5 star for a 3star hotel
It was spacious and clean. Not a bad hotel to stay in. I’m only giving it 3 stars just because the break fast was average and also you have to pay for water in the rooms. Also it was over £100 for night which is alot for 3 star hotel.
Very clean and staff was very attentive and helpful. Restaurant was lovely and fast. Overall wonderful stay. Very quiet and food was great!!
Personal sehr gut und nett Der Fitnessstudio wird kaun geutzt und muss modernisiert werden
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel is close to all facilities. Thanks for the excellent service.
Good property and good location
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking, it’s easy to park but it’s uncovered parking under the hot sun of slalalah
My second stay confirms the best price/value for cityhotel (without pool) in winterperiod. Central Salalah, close to mosque an 20 min walk from beach.Easy parking.Very big rooms, with splendid lighting and great view. good breakfast. Good personal service, from all of the team.
This hotel in the very well located in the downtown of Salalah. A few step of the Great Mosque, you have a nice new of it from the upper levels. You have a lot of restaurants near by. The hotel offer a very good breakfast buffet. It’s clean and have the basic commodities of a hotel. It’s accesible by bus from the airport as a bus stop is nearby.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread wasn't great to be honest. We selected this place since the airport is only 15 minutes away. However all the other tourist spots were nearly one and a half hours away drive from the hotel. But if you enjoy long drives I would really recommend this hotel for your stay in Salalah during the Khareef season.
Grat location and friendly staff

I booked Room in Muscat international hotel Salalah .During check in time on 8th dec 2020 receptionist told me that 18OMR per day delux room 511 . During check out time they charged 21 OMR per day . I argued lot and finally they told that , sorry our mistake you have to pay 21OMR . Finally I paid 21 OMR . Please careful while booking .
very well located, walk able place from the Mosque. Very near for all the important offices. Service ambiances are well maintained. Food is completed influenced by Kerala cuisine. Breakfast menu can be changed little bit.
Personnel sympathique. Bon ermplacement vous visiter Salahah
emplacement excellent entre la plage à 10 mn en voiture et la montagne à 20 mn pour les cascades et les nombreuses sources. le service est parfait et la chambre impeccable. A recommander fortement.
The price was reasonable. Room was clean. Hotel was centrally located.
The hotel is well located, mosque was a 8 minutes walk away from the mosque, market and local attractions are close by as well as many restaurants nearby. In my opinion the hotel needs a refurb but is clean and tidy. The air con was a little noisy. The rooms were huge and had decent bathrooms. Little pricey but OK. When we arrived the staff were brilliant in helping us find our way around and offered great advise on where to go and places of interest. Breakfast was interesting which was mainly catered for the Indian palate. Overall, OK hotel.
スタッフは親切でしたが、部屋のにおいが気になりました。コーヒーがネスカフェだったのもがっかりでした。
The fan in the bathroom was too loud, Internet was inconsistent, parking is limited and condensed, reading lights in the room were burned out and the unacceptable attitude of the so called was below expectation & terrible. I don’t see myself coming back here again. Choose another hotel.
Excellent hotel at prime location, very good staff, rooms are very big and clean with all modern amenities. Only breakfast need to improve.
One of the good hotel in this class in Middile if city,
Room was super clean and big Nice view Confortable bed
This hotel was amazing. Very clean everywhere, pleasant employees, delicious breakfast included in the price. Enjoyed a warm bath each night of my stay. Bed was comfortable. Great location with everything you want or need, just about a walk away.
This hotel has nice rooms, maybe a bit old fashioned but clean and spacious, with all the comfort of a higher star hotel. The breakfast is good and has a variety of different food to choose from (and if you want something in particular you can ask and you’ll have it). Personnel always kind and smiling. Very good position and at a fantastic price. Strongly suggested
Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this very unassuming place is a great place to stay.... very clean rooms, not too big but sufficent for a few days stay with great view of the city if on the top floor .... decent breakfast served and lots of good restaurant within a walking distance .... the prices offered are unbelievable low, so if u are in salalah for a few days on a business trip, excellent place to stay ...
Let me start by saying, overall we this hotel exceeded our expectations for a 2-star hotel during our 4-night stay! We did stay during low season (Dec), so not much stress on the hotel or staff and I believe they did a great job. Location: we found this to be a great location, easy to walk to restaurants, foodstuffs, a the few attractions in Salalah (mosque, gold/silver area). But it really is a driving destination, so the free parking was appreciated as well. Staff: all interactions with the staff were positive and friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. The front desk helped us book a rental car with Cruise Auto and it worked out perfectly, free car arrival at the hotel and drop-off at the airport. Also provided extra towels to our room when asked. Rooms: the rooms are very spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable. The shower was hot and sufficient pressure and the provided towels were good! The AC worked well and complimentary water was a nice touch. TV had a few english news channels. Free Breakfast: there was a lot more options then expected, although they did not vary from day to day it was still a really nice option for a quick and easy bite before the day, even if you do just have fruit or some toast instead of the Indian breakfast. (Tip: you can ask for a fried egg an a brewed coffee from the staff if it's not to busy). All in all an excellent stay in the two rooms we booked (505 and 506) and no reason they shouldn't get 5 out of 5!
The hotel is ideally located, close proximity to one of the souks in Salalah and many restaurants around the hotel. The staff are friendly but not too knowledgeable in terms of information of tourist attractions in the area. We stayed for 5 nights and we did asked for room to be cleaned once during the time.
Great staff. Very helpful in helping me find a driver and sightsee on my long weekend there. Staff was extremely courteous. Bed was a bit hard, but room was quiet for sleeping. Fitness room was nice also. Nice selection of breakfast items.
I had a pleasant one night stay. Very peaceful and the bed was excellent.
It was a pleasant stay.we all really Enjoyed he stay.the rooms are spacious. It was clean and tidy.Room service was quick.Staff was very cooperative. The buffet dinner they offer was excellent.Happy with their service
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Some of them appeared to have been renovated (or freshly painted) and looks much nicer than others. The manager and the first porter who assisted us were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, many of the other staff (particularly the receptionist and second porter) were unfriendly and offhand. This really tainted our experience of the hotel. A simple thing such as a smile and being approachable makes a world of difference in the service industry. Only the first porter and manager offered these to us. Our presence there seemed to be a huge inconvenience to the rest of the staff. The buffet breakfast is really poor. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. We didn't find this hotel to be good value for money. As a result, it's highly unlikely that we would return to this property.
Stayed 1 night for a short business trip. The hotel is very clean and the room was very spacious. Service was pretty quick upon request. Decent breakfast spread. Has a lot of potential to Be even better. Would definitely stay again.
Good service, friendly staff, and love their buffet dinner. It's worth the money to spend. They had variety of starters n main course for vegetarian and non vegetarian. The ambience is very good for family get togethers
'EXCELLENT HOTEL IN THE CITY'. DRAWBACKS- No Eyepiece on the Door.It is Essential for Guest Security Purpose. No Coffee Maker in the Room.It is Needed for Guests who Frequently Drink Coffee. No Complimentary Shuttle, To&From the Airport. This is a Must for Attracting Tourist.
Muscat International Hotel Plaza was a nice hotel at a decent price, clean rooms the staff were very friendly like most people in Salalah. There was a free breakfast which was OK but there are plenty of cheap restaurants close by. Not much more to say about this hotel for a 2 day stay if you just want sleep in a comfy bed and do lots of stuff during the day it's fine, if you want a relaxing resort holiday you have to pay more. The beach is about 10 minutes away by taxi which not cost more than 2 OMR, some taxis may try to charge more to tourists and start at 5 but its really 2, that’s taxi drivers for you. The Crown Plaza is the nearest bar again the taxi should be 2 OMR, A draught beer is around 4 OMR a 500ml can of beer cost 2.2 OMR plus tax. Other attractions in the city are also a short taxi ride, the attractions outside will require you to take a tour.
We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be neat and clean. It's a new hotel and well kept.Breakfast was served as a buffet and I'd rate it as an average. The biggest drawback is the wifi service which is too slow although we stayed on the third floor. The other issue is with the water pressure in the shower! The pillows supplied are too soft and uncomfortable. Complimentary tea is not provided in the rooms. Overall : cleanliness is it's hallmark apart from a central location.
Neat and clean hotel, friendly staff very much helpful, the food and drinks (coffee & tea) price is very very reasonable in the hotel and I called the room service for a coffee at 4 AM they delivered the coffee with in ten minutes
We were a group of people who suddenly made a plan of visiting Salalah and since it was a very last moment decision, we were left only with this option considering our budget.. which was about 40 OMR/Night. We reached Salalah and were able to make an early check-in. However, our friends who had a toddler and had requested for an infant cot, didn't get one and they surely were disappointed. The room that we had on day one was good, but then we were shifted to another one on Day Two.. which was awful. We even had pigeons sitting on the toilet ventilator making noises throughout the night. The breakfast served was basic and they were pretty rude when our friends tried to take an apple outside the dining hall for their toddler. So overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but going to a beautiful location at Salalah, one wouldn't want to stay here. So please book your rooms in the other new boutique hotels, way before visiting especially during Khareef Season.
Very clean hotel with friendly staff...excellent buffet breakfast and above all GOOD SERVICE. Good budgeted hotel for families and business travelers... Centrally located ..lots of eateries ...shopping malls ...easy access to commute. We took back lots of treasured memories of SALALAH...
We, a family of four, stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is super clean. Room is a little smaller comparatively. Hot and cold water doesn't work in a balanced way in the shower. Breakfast excellent. I booked double room per night 31 riyals. I wanted to extend 1 more days stay after a week of actual booking but then price was showing more than double which is not value for money at all. I didn't like this tendency of increasing the price so high because of the demand for Eid holidays. There should have some ethical standards. Anyway, I didn't book for additional night and rather stayed in another hotel. Except this, I didn't find any issue.
