Great facilities, clean, easy access

Slightly expensive given it's location to the city and lack of restaurant / bar facilities

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le personnel, quand nous l'avons croisé, est très sympathique. Chaque jour, nous avions des petits gâteaux et la bouilloire et la cafetière ont été très appréciés.

Le linge de lit était taché après lavage. Par ailleurs pendant notre séjour j'ai été piquée à de multiples reprises la nuit sans avoir pu identifier l'auteur des piqûres. Il y a peu de place pour poser les affaires dans la chambre quand on est 2.

Loved this spot. Pretty area, felt very safe. Good walk to city centre but nice distance to stretch out. Great facilities, loved the air-con - we got a hot 24 hours! Public transport was easy as well as parking when we needed.

Struttura posizionata in quartiere residenziale e tranquillo, stanza grande e pulita, check-in agevole con codice. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. Nei pressi c'è la fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il centro.

Fantastic location as we were attending a sports event at the Aviva which was within walking distance as was good restaurants and bars

Bathroom had a foul smell which appeared to be coming from shower drain along with build up of mould around shower area. Bed was so uncomfortable like sleeping on cardboard. My back was painful and after 6am I couldn't sleep again. Not what I wanted after travelling without kids (was hoping to get a good rest). Rooms need more sound proofing-could hear conversation in room beside us and a couple snoring beneath us. Upon check out time, 2 cleaning staff were very rude to us as we were packing our things to leave well before 12pm. Banging aggressively on bedroom door telling us we must leave now despite me having my coat on and luggage on my hand. My husband was finishing his packing. If it was 12.15pm maybe i would understand but it had not clocked checkout time yet. We handed our room card to another staff working downstairs and not so much as a goodbye-she was uninterested and rude. Fabulous location but definitely wouldn't return. Many other accommodations in the area to consider for next time. Not worth €200 without breakfast in my opinion.

Air conditioning was a live saver in the heat and humidity.

No car parking facilities nearby yet the sister accommodation Pembroke townhouse has parking available.

The fact it was so seamless and easy...no check in desk or hassle, no talking necessary..just key in the code open the door collect key and go to the room. A/C was a godsend. So quiet at night despite being beside road.

Not a thing to dislike

The area was perfect 👌 as 2 females we felt safe. Everything was so easy check in etc

Location, perfect for attending concert at the Aviva, right on your doorstep. Also, so much choice of restaraunts, pubs, shops within a short walking distance. Also short walk into city centre. Then the premises, beautiful finish to the decor from the front door to your bedroom. Bedroom was beautiful with such comfortable beds to stunning sash windows and even capsule coffee machine. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect location for a concert at the Aviva. Pay and display street parking is available outside the door. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable and the room has air con/ heating. Would definitely recommend this place for any stay in Dublin.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, it was so close to the Aviva stadium, check in was so easy and well explained. We really enjoyed our stay there and we hope to be back soon!

The location was fantastic

There was no shower gel & only enough milk for one cuppa, also the fridge didn’t keep anything cool & we could have done with a fan in the room as it was boiling 🥵

The location was great close to the city and the venue we needed to get to on Sat. The room was a lot bigger than we expected.

The drinking glasses in the room were not clean and the sink did not hold water?

Very comfortable bed and quiet location. Self-checkin worked well. There was no staff on site but that was okay with us. They did come and clean the room while we were out. Make sure you go to the train station to get a bus card. There are lots of buses you can take, as well as the train into central Dublin but buses need exact change or a card. Central Dublin was a bit of a madhouse on the weekend so we were happy we a bit away. You can walk it if weather is nice.

I guess it would have been nice to have someone on site to ask questions.

The bed was comfortable.

Did not meet any staff but that's okay. The view from the room Number 6 was other persons windows. Not what I wanted. Overall, I would not spend 165 euros for one night again in this residence.

It was only 5minute walk to the aviva stadium and 10mins from the city centre perfect if you are taking public transport into the town and are staying because your going to the aviva

I dont have a bad word to say about the place , the room was very well presented and the building in general was very nice .

Perfect location for the Aviva stadium- and restaurants in a lovely area. The room was a good size, with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Easy to check in.

The communications from the property were excellent in advance of arrival, the info I needed to access my room was exactly right, the hotel accommodation is beautifully decorated, a restored old Georgian house that feels very unique, the room was lovely and again beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The location was excellent as we just had a 5 minute walk up the road to all the restaurants on lower baggot street for dinner.

Bedden, de douchedeur kon niet goed dicht, kleine kamer, eigenlijk alles bij elkaar niet de prijs/kwaliteit die je mocht verwachten voor een prijzige deluxe kamer.

Everything- it was in a brilliant position, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely

It’s a very minor complaint - no late checkout, I suspect so that the staff can clean at the usual time. Not a big deal as they were happy to store the bags and let us hang out in reception- and checkout was at 12 anyway!

Nett renoviertes georgianisches Haus mit Dublin-flair in ruhiger und gepflegter Lage

Ein Kleiderschrank, eine Schublade wären nicht schlecht, damit man nicht aus dem Koffer leben muss. Die Stange zum Aufhängen ist praktisch, aber über dem Ablagetisch für allerlei nicht optimal untergebracht. Und ein Zahnputzbecher wäre auch gut.

Room not as advertised/ costed and most definitely smaller in size than measurements quoted ie 19 square metres , we measured the room capacity at 14 m We paid €300 for one night in a deluxe double room that was far from deluxe …..It was dark , cramped , tired looking and in need of some TLC with limited comfort , not even the most basic ie tissues available plus 3 standard Barry’s teabags in a jar !! Noise heard from outside and other guest rooms and whilst host Hilary was available on the phone once I realised there was an error in their room allocation with regards to our booking , having stayed in a much larger deluxe double room previously , the second option was no better but a smaller room with high ceilings ! I was disappointed in Hilary’s response that it was a busy weekend with Ireland rugby game , that’s not an adequate response to feel being overcharged for a standard double room , not acceptable I’m afraid .
