Reviewed Dec 9, 2024Staffs are friendly, provide lots of local info to travellers. Close to Train Station (~8 mins walk). Central location, easy to get food or public transport.
No elevator, needs to carry luggage upstairs to 2nd or 3rd floor.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2023予約完了後すぐに案内（中・英文）が届きました。 そこにLineやwhatsappなどの連絡先があり、入居後もコインランドリーの場所を尋ねたり、手軽にやり取りできました。 台南駅に近いので交通の便はいいですが、逆を言えば観光スポットや繁華街からは離れています。 しかし駅前にバス停やレンタルバイクステーションがあるので便利です。 白を基調とした部屋は広く、清潔感があります。 大きな机はないけど、ベッドの両脇にサイドデスクがあり使い勝手がいいです。 問題点は階段が狭く、案内にも書かれていたが、大きな荷物を持ち運ぶには少し厳しいこと。 あと部屋に至るまでにドアロックを２度クリアしないといけないのは少々面倒くさかったです。

Reviewed May 10, 2023部屋は綺麗で、駅からかなり近いため、すごく良かった。 ただし、チェックイン、チェックアウト含めてすべてLINEでの対応のみだったので、良い悪いは個人の判断になりそう。 また、予約時にスタッフからのメールが届いてなかったトラブルがあり、ホテルに入れず、かなり焦った。ホテルに入るには暗証番号が必要な上、スタッフもホテルにおらず、メールが届いてないためサポート用のLINEも知らないため、、。仕方なく国際電話をかけてなんとかなったが、、

Reviewed Apr 29, 2021整體都還蠻棒的，離火車站近，雖然比較不好找，但老闆很用心的指引。 房間舒適整潔，唯一美中不足的是房間內的浴廁不是真的隔間，是玻璃隔間只有布簾可以拉起來，而且因為廁所不是密閉空間，如果想上廁所感覺味道會佈滿整個房間。

Reviewed Oct 20, 2019Near to Main train station, easily accessible from HSR or airport, hosts are very friendly, offer excellent welcoming with lot of information that make your stay comfortable and full of experiences, always availeble online for any requests or help, rooms offers everything needed for comfortable stay, the coffee offers in cafe downstairs is simply amazing.
