Huillín Lodge

The location of the accommodation was good, although not outstanding. The balcony was very nice with a good view. The cat running around in the accommodation was very nice. Breakfast with very nice service, including cake, otherwise the breakfast was ok.

Nobody was there for check-in, but the employee who was also in charge of breakfast came and put us through to the manager by phone. We were then able to access the room. The information had already been sent via WhatsApp during the day, but could not be received without mobile data or WiFi. During our stay, we asked the accommodation if they needed a copy of our passports and PDIs, but there was no reply. The request for payment only came afterwards, we were asked to pay with taxes, with the indication that we could have the taxes refunded at the airport (which, according to my information, is not possible). Only after discussions and information that it was not possible to refund the taxes at the airport was it possible to pay without an asterisk. The price of the accommodation was quoted in US dollars.

Location, cleanliness

Definitely not worth the price. Disgracefully expensive for what it is. Staff (a couple), with the lady not knowing how to receive us and generally had no idea what she was doing, plates had prices stuck to bottom (hope they’d been washed after purchase although seems not). Breakfast comes in a cooler piled with stuff and nowhere to place it in room. No instructions on how to use heating or techy shower. No hot water for one day. Staff (a couple) generally a total disaster with him seeming more like her bodyguard for breakfast cooler delivery.

Beautiful views from the rooms and breakfast room, very well decorated space. Super clean, comfortable king size bed and excellent pillows/blankets. Space age shower with 200 heads and music. Hot water and effective heaters. Also a hot tub, although we did not use it! (You have to request it a day in advance.)

Un lugar Maravilloso...una paz y tranquilidad impresionante....cerca del lago Huillinco...la verdad espero con gusto poder volver....la limpieza del Lodge es a toda prueba....

Muy buena la habitación que nos toco, limpia y con una excelente vista al lago Huillinco, el desayuno campestre fue espectacular. Todo fue excelente.

Todo excelente, el trato insuperable, con énfasis en satisfacer las necesidades de los pasajeros, siempre atentos a lo que necesitáramos, muy recomendable

Muy bello lugar, mejor que se ve en las fotos. Llegamos tarde y Pamela la administradora nos preparó una deliciosa comida. Muy bonito lugar y perfectas vistas al lago. Gran estadía. Delicioso desayuno.

Room was modern and very clean. It was spacious for the three of us. Breakfast was plenty and with friendly staff. Owners were not around so payment process was subject to a misunderstanding. Road to place was in rough shape.

Foi uma excelente experiência. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e bem cuidados, o café da manhã muito caprichado e o atendimento, cuidadoso. Vale a pena.

Fantástico, atendido extraordinariamente por sus dueños, en este ocasión nos atendió Oscar, quien hizo que nuestra estadía fuera muy cálida , todo muy limpio, muy cómodo, una vista excepcional al lago Huillinco y su entorno, y unos kuchenes exquisitos .

Our hosts oscar and Andrea went way beyond in making sure our stay exceeded our expectations. Andrea introduced us to nearby locations we would never have found on our own.

Las instalaciones buenísimas y la atención aún mejor

Los dueños, que son los que trabajan ahí, son unas personas muy amables. Nos acompañaron en la estadía. Siempre preocupados. El desayuno fue preparado con mucho cariño que fue compartido con ellos mismos. La vista es preciosa, el lugar muy tranquilo, bien arreglado y todo perfectamente preparado.
