Parking was quite tight. Be really careful when maneuvering down the basement parking. Inadequate noise cancellation. We could hear the motorbikes speeding at night.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. It is centrally located, with easy access and within walking distance to many interesting places and restaurants.
I am satisfied with the facilities, as they are in line with the price. However, the receptionist was disappointing. As a local person, she should be able to promote Muar to outsiders like me, but when I asked for recommendations on the best restaurants and interesting places, she simply said that there was nothing special in Muar, which was not helpful at all.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026The location, as always, was good. Right in the center of town, and easy to go to places. The indoor parking was good as it provided shelter from the hot weather. The room was not big but acceptable. Check-in was fast and without hassle.
The room rate has gone up quite a bit. This is to be expected but then there has been no additional facilities. The room fridge has long been taken away. Maybe, the bedsheets need to be changed more often, as turnover is pretty high.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026the location of course. walking distance to go out for walk at town and many place to eat.
the cleanliness is poor. the moment we walked in the room, the dressing table is full of ant. we are too tired to argue and talk to receptionist (as we checked in at 11pm) so we just wipe and clean it by ourselves. and the side table also has fried fritter batter. eeee idk either cleaning staff eating while cleaning the room or its previous guest’s mess. omg it was obviously on the side table. theres no way cleaning staff not notice it???? so the question is, was the room cleaned or not before guest check in?
