Aircon worked well, beds were comfy, shower had great preassure, the staff were super friendly and helpful. It has uber and super close to the airport. There are also lots of bars and restaurants within a very short walk. Very much would recommend on a short stay/one night waiting for a flight. The TV is tiny tho! 😂

Jammer.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026I’ve never had such good communication from a hotel before about check in. The person booked me a taxi for the airport and was so welcoming and helpful. I had a single room. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only small thing was the air conditioning didn’t stay on. This might have been me doing it wrong though! I’d 100% recommend this hotel particularly if have early flight out of Alicante. Great value for money.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We traveled all the way from Germany, and fortunately, all of the staff spoke English—some of them even very well. Everyone, from the reception staff to the housekeeping team, was incredibly nice, friendly, and always happy to help or provide information. The hotel was also very clean, and the room service was excellent. I can only highly recommend this hotel. When I booked it, I didn’t realize that it was located more in an area where locals live. However, in the end, this actually turned out to be even better. The beach is not overcrowded, and there are plenty of good shops and restaurants in the area, many of which are very affordable. You can get into the city by bus, although the buses don’t run as frequently as they do in Germany. In summer, there is also a bus that goes directly to the beach. Alternatively, it’s very easy to book a ride through Bolt or Uber. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It is a shame with the room being so modern with quality fittings, that the bed and pillow were not comfortable for me. I found it hard to get to sleep because of this. Additionally, the aircon did not appear to be the most powerful ...I had temp on 17 but room was still not as cool as I like. Last thing ...there was no full length mirror. This might not bother some but was slightly annoying for me.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Was only one night but very clean.
The only criticism was the shower cubicle needs a lip putting on the tray as it flooded over when we showered. We left early so couldn't report to reception as no one there.
