Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Extremely clean with positive vibes, amazing staff and hospitality. The hotel manager is very friendly and sweet person. They happily accommodated our request for a very late checkout since we had to go for Woodbury premium outlets. Highly recommended, if you are craving for premium outlet shopping experience, The place is 10mins drive.
Our rooms were not serviced. Since we stayed for 2 nights only. The hotel management should look into this aspect.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026This was the first time that I had stayed at a "Sleep Inn". Check-in was very easy. I had messaged the hotel before we arrived and they had responded to and acted upon that message. The room was very comfortable with two large beds. Parking was easy and check-out simple. A very pleasant stay.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026My second time staying at the hotel in Washingtonville. Each time I found everyone to be helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast plentiful. I’m specifically writing this review to shout out the services and keen eye of Jenise. I put down a bag and IPAD on a chair during checkout, picked up the bag and left the iPad behind. I didn’t even realize it. Jenise observed the item and called me and asked if I left anything behind. I said no. She asked again and then I remembered. I’m forever grateful to Jenise for going above and beyond the extraordinary service already provided.
