The noise from the industrial refrigerators in ice cream shop next door. Quite loud and constant all night. There's no aircon so had to leave the window open. I regret not asking to move to a different room.

- staff is rude, we did not have enough towels upon arrival and instead of apologising, the owner told us it we should have checked (this is your job) - our friends next door got BEDBUGS and we are now worried we might had some (there were reviews from 2 months ago mentioning bedbugs and apparently nothing had been done) - our room smelled like sewage / feet sweat for 3 days.

Great location - right in the harbor and next to the ice cream shop! Perfectly located for all of La Flotte highlights - in the middle of the action.

No aircon & it was very hot! We also had to close the windows & curtains at night because there was a festival stage at the harbor - outside our window - and the noise was too much to leave it open for our 3yo to be able to sleep.

Sehr schön, super zentral, gutes und günstiges Frühstück. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Es gibt nicht viel zu meckern. Es war sehr warm aber damit muss man rechnen wenn man im Sommer ein Hotel ohne Klimaanlage bucht.

Hou er rekening mee dat parkeren even gedoe geeft met in en uitladen. Fietsen kun je niet in hotel zetten maar vlakbij hotel, maar niet in een afgesloten ruimte.

La situation est idéale, la chambre spacieuse et le buffet du petit-déjeuner très varié et fourni. Après 18h, le check-in se fait via un code électronique pour la porte et une enveloppe avec les clés et les instructions dans une enveloppe.

La situation est idéale pour visiter mais pas pour se reposer. La rue est extrêmement bruyante. Il est donc impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour dormir. Il a fait étouffant durant notre séjour pourtant fin août. Il n'y a pas de circulation d'air ni de climatisation. De plus, aucune insonorisation entre les chambres, nous avons subi les ronflements de notre voisin de chambre et les notifications de ses messages ... Dommage !

Se stayed in the studio and it was perfect for my family. Big enough for us to comfortably enjoy a few days on the island. The apartment was brand new and very well designed. It’s also perfectly situated—near it all but off to the side so not too loud or busy.

It is very very noisy at night with a street facing room. The toiletries were not great and the bathroom felt quite dated.

The hotel is clean and central, but the experience was overshadowed by the issues with our room and the way our complaint was handled - no understanding by the director, finally agreeing on a refund - and then never giving it. So there is little positive we can say about our stay.

The room we received did not correspond to the 30m2 duplex studio we had booked, and the impression give by the photos on booking.com were completely misleading. The room was tiny for a family, barely any room to move, directly facing the street, people passing immediately outside our windows, no air-conditioning - but even during the heat wave opening the windows was not an option. The reception was frequently unattended, so we repeatedly had to wait for someone to return. Communication was very difficult as English was hardly spoken. We checked out after just one night of a four-night booking, after agreeing with the hotel on a 50% refund. Despite numerous emails, messages and phone calls we never received it.

If you want to be in the middle of the action in La Flotte centre, the location is ideal. Right on the harbour with the market, restaurants and shops literally on the doorstep. Check in was easy. Breakfast was ok. It’s a no-frills 3-star and that’s kind of what you get! A good base to explore the island.

Our ground floor family room was at the end of a long, dark corridor with one window looking onto an alleyway and one looking onto the market street so impossible to keep windows open safely. The room was dark, compact and stuffy with a horrible stale smell. No air con, so it was very, very hot despite the fans provided. It was noisy, but that’s to be expected for such a central location. It was not a pleasant room to spend time in or return to after a day out. We spent as much time out as possible!

Room was very hot and we had to sleep with window open but portable fan helped relieve some of the heat. Our room looked over a busy street that was quite noisy early each morning.

The location was very central.

The entrance to the hotel had a smell of sewage. You could see the cleaners in the morning but our room was never cleaned or bed made etc, they might have been a system to do this, but it was not explained to us. There is no air conditioning except for a small plug in fan in the room, which was insufficient. My husband and I also are covered in bites all over our legs. Which appeared in the morning after every nights sleep, we then checked and saw on Google that other people reported bed bugs in the hotel 2 weeks before we arrived and they had left, reading that review and seeing the bites (over 50 on both legs) has made me very comfortable. The cost of this hotel does not much the service that was provided and had we known what the hotel was really like would never have booked to stay here. It was very expensive for such poor service.

L’établissement est idéalement situé au cœur du port donc c’est parfait même si c’est parfois bruyant évidemment… mais quand on choisit ce genre d’emplacement on le sait :) donc pas de soucis.

Sans hésité la salle de bain. Elle sent mauvais, pas d’aération, la baignoire, les joints.. tout est très abîmé, et la moquette partout dans la chambre pas propre… ça sent la poussière et l’humidité des qu’on prend sa douche!

Rooms are modern and as described/pictured. Well designed and well furnished. Location right in heart of La Flotte. Fan provided given high summer temperatures (better than nothing). Breakfast was fine with passable assortment of offerings to get your day started.

Would have been better if there was a restaurant/bar/lounge area where guests could go to for a drink, meal and some down time. On the website, it mentions a restaurant but that no longer exists. Receptionist could be try to be more helpful and friendlier (we found her to be the complete opposite). Other staff members were fine.

Leider ein grosser Minuspunkt: die sehr zentrale Lage. Als Familie viel zu laut durch Night Market direkt unter den Fenstern. Jeden zweiten Abend sehr laute Rockmusik bis 23 Uhr von einer nahe gelegenen Bühne. Das Geschirr war leider ziemlich dreckig! Die Wohnung war uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern zu klein, an dem Tisch können höchstens zwei Menschen bequem sitzen.

Studio apartment was very experience; not suitable for a family of 4, tiny sofa bed plus king bed. Extremely noisy and stuffy - fan needed all night long which was noisy - very hard mattress on king bed, needs a topper. No bowls or kettle/coffee maker in the tiny kitchen

La localisation est le grand atout de cet hôtel, surtout pour des personnes qui connaissent et apprécient La Flotte. Nous étions très heureux d'avoir une vue sur le port, même si cela a induit d'autres contraintes.

Il faisait chaud dans la chambre, et malgré la présence d'un petit ventilateur, il était compliqué d'aérer la nuit en raison des nuisances sonores induites par la localisation (chambre au-dessus du stand de gaufres de La Martinière et donnant sur le cour). Nous avons aussi trouvé le prix cher pour la qualité de la chambre, même si la vue faisait beaucoup.

In 4 notti la camera non è stata mai pulita (anche solo svuotati o cestini). È vero che non ho messo il classico cartello sulla porta ma me lo sarei comunque aspettato per un soggiorno di tale lunghezza

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – direkt am Hafen und mitten im Zentrum. Restaurants, Geschäfte und die schönsten Ecken von La Flotte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, ausgesprochen sauber und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlich guten Kundenservice: Da wir unsere Reise unerwartet einen Tag früher beenden mussten, obwohl unsere Buchung nicht mehr kostenlos stornierbar war, hat uns das Hotel die letzte Übernachtung aus Kulanz erstattet. Das ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist es leider auch entsprechend laut. Bereits früh morgens und teilweise auch nachts wurden wir durch Lieferverkehr sowie die Müllabfuhr direkt unter unserem Fenster geweckt. Während unseres Aufenthalts fand außerdem in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Konzert statt, bei dem die Musik bis etwa 23 Uhr extrem laut war und das Einschlafen deutlich erschwerte. Außerdem hätten wir uns beim Check-in einen etwas freundlicheren Empfang gewünscht. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wirkte leider eher reserviert und nicht besonders herzlich.

Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée présentant des problèmes d’humidité connu des propriétaires , car un petit déshumidificateur était placé dans le coin d’une chambre ainsi qu’une ventilation haute et basse dans les maçonneries. Dès mon entrée dans la chambre , j’ai senti ce problème d’humidité .

The room wasn’t cleaned in 4 days. Booked a room with extra beds there was only one bed. The bottom sheet was coated in plastic. You had to stand in the shower to close/open the bathroom door. View was terrible. Was given a key only until Saturday we left on Sunday.

Le manque flagrant de climatisation. Donc on ouvre les fenêtres pour avoir un peu d’air la nuit mais le bruit, normal en cette saison, nous empêche de dormir. Prévoir un budget parking, surtout que les gendarmes sont à l’affût et les amendes pleuvent.

Kamer, had superieure kamer gekozen met naast bed ook bank om te zitten. De kamer had dit niet en had ook geen airco. Het hotel is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. Ik vermoed dat deze kamer nog niet gerenoveerd was.

Badly lit corridors with changing levels, making potential trip hazards. No room servicing so no tidying, changing of towels (if required), replacing of bathroom cups (which were cardboard), poor lighting in bathroom, annoying flashing green light on TV throughout the night. Breakfast was poor - could learn a lot from choices provided by basic chain hotels such as Ibis.

J'étais déjà venu dans cet hôtel mais il y a 10 ans... cet hôtel est idéalement placé à La Flotte, il y a plusieurs parkings publics à proximité et nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans le parking Place de Verdun, le plus proche. Nous étions 6 adultes avec une chambre double supérieure avec vue sur le port et une chambre familiale standard pour un couple avec 2 enfants adultes. La chambre donnant sur le port était très spacieuse, pas de climatisation, un ventilateur, avec la canicule, les fenêtres ouvertes le soir c'était acceptable mais bien sûr un peu bruyant. Les petits déjeuners étaient très corrects, le personnel très attentif et accueillant.

Pour la chambre familiale 4 personnes, le volume est vraiment restreint, ça peut correspondre à un couple avec deux enfants ou deux ados mais 4 adultes c'est un peu serré, la fenêtre basse donnant directement sur la rue très passante, on pouvait difficilement la laisser ouverte. Nous avons demandé un 2ème ventilateur, il n'y en avait qu'un au départ. Au niveau communication avec le personnel de l'hôtel c'est un peu compliqué après 18h, il n'y a plus de réception...

Hotellet nyligen renoverade; rummet var stort och med utsikt mot hamnen och havet. Mycket trevlig personal. Mycket bra frukost. La Flotte är en mycket trevlig stad, värt att se och stanna.

Synd att hotellet inte har egna parkeringsplatser (finns allmän parkeringar i närheten)

Der sehr freundliche Empfang durch eine junge Mitarbeiterin. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bei geöffnetem Fenster und mit Ohrenstöpseln haben wir gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung.

Wir waren mit Fahrrädern unterwegs für die uns leider keine Unterstellmöglichkeit angeboten wurde. Unsere bereits bei Buchung diesbezüglich gestellte Anfrage blieb unbeantwortet. Unmittelbar vor Ankunft teilte man uns, auf unsere erneute Anfrage mit, dass man sich bemühen würde eine Unterstellmöglichkeit zu finden. Diese bestand aus einem Hinweis der Hotelleitung beim Check-In, bitte die öffentlichen Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten an der Tourist-Information zu nutzen. Schade, eine kundenorientierte Kommunikation von Beginn an, wäre, wie bereits beim Check-In unsererseits entsprechend mitgeteilt, wünschenswert gewesen und hätte dem Kunden die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Buchung zu überdenken. Wie in vorausgegangenen Bewertungen haben auch wir den Geruch sowohl im Flur als auch im Zimmer als unangenehm empfunden. Nur durch Dauerlüften war dieser nicht mehr präsent. Vielleicht war der Geruch dem Teppichboden geschuldet, der, zumindest in unserem Zimmer, sehr fleckig und in die Jahre gekommen war. Auch auf den dunklen Flur mit einer Stolperstufe möchten wir nochmals hinweisen. Auch ohne Fahrräder würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

L’établissement ne dispose pas de la climatisation et les ventilateurs mis à disposition ne sont pas suffisants par ces fortes chaleurs et dormir la fenêtre ouverte très bruyant sur le matin. Le petit déjeuner est un peu limité et le système de réfrigération trop faible. Pour le pain frais, uniquement du pain blanc, pas de pain complet ou aux céréales. Le pain complet était du vulgaire pain industriel.

Great Location

The hotel is very well situated in the lovely little town of La Flotte. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel does not have any air con in the bedrooms. We were given a fan, but in this heat wave it was not enough. There is always a bad smell (similar to drains) which is caused by the tide going out in the port and as its so close to the port it wafts over, which is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but unfortunate.

The location could not be better.
