В ванной грязно На кухне шаеш и плита не были помыты нормально Холодильник где кулер-подплесневело все Еще пришел какой-то человек забирать полотенца из нашей квартиры из кладовки со своим ключем и когда его спросили планировал ли он зайти в квартиру пока нас нет он ответил чесно-""да конечно, чего я там не видел"" Подушки грязные Полотенец не хватало на 4 человек и не было пододеяльника для дивана. Потом принесли по нашей просьбе

המיקום היה טוב, יש הרבה חניה (כחול לבן). האיש של הכביסות שנחלץ לעזרתנו לאחר שראה את הפרצוף שלי היה מקסים והצליח קצת להרגיע אותי.. בעל הדירה אישר להישאר עוד שעתיים מעבר לזמן הצ׳ק אין.

הדירה לא מתוחזקת בשום צורה. נכנסנו לדירה ואפילו הדלת הייתה מלוכלכת (גם כל הידיות והמתגים בבית, אשכרה לקחנו מגבון וניקינו אותם). כשנכנסנו היה ריח של ביוב יחד עם ריח של סמרטוט מסריח. הרצפה הייתה דביקה, כל הקירות כתמים, המגבות מלאות בכתמים, המים במקלחת לא ירדו בגלל שיערות של אנשים שהיו לפנינו שאני הייתי צריכה לנקות. השמיכות והכריות שהיינו צריכים לישון איתם היו מלאים בכתמים (אולי הגיע הזמן להחליף?) אני אפילו לא רוצה לדבר על הספה שהילדות היו צריכות לישון עליה (שאמרו לנו שאנחנו צריכים לפתוח ולשים לבד מצעים למרות שהצהרנו ושילמנו על כולנו). שמנו כמה זוגות מצעים כדי שכלום לא יגע בנו. הכלי מטבח ישנים ומלוכלכים, כמובן שבתוך הארונות מלוכלך, ארון מתחת לכיור שבור ומלא חלודה... במרפסת שהייתה המיפלט שלנו היה ריהוט גן שכל הכריות שלו איבדו צורה, מלא לשלשת של יונים..... הבריכה שנראת כל כך יפה בתמונות באמת יפה אבל כשבאנו למצוא מקום גילינו שרוב הכיסאות מסביב שבורים, מלאים בכתמים ובזמן החיפוש שמתי לב שיש קקי ליד הבריכה וכמובן שכל הזכוכית מסביב לבריכה הפכה כבר ללבנה כי לא ניקו אותה הרבה זמן, ברחנו חזרה לדירה.... מצטערת שאין הרבה תמונות פשוט לא היה לי כוח לצלם מרוב ההלם והבאסה שקיבלתי... אני בהלם ששילמנו 2700 שח על שני לילות וזה מה שקיבלנו. אני לעולם לא אחזור לשם יותר וחושבת בכלל אם אי פעם אקח שוב דירה, מזל שאנחנו משפחה שמחה ועשינו מהלימון לימונדה..

The location. One of the other apartments owner tried to help he was very nice.

Almost everything. We arrived the room was not ready. It was supposed to be ready by 3:00, but it was ready around 5:00, the owner did offer to check out later, but that didn’t really help we have children they were all tired u till we entered and settled it the sun was about to set and we didn’t get to enjoy swimming the first day, The cleanliness, the building was awful, dust everywhere, broken furniture, dirty glass, the pool glass was disgusting, the trash hasn’t been removed since days it stinked, , bottom floor to enter the pool had no AC, the bathrooms were not working, The apartment we took it was okay, no dust or dirty windows, but it had a very strong audor of humidity and the there were not enough covers for the pillows or the covers, and the pillows and covers were dirty, The guy at the Reciption didn’t really try to help, he even said we are not allowed in the lobby because it’s not a lobby, but we had no place to go and he said to wait at the bottom floor were it was so dirty and it was so hot with no air conditioning, to be honest from our worst experiences in Eilat and we come every year since the past six years .

המזגן פעמיים התקלקל, פעם נזל ופעם הפסיק לעבוד יש לציין שהגיעו מיד לתקן אבל שידאגו לתשתית כדי שלא יקרה, כי בחופשה לא בא לי להתעסק עם זה ונאלצתי להישאר בדירה עד שיתקנו ולשנות תוכניות. והערה חשובה, שיסדרו ליד המיטה גם בצד שפונה לדלת שקע למטען!!!אין!!! ושידה לשים דברים אין!!! יש רק בצד השני שצמוד לקיר, וחבל שכך!!!! שמתי כסא שלקחתי מבחוץ....רציתי דווקא לישון בצד מול הדלת!! היה יותר נוח יותר מרחב כי גם כך החדר קטן. ולשים שולחן קטן ליד הספה בסלון אין כלום..הייתי נאלצת לשים כסא שלקחתי מפינת האוכל. אם יסדרו את כל זה הדירה ממש תהיה מושלמת. עוד הערה, הפקידים בלובי ממש לא איכפת להם מכלום לא עוזרים בכלום התירוץ תפני לבעל הבית..אז בשביל מה הם שם ?? ואין שם שמירת חפצים!!! שרציתי ואמרו אין!!

Ну если придираться, то 4 полотенца на троих, было маловато, но хорошо что была стиральная машина. Мебель на балконе старенькая, грязная и не удобная. Сейф физически был , но не работал, сказали не для пользования.

בדירה יש ריח של ביוב ואי אפשר להיות בה בלי שהמזגן דולק, אין מים חמים אם לא מדליקים דוד, הילדים התלוננו על מצעים מלוכלכים. אבזור בסיסי ממש. יש הד מהבריכה שנשמע בכל המתחם (כשהחלון סגור בתוך הדירה לא שומעים), צמוד למרפסת יש מתחם אני בישיבה מרכזי.

לא הייתה חנייה של הדירה (a1) חנינו בחוץ וקיבלנו דוח לא ארגנו לנו את החדר ל 3 למרות שהזמנו באתר התקשרתי לבקש שיסדרו אז הביאו לנו שקית עם מצעים עם כתמים על הציפה! המגבת שקיבלנו הייתה של בריכה, קטנה מלבן עם 2 פסים, הזוי! שולחן פינת אוכל היה של חצר עם כיסא עקום לא היה בדירה סוכר לקפה...

חופשה מעולה! הדירה הייתה בדיוק מה שחיפשנו - נקייה, מרווחה ומאובזרת היטב. המיקום פצצה, הכל קרוב - חוף, חנויות, מסעדות. הצ'ק-אין עצמאי עם קוד זה ממש נוח, הגענו מאוחר בלילה ונכנסנו בלי בעיות. יש WiFi מהיר וטלוויזיה עם כבלים. החניה חינם וזמינה מה שחסך לנו כסף והטרדה. שירות מהיר בוואטסאפ כשהיו שאלות. המחיר הוגן והיחס טוב. נחזור בשמחה!

We stayed at City Resort Palmore and honestly loved the vibe. Waking up to the sea right outside was a highlight. The apartment felt like home with the kitchenette and balcony. Pool, gym, beach nearby — everything was easy and relaxed. Would come back.

הייתי באילת לעבודה וחיפשתי משהו נוח ומרכזי. הדירה הייתה בחירה מצוינת - שקטה, נקייה ועם כל מה שצריך. המטבח איפשר לי להכין ארוחות ולא לבזבז הון במסעדות. האינטרנט חזק (חשוב למי שעובד מרחוק כמוני). קיבלתי את הקוד בזמן, הכניסה הייתה חלקה. המיקום מושלם - רגלית לחוף אחרי יום עבודה. יש מרפסת נחמדה שישבתי בה בערבים. מה שבאמת הפתיע אותי זה כמה מהר הצוות הגיב כשהיה לי צורך במגבת נוספת. אין טעות - יחס מחיר איכות מעולה. ממליץ בחום!

בילינו סוף שבוע נהדר בדירה! הזמנו דרך בוקינג והכל היה מאוד פשוט. הדירה נקייה ומסודרת, מזגן עובד מצוין (חשוב באילת!). במיוחד אהבנו את הקרבה לים - ממש כמה דקות הליכה. יש בקרבת מקום סופרים ומסעדות אז לא הייתה בעיה להשיג מה שצריך. קוד הכניסה הגיע בבוקר ההגעה בדיוק כמו שהבטיחו, אז נכנסנו בלי להמתין למישהו. היחס של הצוות היה מקצועי ומהיר, ענו לנו מיד בוואטסאפ. אין לי ממש על מה להתלונן, שווה את הכסף. בהחלט נשקול לחזור בפעם הבאה שנבוא לאילת. מומלץ!

שהות מצוינת באילת! הגענו עם הילדים לחופשה של 3 לילות והיה ממש כיף. הדירה מרווחת ונוחה, המטבח מאובזר היטב (בישלנו כמה ארוחות) והמיטות נוחות. מה שהכי אהבנו זה המרפסת עם נוף לים - שתינו שם קפה כל בוקר. המיקום פשוט מושלם, 5 דקות הליכה לחוף ולטיילת. קיבלנו את קוד הכניסה בזמן ובלי בעיות, הכל היה חלק מאוד. יש חניה בשפע מה שממש נוח כשמגיעים עם רכב. היינו מרוצים מהניקיון ומהתגובה המהירה של הצוות בוואטסאפ כשהיו לנו שאלות קטנות. בהחלט נחזור שוב!

Everything was well organized, and we checked in early. The location was great, as the beach was nearby. The room had a terrace overlooking the pool. It was clean and had plenty of space. I'm happy.

I liked it there. I was staying alone, and the apartment was quite spacious and cozy. I felt right at home: there was a kitchen, a decent bathroom, a nice view from the window, and a great location.

Staying here felt like waking up inside a postcard. I’d start my mornings with coffee on the balcony, sea right in front of me, then walk to the beach in minutes. The apartment was modern and comfy, spa and pool were a bonus. Relaxing, easy, and beautifully located.

Amazing Apartments

I got a room with a beautiful view, and that's a big plus. Plus, there was a full kitchen, the air conditioning was quiet, and the room was clean. It was conveniently located (everything is close).

I came to Eilat for the sea, and this place delivered it right to my balcony. Waking up to the Red Sea, cooking breakfast, then walking to the beach in minutes felt unreal. The apartment was spotless, modern, and quiet. Pool, gym, spa — everything worked. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

I liked everything

I was staying alone and the room seemed large. I really liked the balcony. I woke up there every morning because of the beautiful views. Plus, the beach was nearby (a 5-minute walk). I was happy.

I enjoyed my stay there because they had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: a swimming pool, a fitness center, and so on. The apartments themselves were clean, had a kitchen, and beautiful views from the window.

I stayed here during a trip to Eilat and really liked the location, you step outside and you’re right by the beach. The pool and location combo is unbeatable Just got back from 1 night at City Resort Palmore and I'm genuinely impressed. We've stayed at various places in Eilat over the years, but this one hit the sweet spot between apartment comfort and resort amenities. The apartment itself was modern and well-designed - one bedroom, nice living area, and a kitchen that actually had everything we needed (not just decorative pots). The AC worked perfectly which, let's be honest, is non-negotiable in Eilat. Soundproof windows meant we slept like babies even though we're right in the action. What really made the stay special was having access to the pool downstairs. After a morning at Papaya Beach (literally 4 minutes walk), we'd come back, cool off in the pool, grab lunch in the apartment, and head out again for the evening. The fitness room was a nice bonus - managed to keep up with my routine even on vacation. Check-in was smooth - got the code beforehand, walked straight in, no waiting around. The building has good security which my wife appreciated. Location is prime. Mall Hayam is across the street for groceries or shopping. The promenade and beaches are walking distance. We didn't need the car at all after we parked it. Small thing: the pool area gets busy in the afternoon. We learned to go in the morning or after 5pm for a quieter swim. Not a complaint, just a tip. Would absolutely stay again. Perfect setup for couples or small families who want their own space but don't want to miss out on resort facilities.

Spent a few days at City Resort Palmore in Eilat. The beach is literally steps away, and the apartment was comfy with a balcony and kitchenette. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet evenings by the water. Perfect place to relax and recharge!

Хорошая планировка квартиры, есть все необходимое. Близко расположен от моря.

Грязная посуда, мусор, квартира была грязная. Забыли положить комплект полотенец и белья для ребёнка . Сломанный старый диван не было парковки.

The apartment was dirty and there was a cockroach in one of the plates. There also was a problem with a ceiling. The smell was unbearable. Owners offered 15% discount but this is not enough, because my vacation was ruined by the atmosphere of this apartment.

Horrible sewer smell in the apartment, dirty bed sheets, second bed (sofa) half broken, very unpleasant. Suspicion of bed bugs.

Loved the apartment. Prefer this location walking distance to everything but away from the busiest area. Easy to get the bus to Coral Beach Marine park for a beaut snorkel. The balcony with view over pool with glimpses of the Red Sea was special. Well equipped kitchen plus great to have the washer. Thanks for the early check in…. appreciated.

The smell from Dish sink

We were met by a defensive and angry old hall assistant who didnt wanted us to feel welcome what so ever. We waited 50 minutes to get in touch with the actual owner of this Unit, who was amazing. He offered us a late check out free because of the fuzz. The apartment was amazing but the only one thing we didnt find attractive was the blankets that didnt seem very clean and there were no sheets or covers. Traveling far from home, in another country, we would not be able to bring our own. Regarding the “hotel facilities” listed on Expedia, such as gym, indoor spa, etc - note: this is NOT for guests but only owners. That was sad to us. Expedia offered a stupid 77 usd refund! We will return again. Thanks

The smell was shocking, there was a smell of sewage and mold, like after a water explosion and there is stagnant water. There were a lot of scent diffusers which made the smell in the apartment even worse. Cleanliness needs improvement. Dirty refrigerator, ancient and disgusting shower.

Nice apartment but small, not suitable for 5 people, convenient location, close to the sea, the mall and the promenade. We got a room an hour and a half late and not really clean nor enough towels. Due to the delay we were given an extension of time at the exit. There is a nice pool on site. Nice reception staff.

По приезду нас немогли принять, так как агент не встретил нас, на рецепшене регистрация не работает по номеру заказу. С горем пополам мы нашли исковерканый телефон агента, дозвонились и он прислал простите за слова какого то барыгу который просто открыл двери и больше НИКАКОЙ информации не смог дать. Все что включали в проживание услуги не работали, рабочие гостиницы говорили - это норма тут такая и улыбались. Кондиционер не работал, попросили пересилить не захотели, обещали починить утром, но утром не только не починили но не предупредив пришли во время когда нас не было в номере и ничего не сообщили нам. Когда мы вновь позвонили начали отрицать. Вконечном итого мы ушли раньше срока. Во время ухода сотрудники номера без всякого стеснения заходили без разрешение в номер и торопили, хотя у нас было разрешение покинуть номер намного позже. Агент ничем не помог мало того он даже не позвонил не приехал, лишь писал и угрожал штрафами. Отдельное спасибо Hotels. Com если бы не они то неизвестно как бы это все закончилось. Они очень помогли и все уладили. Поэтому спасибо большое Hotels. Com

מיקום נהדר, בריכה מקסימה. דירה יפה, לא נקיה מספיק. צריך לוודא שאכן מכשירי חשמל עובדים, אצלנו לא עבד התנור. לא מחליפים מגבות ומצעים לכל אורך השהות בדירה. כל השאר היה נהדר, מאוד נהנינו.

Das Apartment war großzügig und komplett eingerichtet. Küche, Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Allgemeinzustand modern mit leichten Abnutzungsspuren. Wir hatten es wohl für einen Aktionspreis, denn für 50 Euro pro Nacht bekommt man in Elat normalerweise nichts in dieser Kategorie.
