Maritina Apartments

The location was great, lovely and quiet but easy access to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and always around.

Parking can be tricky as it on street parking, but we always managed to get a space close to the hotel.

Séjour dans cet hôtel très agréable, le personnel est très accueillant et présent à n’importe quel moment de la journée même le soir ! L’hôtel est impeccable il n’y a rien à dire, c’est chaleureux et propre. La nourriture proposée sur la carte de l’hôtel est variée (et inclue des plats végétariens), c’est fait maison et c’était excellent ! Hôtel également bien situé, proche de la plage et de la station de bus. Pour l’excursion sur l’île de Symi les transferts depuis l’hôtel sont organisés c’est super. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour ! Je reviendrai !

Clean, friendly staff, lovely pool area, very welcoming. Away from the main road, so it was nice and quiet.

My room had been recently refurbished to a high standard except for behind the bathroom door where the filler was clearly visible between the tiles and the door. It didn’t affect the function of the room, just let down the standard they were obviously going for.

In generale l'appartamento è moderno rispetto a quello che si può trovare in Grecia, c'era anche la lavatrice. La posizione è ottima a metà tra l'aeroporto e Rodi città. C'è la piscina di cui io non ho usufruito ma sembrava tutto ben funzionante, cosi come il bar.

De service en mensen die er werken zijn super goed en behulpzaam. Ze hebben de beste aanbevelingen als het gaat over wat te zien en of waar iets is, ook restaurants aan hun vragen is echt een aanbeveling. Je komt dan te eten in de beste lokale griekse restaurants😁 Deze plek is zeker een aanrader aangezien je niet alleen als klant behandeld wordt maar ook als familie!

Отель очень удобный находится в двух шагах от большого супермаркета небольших магазинов ,ресторанчиков и кафе баров. К тому же есть доставка через Wolt если вы загрузите можете доставлять еду с любой точки Родоса прямо вам в апартаменты. Есть достаточно лежаков бронировать заранее не надо всегда есть место для всех бассейн очень удобный атмосфера приятная. Постельное белье менялось часто но если при необходимости вам нужно сменить ещё раз вы можете смело повесить бирку на двери вашего номера и вам с радостью ещё раз сменят не только постельное белье но и новые полотенца персонал очень дружелюбный! ✌️👍

Все понравилось кроме того что в нашем номере не было кухни фотографии не были чётко описаны в которых комнатах есть кухни и в которых они не существуют. Но есть кофеварка и маленький холодильник где вы можете размещать вашу еду в небольшом количестве но и воду много чего там не поместится так как они очень маленькие.

Maritina Apartments was an excellent place to stay, the team were very helpful and friendly, the apartments are perfectly located, few minuets to the nearest shops and restaurants, pebble beach just minuets away, restaurants and towns in both directions within 20ish minuet walk and the bus into Rhodes Old Town was about 15/20m. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds and very relaxing. Rooms had all facilities for self catering.

Worth noting that personal food and drink arent allowed in the pool area, however the prices at the apartments are very reasonable to grab a drink or snack and the team are so helpful and attentive.

Good honest value for money. No frills but they are ploughing their money into improving facilities year on year. The pool is so lovely and warm but still refreshing. Nothing is too much effort for these lovely small business owners.

The property was tucked away on a quiet street. Peaceful but still within walking distance to beaches & lots of restaurants. I stayed in a room with private garden, it was spotlessly clean and the pool area was great.

The staff were very welcoming and engaging. The pool area was relaxed and comfortable with plenty of space . There were plenty of sunbeds and a grassy area with a net for kids to play ball. Once again, I must mention the staff very helpful and always willing to chat.

Το δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε ήταν απολύτως ανακαινισμενο, προσεγμένο σε όλες του τις λεπτομέρειες. Καλά τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια. Ωραία και μεγάλη αυλή, πνιγμένα στο πράσινο με πολλά φυτά. Ωραία και η πισίνα που διαθέτει. Προσωπικό ευγενικό.

Das Hotel Maritina ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für alle, die einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt suchen. Hier herrscht eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre, und die Hotelanlage sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts gab es nie ein Problem, eine freie Liege zu finden, es standen sowohl sonnige Plätze als auch schattige Bereiche zur Verfügung. Das Apartment war geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die bequemen Matratzen sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf, sodass man sich wirklich gut entspannen konnte. Im Hotel gibt es eine Bar, in der guter Kaffee, gekühlte Getränke sowie Snacks und verschiedene Speisen wie Pizza und Ähnliches angeboten werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief schnell und reibungslos, was ein sehr guter Start in den Aufenthalt war. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel Maritina sehr genossen und kann diese Unterkunft allen empfehlen, die Ruhe, Sauberkeit und eine herzliche Atmosphäre schätzen.

The apartments were clean and comfortable, and offered excellent value for the money. The owners and staff were very friendly and hospitable, and always ready to help. The service was wonderful, and everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend “Maritina” Apartments to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Het personeel en het zwembad!

De kamers en met name badkamers kunnen een update gebruiken. Het is wat ver van alles, als je een scooter hebt is het perfect.

Basen na plus, dobra lokalizacja.

Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo bardzo słabe, nie było nawet jednego dobrego noża czy deski, patelnia jakaś mini, poprosiliśmy o większą to była cała zarysowana, ciężko było cokolwiek ugotować, a po to braliśmy pokój z kuchnią. Na minus też dźwiękoszczelność, ani jednej nocy nie spaliśmy żeby nas coś nie budziło, ptaki o 3/4 w nocy grają koncerty codziennie i nie da się ich przegonić ani zasnąć.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγάλα και άνετα. Είχε τα πάντα από ηλεκτρικές συσκευές μέχρι και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Επίσης ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ ωραίος και ο κύριος Γιάννης, καθώς και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί, σε έκαναν να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου!

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε. Ίσως μόνο το ότι είχε πάρα πολλές γάτες, το οποίο εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε, κατανοώ όμως ότι μπορεί να δημιουργούσε θέμα σε κάποιον άλλον.

Family run, very lovely staff, reasonable prices. Pool with luxury sun beds and umbrellas and garden was lovely, 8 minute walk to the beach and 5 to the shops.

No car park but there was on street parking.

Appartamento pulito, delle giuste dimensioni, corrispondente a quanto indicato nelle foto, situato a pochi km dall'aeroporto e a 5 minuti di automobile dal mare. Valore aggiunto: la comoda piscina se si preferisce non andare al mare. Consigliato soprattutto per chi ama i gatti.

- Anlage schon etwas älter aber in guten Zustand, Türen, Möbel teileweise Gebrauchsspuren aber für uns absolut OK - eigentlich nichts :) *****

Pool area and gardens were well kept and clean and the check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was polite.

Although the apartment was spacious and clean certain aspects of it were very tired. Some plugs were loose from the walls and the shower had black mould on the grout and around the shower screen. Some cupboards had bits broken off or handles missing. Basically a refurb is needed.

Couldn't lock the door from the inside. Walls are very thin, can hear everything. The toiletries are rather limited: only soap and 3in1 shower gel. AC can only be set in between 22-24 degrees or it will leak.

Sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend für eine Person. Der Poolbereich ist schön und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Katzen auf dem Gelände waren auch super:) Rhodos Stadt ist in 20min gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Es gibt auch gute Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Der Badezimmerboden hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the owners were lovely. 4 minutes walk to large supermarket and main bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The pool area was lovely with comfy sunbeds and plenty of shade. Reasonable priced drinks round the pool. We only ate in at lunch but everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Highly recommend Whispers restaurant, FBI and Phillips bar (amazing gyros). Easy to get the bus into Rhodes Town for something different. Would stay here again

Fijn kleinschalig hotel. Medewerkster altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik had een appartement op de begane grond met ruim terras en gezellige katten. En het bed lag zeer goed!! Parkeren gaat prima in de straat voor het hotel en ook te voet sta je zo bij verschillende restaurants, bars en winkeltjes.

De appartementen zijn erg gehorig, met name geluid van schuivende stoelen boven je. Het appartement is helemaal compleet, op een koffiezetapparaat na. Die miste ik wel echt! Tevens zijn de foto’s online van nieuw meubilair, maar dit ziet er in werkelijkheid toch echt wat minder mooi/fris uit.

The place was clean and well equipped, felt like an hotel with the advantage of the privacy of an appartment. Great pool.

Warning ⚠️ At the end of our stay, I asked for a number for a taxi and once arrived at the airport the taxi driver took us way above the regular price, arguing that the hotel charged him a lot because of the reservation. When I reported to the hotel, they claim it’s not true but they have no responsability in it, the taxi driver present us 4 different versions of of why he was abusing us, and even took us hostage by blocking our luggage into his car to prevent us to take our flight. Very scary and unplaisant situation, even more that the hotel director didn’t want to take any responsibility in it. Not trusting host. Be Careful.

Recommend to install airconditioning in salon/kitchen area or at least write that there isn"t one in that room. A microwave and coffee nepresso would be nice too

L'hôtel est tout à fait conforme à sa description. Il est très agréable et la piscine est un vrai plus. Tout est très propre, tout notre linge a été changé 2 fois en 6 jours. Le personnel est charmant. Il n'y a pas de parking mais on se gare facilement dans la rue. Il y a un supermarché à très courte distance à pied. Le quartier est résidentiel, calme, agréable et à courte distance de Rhodes.

Giannis and staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us,the apartment was spotless and cleaned every 2 days,quiet complex which suited us perfectly- pool area was stunning with the most comfy sunbeds

L’hôtel était vraiment assez sympa et bien situé, avec un supermarché à proximité, ce qui était très pratique. La chambre et les espaces communs étaient propres et bien entretenus. Le personnel a également été un vrai point fort du séjour : très gentil, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute pour répondre à nos besoins. Une expérience agréable dans l’ensemble.

Property is in great location, staff is very friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, all appliances that you may need.

Rooms were not clean esp bathroom cabinets and walls had brown splashes so did bedroom wardrobe. Shower cabin leaking so when having shower water was all over the floor. Hairdryer broken not working. Moldy and rusty windows that weren’t clean. AC unit pump was broken so it was leaking on the floor outside. Pool area was closed with work going on.

Photos flatteuses sur booking. Un peu moins idyllique en vrai. Grands cyprès pour séparer des immeubles mitoyens donc peu de lumière et soleil sur notre terrasse. . Très petite piscine et lors de notre séjour sans eau alors qu'écrit sur booking en service à partir du 1 er avril.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. I had a late return flight, I was allowed to keep the apartment until I had to leave for the airport free of charge.

Friendly and polite staff, great location, well-equipped, nicely decorated apartment and the private garden was lovely. Close to supermarkets, eateries, pharmacy and travel options (bus or car rentals). The owner was also prompt and friendly/helpful in all correspondence.

I understand we visited very early on in the season and we got a great rate and this is maybe why, but it felt like they weren't quite ready for guests in the sense that the pool and other outdoor areas including the grounds were undergoing maintenance or waiting for it (although this is obviously great for future visitors). Perhaps the storm also contributed to delays though. Nevertheless, I certainly did get the feeling that the owners take pride in their property and providing a good customer experience. It would be great to visit when it's all up and running!
