Fantastiskt läge vid vattnet i Kabelvåg! Goda möjligheter att umgås med vänner och familj, även utomhus. Fick låna en bålpanna, vi grillade och hade riktigt trevligt. Köket hade det vi behövde av utrustning för vår matlagning och servering.

Amazing location in a cute village by the water. Easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops.

Hair dryer was filled with dust and needed to be cleaned, no oven trays to cook anything in, basics like oil, salt and pepper would have been nice. Maybe a shower rack to put shampoo, conditioner bottles as the shower is small and no where to place any toiletries.

La doccia nel Bagno. Senza neppure una tenda si rischiava di allagare il bagno a ogni doccia

Le rorbuer est entièrement rénové. Le numéro 19 est idéal pour deux personnes. Il est aussi indépendant, donc aucun bruit désagréable de voisinage. L’emplacement est à quelques pas du centre.

L’odeur de peinture à notre arrivée. La cabane mériterait d’être bien aérée entre chaque client, ce que nous avons fait en arrivant.

God beliggenhet. Innbydende. Fin atmosfære. Åpenbart at driverne legger seg i selen for at gjestene skal trives.

Kan ikke sette fingeren på noe spesielt.

Die Lage am Meeresufer.

Innen erfolgte die Lackierung der Wände und Decke erst vor kurzer Zeit, weil ein starker Lackgeruch wahrgenommen wurde und man daher immer ein Fenster offen halten musste. Weiters war für die Ablage von Kleidung zu wenig Platz: zu geringe Anzahl von Hacken.

Beautiful rorbuer right by the water. Peaceful, quiet, and with a beautiful view. Easy check-in with a code, so I didn’t meet anyone from the staff.

The single bed was quite narrow and very soft. There was no shower gel or shampoo; even a small 2-in-1 bottle would have been appreciated. It would also be nice to have some complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar in the kitchen. --> The fridge was dirty and definitely needs a deep clean, and the oven. I sent a request for an hour later check out , through Booking.com before I arrive , but never received a response (eventually I didn't need it )

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza che ci avevano dato all’inizio, ha piovuto acqua dal piano di sopra dove si stavano facendo la doccia gli inquilini al primo piano, noi eravamo al piano terra. Abbiamo chiamato ed il responsabile è venuto subito, in 15 minuti era da noi. Ha riscontrato il problema e ci ha dato un’appartamento intero per 6 persone. Noi eravamo in due e quindi abbiamo avuto uno spazio decisamente comodo per passare i tre giorni che abbiamo pianificato all’Astra Village. Veloci e professionali hanno risolto subito il problema che si era creato. Bravi!

The bedroom, we booked a large double bed room, when we arrived there was two extremely small double beds, after calling the owner and asking about this. They just said yeah we dont have double beds in any of the houses, we just put the beds together in that case to make it a double bad. Honestly thats BS and should be advertised as such ! Kinda felt like a rip off, if the rest of the accomodation and service wasnt that good i would have asked for a partial refund !

The apartment was very nice and had all required amenities. I especially love the fact that TVs are not present. Also since I had to work the WIFI was top notch

All very good. Just 1 minimal thing. In appt 24 the dish drying rack was missing the water catching dish so dish washing was a bit messy.

Aangename liggen vlakbij de pier van Kabelvaag. We hadden kamer 4 in Astra Whale met een mooi zicht op de pier.

Jammer dat er geen gemeenschappelijke leefruimte is. Er is wel een gemeenschappelijke keuken maar de tafel is er heel smal. Een lounge of salon zou toch fijn zijn.

Vi hade turen att få ett helt eget litet hus som var nyrenoverat. Badrummet var otroligt fräscht och utsikten från de stora fönstren i det stora allrummet mot hamnen var fantastisk.

Det enda som vi tyckte inte levde upp till den övrigt höga standarden, var sängarna som var alldeles för mjuka.

Winzige Zimmer (ca. 2.30m x 3m für ein Doppelzimmer) zu völlig überrissenen Preisen (140€). Ausser den Betten kein enziges Mobelstück wo man sein Zeug ablegen könnte. Die Fotos geben nicht ansatzweisen die Realität der Zimmergrösse und Ausstattung wieder. Grenzt an Betrug.

Prisvärt bra. Rent. Bra utrustat kök. Bra med två duschar och två toaletter.

Flott og nyoppusset liten leilighet/rorbu. Utsikt mot molo og kort vei inn til sentrum av "Lille Kabelvåg".

Bratt og smal trapp opp til leiligheten var litt problematisk for en med høydeskrekk. (Gjelder #22)

Rent snyggt funktionellt

Vi hade bokat hund rum och fått det bekräftat av boendet , trotts det var ägaren bekymrad över att vi kom med hundar. Det uppstod en del frågetecken kring bokning och boendet skylde en del på Booking trotts att vi hade skriftlig godkännande att ha hundar med oss.

The views were amazing and is good location, bed was too small but comfortable. Parking was good and wifi was good.

For the money it waa way over priced for a hostel even in Norway. There was no information email wirh check in so I called to get the info. The room was very small, the name of the hostel.does not match on google, booking or in the confirmation email. The shower door was broken, rhe shower was scalding hot, no cold water regulator and another guesr burnt themselves. No shower gels in the dispensers, no dish soap in the dispenser. The basics were not there and no response to my email on the items listed. The doors each have an annoying digital pin ans melody each time.you open tour room door and so do 7 other rooms, walla paper thin. Was not peaceful experience and no all room to chill out or enjoy the scenery.

We stayed at Statsbuene i Kabelvåg for two nights in a budget double room (around €150 per night). The location was good and easy to find, with free parking right next to the building, which was very convenient. The accommodation was basic but clean, especially considering that the building is quite old. Access was easy with door codes. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped with basic cooking utensils, a refrigerator and dishes. There were two shared bathrooms and two shared showers, which were generally clean. Overall, this is a ok and, budget-friendly option by Lofoten standards, where accommodation prices are generally very high. If you're looking for a simple, clean place to stay in a convenient location, this is a solid choice.

The soundproofing in the building is quite poor, which is to be expected in an older property. However, this wasn't an issue for us, especially since there were only a few other guests staying during our visit. The room was quite small (around 8 m²), so having a shared lounge or sitting area would have been a nice addition. We also would have appreciated a few more wall hooks or coat hangers, as storage space in the room was limited.

La cuisine équipée et commune aux locataires est appréciable pour se faire son repas. La vue est belle. La proximité de la jetée est un lieu de balade.

Chambre microscopique, mais avec lavabo. WC-Douches sont communes.

Dåligt utrustat. Vi hade ingen belysning i sovrummen och delar av köket. Det saknades utrustning för att 4 personer skulle kunna äta o dricka. Avloppsläckage under vasken, som vi fick fixa själva. Wifi var uselt. Och dålig respons på både mail och SMS.

Not recommended at all. The way the host treated us was terrible. We had an issue during our stay, and not only did they make no effort to help us, but they also stopped responding to our messages, even after promising us compensation that never materialized. With so many accommodation options available in Lofoten, I wouldn't even consider this one. They ended up keeping a significant amount of our money for nothing and, as I mentioned, didn't even have the courtesy to reply to us.

Beautiful spot! Perfect base for the Lofoter Aquarium Museum and a great fisherman's cottage. Authentic with new furniture. Here you get the feel of an old fishing or Viking site.

L'emplacement idéal avec une vue sur la mer de la cusine et de la terrasse. Même l'aménagement n'était pas totalement terminé, le logement était cosy, confortable, plutôt grand avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un séjour réussi.

Die Lage direkt an Meer war sehr schön. Es gab alles was wir für den kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren alleine in der Unterkunft, wenn die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, dann wird es wahrscheinlich etwas eng.

Very rude host, lier, and racist. Being told the room wasn’t ready(already passed check-in time), we waited for two hours to check in. The host hung up on me many times. After 2 hours the host came and told me there were no rooms left, and spent another hour placing us to other hotels. The host didn’t apologize at all and was very rude. I called the police while waiting but they told me to contact booking. This is my worst experience in Europe.

Det var minusgrader ute og blåste kraftig. Vinduene og døra ut til uteplassen var ikke tett, det blåste direkte inn. Kanskje bare +15 grader i stue/kjøkken om morgenen. Alle ovner sto på max. Bør kun leies ut om sommeren!

We arrived at the house in February, in Kabelvåg, and found that the heating was completely turned off in every room. The house was freezing, spread over two floors, and impossible to heat up in a short time since we arrived in the evening (check-in was only allowed after 5:00 PM). It is unacceptable to hand over accommodation in Norway in the middle of winter without the heating turned on. To make matters worse, the internet was not working either. We later discovered that all the plugs, including those for the heaters and the router, had been disconnected. The router was even hidden above a window, behind a curtain—we found it by chance shortly before leaving. None of this had been communicated to us. We tried several times to contact the owners, both via SMS (as indicated in the instructions posted at the entrance) and through the booking platform, but we never received any response. No assistance, no explanation, no support. The cold made us feel unwell and we were forced to leave earlier than planned, despite having paid for multiple nights, and had to book and pay for another accommodation to avoid worsening the situation. An extremely disappointing experience, with absent management and a complete lack of care for guests. Even now, after two days, no one has responded to us yet. The house was not in good condition: two lights at the first floor were on for no reason, making us think someone might be inside; plastic items and hair ties were left on the floor; there was no shower gel or shampoo; the refrigerator smelled bad; and the stairs leading to two of the bedrooms are extremely dangerous. Absolutely not recommended.

No soundproofing in the walls, we can hear what the people in the neighboring apartment are dreaming. If you need Internet, choose another place to stay. It was stated in our booking that Internet was included, but after 3 reminders, where it was promised that it would be fixed shortly, we gave up! Very old houses, all interior doors are difficult to close. Kitchen looks ok, but lights and the fan did not work. See the response from the landlord on tripadvisor states that the place was enroute for upgrade back in 2023. Now, in 2025, the barhroom has got a facelift, but the rest, no. Bathroom recently renovated and looks fairly nice, but shows signs of haste to rent, with half-finished electrical installation and lack of necessary lighting. When showering make sure that you do not leave anything on the floor as the whole floor is flooded with 2 cm of water. Makes me wonder if educated craftsmen has been used here. If you need hair dryer, bring your own, as it's not provided. Want to enjoy a glass of vine? Then you can share the one vine-glass available. Are we booking here again? Nope!

Abbiamo aspettando 2 ore al freddo perché il proprietario continuava a sbagliare assegnazione dell'appartamento. Dopo 4 telefonate il proprietario si è degnato di venire per portarci lenzuola asciugamani puliti e prodotti per pulire la casa. C'erano peli e capelli ovunque nel lavandino e nella doccia . Abbiamo pulito noi il bagno e la cucina. Abbiamo rifatto i letti. Abbiamo avuto un topino grigio in casa. Non abbiamo avuto wifi. Non funzionava.....pipi nel wc degli ospiti precedenti. Immondizia di pesce da buttare.. il signore non importava nulla dei nostri disagi..il Gorno dopo non ci ha mandato nessuno a pulire. Abbiamo strapagato questa struttura per 5 persone. Non prenotate. 5 amiche italiane.

Rorbuer typique des Lofoten, charmant bien équipé. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer, très au calme. Nos premières aurores boréales !! Super accueil (téléphonique) , disponible, très arrangeant et prompt à donner des renseignements malgré mon anglais hasardeux. Très bien situé, proche de commerce super base pour découvrir les Lofoten

En bygning hvor der bliver leje værelser ud i meget ringe stand, der var loftplader der havde fået vandskade som smuldrede, spindelvæv og snavset. Det bliver betegnet som et vandrehjem, men der er ikke fællesfaciliteter til alle værelserne … vi var 7 personer f. Eks en dag til aftensmad, men det kunne kun sidde 4 ved bordet, i et mørkt køkken, uden vinduer …….Det er bestemt ikke pengene værd. En stor skuffelse.

Flott beliggende på brygge. Frokosten ble tatt ute på brygga. Kort vei til moloen hvor det var fint å se på nordlyset. Fikk besøk av mus siste natta på rommet. Litt kjedelig.

Uitzicht

Bij aankomst geen code gekregen voor sleutelkastje. Het was al in de avond dus kon je het secretariaat niet meer bereiken van het bedrijf. Dan noodnummer gebeld, en na twintig keer eindelijk antwoord. Persoon aan de telefoon was erg grof en verontschuldigde zich voor niets.

Vårt rum hade utsikt mot havet. Rustikt golv

Rummet var rent men gemensamma utrymmena (kök, toaletter och dusch) städades inte de två dagar vi var där. Incheckning först klockan 17 och då kom inte den utlovade informationen om var vi skulle bo. Ringde och fick svar efter 20 minuter att det berodde på en bugg i systemet, en uppenbar lögn.

Vi upptäckte ohyra under vår vistelse, vilket ledde till att vi krävde pengarna tillbaka. Trots allvaret fick vi endast 25 % ersättning – något vi själva fick kämpa för, då boendet inte tog något eget ansvar. Väl hemma tog det flera dagar av vår semester att hantera bagage och sanering för att undvika att ohyran kom in i vårt hus. Väldigt besvikna på hur situationen hanterades.

Gestion peu sérieuse des appartements (checking) et comportement non professionnel Arrivé à 19h très mauvaise surprise en entrant dans l'appartement car le "nettoyage entre 2 locations" n'a pas été réalisé (lit, salle de bain, vaisselle, linge dans l'état laissé par les précédents occupants) Une erreur peut arriver mais propriétaire injoignable, pas de réponse aux appels au numéro indiqué et aucune réponse par le biais de la messagerie de Booking Pour 190€ la nuit on ne s'attend pas à ça du tout... Après 1h à se démener, on a heureusement aperçu une voiture du service de nettoyage et on nous a finalement donné l'appartement d'à coté (aucune excuse ne nous a été faite ni aucun message par la suite) Wifi ne marchait pas, ainsi que certains éclairages, pas de cafetière, ni planche à découper
