The room was dirty: the floor was covered with hairs and sand. Also the toilets were dirty. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything and it was very difficult to sleep

+ toilets not clean and sometimes no toilet roll + some people very making loud noises (wall very thin) +towel are not included even though the reception policy says they are :)

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Despite our very late check-in, the staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful over WhatsApp. They sent clear, step-by-step instructions so our late self-check-in went completely smoothly without a hitch.
I am not sure if bath towels are not included in the hotel. These were the only missing items during our stay. But it's only a minor concern since we brought our personal towel.

1Very impolite staffs even shout loudly to the international guests and asked me to go out. 2Very dirty environment that feel disgusting every day when I go the the washroom and the shower room 3Order bund bed and will ask the international guests to upgrade to the private room and paid more. 4 Not very honest service to provide the free transportation for sure. 5 The reception staff told my personal information to the other staff said that I am an old lady. it's illegal way. 6The staff from the what's app call me granny and told me it's respectful for older woman.And for me it's the age and gender discrimination and I was wondering his mind and citizenship literacy to lie to the international guests 🤔. Shame on them. 7 it is on the 2nd floor and no one helps out for the luggage down when check out. 8It costs durning my stay compared the price before and after. 8Vert bad living experiences there and send the mail to the boss and no reply until today. 9They don't lock the door down stairs and the the third floor just regard the international guests living there safe is nothing important.Who cares? 9They shall change the name for the BAD traveler hostel. 10 They asked me out and just wanted to refund the remaining then they would pretend nothing happened. Booking.com and this hostel better provide me the compensation otherwise will tell all over the world this truth.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The private room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a short stay near the airport. The location is very convenient if you have an early flight or a late arrival. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Without them, I would have given this property a much lower score.
The biggest issue was the shared bathrooms and toilets. They were very old, worn out, and did not feel clean, making them quite uncomfortable to use. I don’t think this is something that can be solved with better cleaning products or more frequent cleaning. The bathrooms really need a complete renovation. Since this is a place where most people stay for only one or two nights because of its proximity to the airport, guests mainly expect two things, a clean room and clean bathrooms. The room met my expectations, but unfortunately the bathrooms did not.

El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no funcionaba bien y la temperatura era altísima. Pasamos frío. Mucho ruido de la calle se oía en la habitación.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Das Zimmer war funktional und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, bequeme Matratze, Klimaanlage sowie praktische Details wie USB-Steckdose, Spiegel und Mülleimer. Das Personal war freundlich, der Check-in unkompliziert und grundlegende Ausstattung wie Handtücher, Decke, Föhn, Bügeleisen und eine nutzbare Gemeinschaftsküche waren vorhanden. Gute Lage: Supermärkte, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Grundreinigung bzw. Renovierung vertragen. Gemeinschaftsbäder sind funktional, aber schlicht und werden von vielen Gästen geteilt. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche war häufig sehr voll. Zudem fiel eine starke Videoüberwachung in Gemeinschaftsbereichen auf. Einige Details im Haus wirkten zudem wenig gepflegt, was den Gesamteindruck etwas mindert

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026BED BUGS. May 31st 2026. Slept in bed 6 of the dorm and was bitten in three places. In the early morning I found an adult bed bug on my pillow. Also, the ac was about 2 degrees too low. The bathroom sink soap was empty the entire time. No towels provided, they charge for their use (for an airport hostel where you can't use your towel because you dont have time to dry it, this is opportunistic and i think unfair). Two guests arrived late and unpacked and repacked their bags very noisily in the dorm for about an hour (not the hostels fault but very annoying). Overall a massive disappointment. Somewhere i chose for convenience and comfort was, in fact, the opposite of that. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. I checked out very early for a flight so I didnt get a chance to inform anyone of the bed bug issue in person.

I feel the person should be available at the reception at the check time. It usually has the same issue. One of the traveller again in 2026 shared the same experience of 2022. Mo one at the reception is available after WeChat or WhatsApp or ringing the bell. This is something be very much helpful for traveller arriving at different times.

The facilities we found very clean and practical plus the ability to be able to make coffee etc at our own leisure very relaxing and enjoyable .ànd easily available . The showering and bathing rooms are very clean and quite effective in the cleaning of oneself and cannot be faulted as also the toilet areas. The proximity to the food and meal available restaurants ànd fast food places numerous and very close by .ànd were very well priced with Delicious varieties of meals and foods plus drink available. Although to go to places from the location of the premises unless using taxis to go anywhere s by public transport of the bus and rail system the roughly 20 minute walk to the transit rail and bus station can be somewhat taxing upon oneself ít is very extremely worth the stroll as usage if the rail system gets a person both to ànd from kuala lúmphúr international airport in a very short time period as also to the city centre and prices are as they are ... We both have and would have no hesitation whatsoever in re staying at the hostel upon our return to Kuala lúmphur ., in general terms it is very suitable for both short term and long term stays and pleasant in staff outlook and attitude and helpfulness if required ...enjoyable and quiet for rest and sleep times plus air conditioning in the rooms very relaxing upon the removal of humidities associated with Kuala Lúmphur ...will stay with the hostel again upon our return ....

Het is heel erg gehorig. De kamer naast ons was de hele nacht aan het praten en lachen. Ook de douches waren niet heel schoon en het beddengoed vonden we ook niet erg fris.. Sommige handdoeken die je huurt zijn van slechte kwaliteit waarmee je jezelf niet goed kan afdrogen. Ook de bedden waren enorm hard.

No se alojen aqui si no quieren vivir el peor de sus dias, avise que llegaba tarde y no me respondieron… Al llegar al hotel queda en una zona muy fea y alejada, la puerta estaba cerrada llame y no me contestaron total que tuve que dormir en otro hotel que estaba cerca porque aparecieron 2 horas despues de que yo llegase…

Bed bugs infestation huge in hostel. I killed at least 10 bed bugs and they still kept on popping and I kept on getting bit throughout the night with no assistance or help at reception.
