الثلاجة كان تبريدها ضعيف وتم اخبارهم بذلك ، واخبروني بأنهم اصلحوها ولكن دون جدوى، على العموم هذا الشي لم يؤثر على مكانة الفندق عندي ، يبقى استون رقم 1 لدي

The accomodation is good, room is clean, have swimming pool, the hotel near to city and train station, for the breakfast so many variant and the taste is delicious. next if visit tasikmalaya i will stay in here again. Thank u Aston Inn Tasikmalaya

The hotel is close of main street and clean, tidy, high ceiling, and also spacious parking, suitable for resting and also holding meetings here. I felt a nice fragrance when I entered the lobby and the friendly employees greeted us. If I go back to Tasikmalaya, I always want to stay here.

The service very excellent With the atmosphere and perfect design of the hotel. The staffs lovely to great me and my family with soft and kind words I was so enjoy my time stay in the room, the food at the restaurant so tasty and yummy. I'd like to be back

It has great services. Quick response. Good foods. Beautiful view. Clean room. Everything was good in this hotel especially the roomand the food with good taste. The facilities was good too. The staffs are friendly and always smiling employees, helpfull and serve the best service. Surely will spend the other holiday here! Thank you Thank you ms Irna and Fira for your hospitality. Someday i will back again with my big family

Swimming pool is getting a bit tired.

The bed protector had red blood stain, please wash clean the bed protector. Very early in the morning, we can hear the chicken too early morning calls on and on ( 3 AM start ).

We arrive at tasikmalaya around 12 pm and they let us to early check in at 1 pm.

1. Our room has AC problem. It wasnt cold enough. We called for 3 times and after 4 hours waiting, the problem resolved. I already asked to change room and the reception told us to wait for confirmation. But they hadnt called back so we just wait until they finally fix the aircon (after 4 hours). 2. The pool was dirty. Kids were planning to swim on sunday morning, we go to the pool area at 10am. We took a dip at the kids pool without realizing that there were vomit (maybe a kid vomit there before i dunno) on the separator area. Once we saw that we quickly took off. It was very grotesque. 3. Poor soundproofing. We could hear children running screaming in the hallway 4. The breakfast was okay but minus menus for kids. It was my 2nd time to tasikmalaya My first time staying at aston inn.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. AC worked well. The hotel is also located in the center of city, easy to access.

The hot water was not hot enough.

Clean and friendly staffs. rooms are pretty big. AC works very well. Breakfast spread is awesome.

I think it is worth the value. We booked the hotel almost the last minutes and we still got the good rate. The hotel was quite big and they have basement parking as well. I think the hotel was designed to do conference, events, meetings, etc as you can see bulk capacity on meeting rooms, restos, parking lots etc.

I wish the room can be bigger. The standard room is super tiny. No bath tub and the hot water sometimes not available. Also the card key was so sensitive so we came back to the reception to validate the card key pretty often. Ah, the basement parking was so tight too. Location is pretty far from the downtown too.

It was a nice stay, i would love to stay again for my next visit

The hotel is new and similar to other Fave hotels. Rooms are with standard equipment of the hotel chain. The staff is young and very friendly, but not yet very experienced. They could not help to find a decent restaurant for dinner in the vicinity. We finally had to return to the hotel restaurant, which provided us with a simple but tasty meal. The location is not very central and transport is needed to reach the town center or railway station. The place is fine for an overnight stay, but for a longer holiday. Since the hotel is new, everything was in good working condition.
