer support, who called the property, who denied my request for a partial refund. They acted like they were powerless to enforce

The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and efficient.

We were in room 107 on the main floor and it was next to a utility closet. Someone made a racket there, and there were people making a lot of noise in the lobby in the mornings.

Did not stay at property cancelled reservation cannot get my refund because cannot get a representative from either party to call each other to confirm the reservation was cancelled and approved even though i sent several emails from the property and from booking. Noone will call each other. Im out 266. And never stayed there. I'm calling better business bureau

We did not get breakfast. I am from Long Island and my wife, and I travel from Georgia to come up there to visit my family. Love the place and love the location it is. Very close to my family so we don't have to travel longer to see them.

I called to check on my reservation end date and was told I was ok to stay another night as planned in my stay but was unsure because of all that was going on with me and my family and when I got back from the fur wrap was charged and extra day I explained this to the gentleman at the front desk and he didn’t care about it I told him that I would leave but I would have to sleep in my car but he insisted it was ok and told me the price and I hope my bank account is not overdrawn because it was an unexpected change due to the fact I only had enough to pay for my original stay I’m disabled and I wouldn’t have been able to sleep in my car comfortably but I didn’t want to have to pay for another night. But hopefully I will be able to fix it with my bank they said they tried to call me but was calling the wrong number and the phone in the room didn’t work.

Doing business with Booking.com-I will never book with you again!! The hotel was great but I had an issue and requested a revision and sent it overnight. You never responded, and never answered or assisted my request. No one has still gotten back to me. Don't conduct business in the US if you are unprepared.

The rooms were very nice & well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The sofa in the room was interesting. As it was very deep & that made it uncomfortable for me to sit on & relax as I am only 5 ft tall. The shower & bathroom are wonderful. We missed breakfast all days we were there so I cannot comment on that.

We settled into the room & were getting ready to go to a family Christmas party. During this time we saw a large live spider in the bathroom & also the live small cockroach that was in the bed. We called the front desk about it and were moved to another room. It was a pain to repack up everything while getting ready but we appreciated the prompt room change. The front desk gentleman helped us move our stuff. That room was bug free!!!

Check-in was efficient and exceeded our expectations with an early check-in. Our room was properly prepared/clean and your staff both in housekeeping, front desk and bistro/lounge were courteous.

We stayed on the 4th floor/west end of of building. While our room was properly prepared, the hallway stunk of weed/pot/cannabis smoke on the morning of our departure. We advised front desk staff about this on departure, who seemed eager to investigate the issue. Phone number listed on booking.com is also for sister hotel across the parking lot - this created confusion when calling the hotel.

I was close to the shopping plaza that I wanted to visit. A few of the front desk employees were very nice.

I had to switch rooms multiple times due to mold issues in 2 rooms and spiders. The last room I had the heat didn’t work and I receive iron infusion this was not good for me health wise.
