Reviewed Sep 2, 2026que llegamos a las 12pm porque teniamos un evento a las 14 hrs y el check in es hasta las 3 y no viajamos arreglados para la cita, y no tenían lleno el hotel. Pienso que si tienen libres las habitaciones y las pueden entregar temprano es mejor.Se entiende que ya no habra limpieza hasta el dia siguiente.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026El desayuno es grandioso, gran sabor. La ubicación es muy buena al igual que la atención del personal. Las instalaciones son cómodas y confortables. Fue una gran experiencia.
La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorar. Los colores ayudan a disfrazar el grado de suciedad, pero al estat una semana, nos dimos cuenta de objetos, como tapa roscas o cabellos que no deberían estar.

Un tema con una filtración de agua al exterior de nuestra puerta de entrada a la habitación, en donde pusieron una cubeta para que cayera el agua, pero nada grave.

El olor del baño era muy desagradable olia a caño y a pesar de que hicieron limpieza se ve que necesitan cambiar algo para evitarlo. Al bañarse mi esposo se quedo sin agua el ultimo dia, nunca nos habia pasado en un hotel . La TV estaba desconfigurada y aunque fue un tecnico que se tardo horas en llegar no la pudo configurar , nunca pudimos verla

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos aquí, y es la tercera vez que tenemos un comentario acerca del olor. No sé qué pasa con este hotel, pero los cuartos huelen mal, como a comida, y si bien te acostumbras, no es grato llegar y sentir que apestan.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025I was in town to give a lecture at the LaSalle University and the Hyatt Centric´s design and staff surpassed my expectations: 📍LOCATION: Great location next to University LaSalle and Campestre. Just be ware of morning rush hour traffic. 🛋️ DESIGN: Very Very spatious. This si a very new still (as of Sept 2025) Legorreta Design hotel. The reception meets you with a full heigh atrium space with sofas suitable for informal gatherings or light working. The rooms are giant, with a large king bed + sofa lounge and a small desk. The rooms have a small balcony with a char (not much a view, but still very nice) the design and the finished are all very beauytifully done. The bathroom is the biggest point here it is a full 4 point bathroom with a huge glass enclosed shower, the space between shower, toilet and wash basin is very comfortable. The room is very quite and extremely comfortable. A small water bottle in room, no coffee machine. Didn’t get a change to check out pool and gym on this occasion. 🚕 TRANSPORTATION: It was a 20 min taxi ride from the airport. Beware of arriving or leaving during rush hours, the hotel is next to a round about that gets a bit congested. 🍳 FOOD: As you can see from the photos the breakfast buffet is very well set up. Includes a full fruit and cereal bar as well as an egg / omelet station. They can make your eggs on the spot as you want them. Always a plus also available hard boiled eggs ready if in a rush. 24 hours room service. Menu is limited but good enough for when arriving late from airport. 🧑🤝🧑 STAFF: Staff was very courteous and professional. My ironing board was crumpled and upon request they immediately replaced it. 🌅 PRO TIP: beware of rush hour traffic ✅ FINAL THOUGHTS: Overall great stay! Would stay again. Reviewed Oct 13, 2025I visit León Guanajuato every year and stayed in so many different hotels the last 21 years and Hyatt Centric it’s the best, from food to comfort, customer service and amenities. Liz Gonzalez the sale manager always on top of things making sure everything it’s great, and Alfredo at the restaurant giving us the best service in my life in a restaurant, I have done big parties here and they exceed all my expectations. I also love the rooms, and the comfort, the mattress and pillows there are my favorites. Can’t wait to go back to the spa and get couples massages again, you can’t ask for a better place to go and relax and enjoy authentic Mexican food with hand made tortillas. Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Great place to stay in Leon , Mexico, Has a swimming lane, spacious rooms , Spa with great deals, gym, a Good restaurant, great breakfast, location, while it may seem far looking it's very well connected and both roads that concur into the hotel will connect you fast and easy to every part of the city. , al close by are a bunch of shopping options and great restaurants. While in Leon it's the only place I stay.
