The staffs did not smile. No drinking water in the room until we had to request. The pool closing hours are too early. Parking charges were charged separately from the room charge. The elevator floor is constantly wet from guests taking the elevator with the swim wear still dripping pool water. Most hotel staff seen are foreign workers. Only 1 shower room available at the pool and no shower cream or soap in the shower room. The arrow pointing the qibla direction in the room was too tiny, we didn't even notice it was there.

My room was exceptionally spacious, well-lit, and featured a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's rest. Having a self-service laundrette available on-site was also a convenient feature during the stay
The room’s carpets are in clear need of deep cleaning, and I was concerned to notice mites on both the carpeting and some of the wooden furniture. Additionally, the hotel's Wi-Fi network appears to block access to standard company VPN connections, which created difficulties for remote work. Finally, improving the bathroom ventilation would be a great help, as significant water vapor accumulates during showers and takes a long time to clear.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable throughout. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended! ❤️. And this is my 2nd trip within 4 months' time . Even in the future also I will do my booking here.

Bad experience about parking.I was told rm10 per stay but i have to pay another rm20 the 2nd day due to my car are not registered online on 2nd day.I was blamed why should i pay at first.He said have to claimed online and take times to make a report.Not even a word sorry given to me by that particular staff.Luckily other staff came from the parking department i think,he make everything easy.He asked for my QR and gave back my money immediately.Thanks to that guy.It is not about money but how the staff handle the issue after the mistake done by them.Anyway this is my second time staying at the hotel.I enjoyed the stay.The same guy actually entertain me due my arrival.Everything was smooth and the guy treat me well actually.

The cleanliness really needs improvement. There were many small cockroaches under the bed and in the bathroom throughout our stay. This made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable

The staff at the check in counter a bit harsh and rude. Also the kitchen staff see us with a judgy face without a smile or else. It makes me so uncomfortable.

I extended one more night and had to change rooms because the room I had was not available for extension and the staffs made the whole transaction a breeze. The size of the room was superb for our family of 6. This is our second time staying here. Previously it was back in 2024 and although it was only for a brief period, it left us a very good impression that we knew we would stay with them if we ever came back. Would continue to stay here if we are back in the future.
Only the self laundry facilities. Unfortunately it was filthy and it was not easily accessed. Its a shared facility with their residences side. It was also located next to bilik jenazah which we thought isn't ideal. Dryers' filters were super filthy and the machines didn't work properly. I would suggest upgrading and getting new ones and being placed within the hotel building only for hotel guests to use.
