Very friendly staff. They cleaned my room daily. The location was great, right next to the subway station. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Absolutely fantastic location in the centre of Hongdae. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's lots of amenities in the Lobby.

The room was small for 4 people, there was very little room for luggage and the bathroom could've been bigger.

Zweiter Aufenthalt in einem Hotel in zentraler Lage. In der Parallelstraße pulsiert das Nachtleben mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und kleineren Geschäften. In der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Bekleidung. Ubahn nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und bieten kaum Ablagefläche.

La piscine, la salle de sport, la pièce avec machine à laver sèche-linge. Les chambres sont impeccable un peu petites. La vue est incroyable sur le Carrefour de Hongdae personnel super sympa 🫶 emplacement, parfait

Loved the location! And the basic amenities were thoughtful.

For spending this much money for 1 night, I expected it to be clean at least. I had hair on the floor, someone’s old teeth cleaning supply, and stains on my bed. The place looks a bit rundown as well - lots of stains on carpets and furniture, and the walls quite scrapped off. It also felt a bit more like a factory than a place to make you feel welcome. Whilst it was nice to have everything so seamless and efficient and organised, it caused big trouble to just ask for a butter knife so we could cut something up for my sisters toddler. I would stay there again, but not for the price of almost 450,000 KRW per night.

Zentrale Lage; Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahn nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wer die DMZ-Tour bucht, hat nur 200m Fußweg zu einem Abholpunkt.

The room and cleaning staff were great, friendly and polite. Check in staff were fine but not that friendly and didn’t always know the answers to my questions. They didn’t go out of their way for us and the room service wasn’t adequate. Only one restaurant in the hotel isn’t great. The facilities were good and room comfortable. I booked a room on the 11th floor but got the 7th due to the construction happening on the hotel. No tea or coffee service to the room. You need more staff at reception.

Staff at reception were not that friendly or helpful.

Läget var perfekt. Skönt att slappna av vid poolen efter en lång dag. Hyfsat bekväm säng.

De byggnadsarbeten som pågick utanför störde en del. Detta är ju dock inte hotellets fel.

Great location. I can get there by airport bus or metro. There are many restaurants and convenience shops around the hotel. Locker provided before check in and after check out.

Great facilities and used the pool everyday, loved it up on the rooftop. Bed was very comfortable and so clean. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Had a room on the 20th floor with super cool city view.

Breakfast options limited for typical hotel buffet so we didn’t return for this during our stay.

Location was great, close to the subway and airport bus stop. The room was clean, view from the room was good, especially with the upgrade.

The bed is on the softer side, and is also only slightly elevated, which can be an issue for people who are not used to low or softer beds. Suggest checking the room layouts if you’re not traveling alone or as a couple, as the bathroom set up for a room with a queen sized bed is fairly exposed.

Il piano 21 e 22, molto accogliente.

Camera familiare molto piccola, bagno piccolo e pulizia scadente. L'orario della piscina, viaggiando con una bambina di 12 anni si poteva andare solo dalle 10 alle 15.

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta per girare il quartiere più giovane di Seul (Hongdae). Super pulita, personale cordiale, camera con ottima vista. La piscina sul tetto è superlativa.

Forse incrementerei la scelta con riferimento alla colazione, un po più intercontinentale.

地點非常好，住宿期間幾乎可以不用去其他區域，飯店附近什麼都有，可以逛街買衣服、藥妝、餐廳......很方便！當然要搭地鐵也很方便，遇到下雨天就躲到地下街不會淋雨。

房間比較小一點，我原本期待家庭房(一雙人床一單人床)會更大，不過我們三個大人住是有點壅擠，床鋪大小是標準尺寸，不是加大型

Die Lage war einzigartig, auch das Studio hatte perfekte Ausstattung. Der Pool war für 2h täglich inkludiert, dass war ausreichend, der Ausblick vom Pool fantastisch.

It was about 3 minute walk to Hongdae station, so it's easy access to the airport train as well. Very central Hongdae but without the crowd and the noise. The gym is small but complete and you can do your laundry.

The hotel was in a great location in Hongdae and close to the train station. The hotel was really nice and had a really cool vibe about it. Rooms were clean and great facilities at the hotel.

The lifts were so slow
