Der Empfang. Die Buchung wurde nicht gefunden und ewig gesucht. Ich stand totmüde da, das wurde gar nicht bemerkt. Das reservierte Zimmer gab es dann nicht. Bekam ein anderes, kleineres Zimmer mit weniger Komfort. Betten quietschen bei jeder Bewegung.

Zajtrk z veliko izbire. Osebje prijazno, ustekleničena voda na razpolago pri recepciji. Bila je samo ena, vsekakor še kdaj.
Kopalnica malce natrpana, pač stara zgradba in ampak prenovljena.

We arrived via car and found the pre arrival instructions so helpful in having the confidence to drive across the pedestrian zone 😀. Breakfast was the best we had on our tour across Germany. Spotlessly clean, the room felt like new and was nicely soundproof. Breakfast was exceptional. fresh and interesting and full of creative touches. Service was exceptional.
Bedding was high quality but I struggled with the comforter, which was nice but too hot on and too cool off. An ooption for just a light blanket would be nice

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Hotel Victoria was such a great place to spend the night before our cruise along the Main and Rhine Rivers. Took a train from Munich to Nuremberg. The hotel is located across the street within the walls of Old Town. The location is great. So easy to walk to churches, the castle or watch the World Cup Finals as every bar and restaurant had it on a big screen (or a small TV on a table.) Our hotel room was so comfy and so cozy. It was a bit of a challenge to find as you went out the door at the end of the hall to find it. It was so quiet and had a view of the Old City Walls and gate. Thankful for air conditioning and complimentary bottles of mineral water in the room. Thirsty? Grab more water from the orange fridge in the lobby. There is also a full honor bar down stairs with drinks and snacks. Our room included a full breakfast buffet in the morning. Loved how the choices were laid out and labeled so clearly in German and English. Enjoyed so many delicious breakfast options. Cheese, salads, fresh fruits, vegetables with hummus, muesli and freshly baked cakes. Swiss hot chocolate? Definitely! My hubby loved his latte. Ask for eggs cooked your way. Would definitely stay at the Hotel Victoria. A charming, and very orange, classic hotel in old town Nuremberg.

Attention to sharing the history of the building was appreciated and the library room was a good communal space/place to do a bit of work.
The coffee was very weak, not really espresso, but the rest of breakfast was superb.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Lage am Rande der Altstadt in der Nähe des Handwerkerhofes. Frühstück wirklich sehr gut. Personal freundlich und kompetent. Hotelparkplatz in der Nähe. Anfahrt wurde gut erklärt. Waren zum 2. Mal dort. Ein 3. Mal ist wahrscheinlich.
Die Anfahrt ist etwas umständlich. Aber das ist der Lage in der Fußgängerzone geschuldet. Zum Einchecken kann das Auto aber direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt werden.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Super Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Von hier aus ist alles prima zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles da, was wir für einen kurzen Städtetrip brauchen. Das Auto konnte problemlos ein paar Häuser weiter auf hoteleigenen Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

I know we were In Germany but the tv could do with a lot more choices the English subtitles didn’t work But I guess that’s what you expect when you are visiting another country

Non mi è piaciuta la stanza che ci è stata assegnata: impossibile aprire sia la finestra della stanza che quella del bagno: enormi tubi e reti impedivano qualsiasi vista , un vero carcere!....una stanza così deve essere venduta ad un prezzo diverso e va specificata " questa caratteristica " in modo tale che chi la prenota sia cosciente di cosa troverà....ho trovato indegno che nessuno , davanti alle nostre rimostranze, abbia almeno chiesto scusa. Peccato!

Buonissima la colazione e lo staff e’ stato molto competente e cordiale nell’accoglienza Hotel super consigliato x soggiornare in questa bellissima città’. Das Personal war aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist für ein Hotel in der Innenstadt sehr angenehm. Alles in allem, ein schönes Hotel in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann.

Main attraction points are within walking distance. Staff is very friendly, speaking several languages. Parking is 100 mt away. Great choice!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Very pleasant and welcoming staff on reception Hard working cleaning staff, very clean room and bathroom Easily accessible shower and useful stool in the bathroom Very comfortable bed and pillows Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, cooked eggs were available to order, however the breakfast room was up several steps from the lift, not easily accessed by those with mobility issues Garage parking was available but the lift was not working so again, poor provision for those with mobility issues
Unfortunately, this beautiful hotel facade has had the "heart and soul" ripped out of it by corporate style modernisation The bar was not open The hotel was not easily accessible to those with mobility issues
