The pool and hot tub where great. Rooms clean and coffee was good. Nice outdoor patio for use with fire pit and covered space..

Could have used an extra pillow and towel in room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. Everything worked. And the room was clean. The pool and hot tub was nice. Yay for pool towels!!! And there is absolutely the most beautiful stream/old train bridge/giant trees right behind the hotel it was absolutely stunning. And they have a fenced off area with picnic tables which was really nice for us with having dogs.

The breakfast could have been better, but honestly still not bad. And I would stay again.

The rooms are uncomfortable. Bed is rock hard. No chairs in the room so your left sitting on a bed without enough pillows to prop you up. Too expensive

Beds are uncomfortable, had vehicle issues on route, but was able to have our truck brought to us to continue our trip. Was disappointed with having to pay for a night we weren’t there, plus a hotel room where we broke down. We stayed 4 nights. Should have been 5. Because we were ongoing clients of Wyndam hotels, it would have been nice to get one night refunded. Unfortunately we won’t be staying at Wyndham resorts anymore. We felt unvalued as ongoing Wyndham customers.

Noisy- busy road. Other reviews said quiet.. but we had a room close to the road, really noisy all night and early morning. No USB ports- surprisingly since is such a new hotel

As an amendment to this review, I did contact the hotel chain and received an apology and a reduced fee for the night which was greatly appreciated. The A/C was very noisy and there was no way to set it to just the fan mode. We therefore had to turn it off in order to sleep at all. As it was a warm night the room was hot and we hardly slept. Also, given what we paid for the room ($341) the bed was not great It would have been adequate for a room that cost half the price but as we paid much more than we normally do at hotels, we were very disappointed in the bed. When I talked to the desk staff about our difficult night when checking out, she didn't seem to be interested and never offered to let any managers know. Later when I tried to call a manager I was told they wouldn't be in for 2 days. Altogether very unsatisfying. Would not recommend.

Liked that it was quiet and easy to find. Also loved that there was great air conditioning. The staff were friendly and I also liked that check out time was at 11

Pool and waterslide were excellent for our 9y old to have some fun on a (to him) other wise dull nature trip.

The swimming pool and waterslide were great and clean. The breakfast had variety and had to go options.

The water pressure was high in the shower and water came out of the bottom faucet while showering wasting water and creating a pool.

The waterslide! Our kids went to the pool 4 times in our 3 night stay, and they loved the waterslide, hot tub and pool. The room was comfortable as clean, and it was nice to have breakfast included in the price. This is a great spot to go with a family.

It felt like the hotel hadn't planned properly for breakfast; one morning they seemed to run out of food an hour before the breakfast was scheduled to end. I felt bad for the one staff who was in charge of cleaning the tables and keeping the food stocked- she seemed to be making whatever leftover food she could find. She was really friendly despite what must have been a stressful shift for her.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Your staff - there were two staff members in particular. I think one was called Lynne - she had bright red hair, and the other one came on shift right after her. They were very helpful and courteous.

I really liked this hotel for its location, comfy beds, cleaniness and large variety for breakfast.

Stay away from rooms by pool/gym on ground level. My room stank of chlorine and was very loud with doors/foot traffic. Additionally, breakfast ends at 9am, which I find too early.

Put us in ground floor room next to an out door.. listened to doors slamming constantly all night long wasn’t relaxing at all… this hotel doesn’t appear to have much sound proofing

Attended an event in Cedar. A 1 night stay. Requested early arrival. We had a brunch to attend the following day but we did sample the continental breakfast available. Coffee-great. pastry great. Front desk personnel - very nice. Everything went well and I have shared the hotel hospitality to many friends in Vancouver, already. Thank You

The pool and slide were super fun. Hot tub and pool were very clean.The front end staff were great. They answered my questions and provided us with things we needed.

There was no moisturizer in the room, and when I asked one of the front dest for a small bottle, she asked that we pay. When I asked the 2nd receptionist, she said it was complimentary. The breakfast was not very good at all. Tasteless eggs, bacon and water coffee. Thankfully there is good coffee in the rooms.

Location was easily accessible, facilities were quite clean and modern. My room had good AC.

There was only one front-desk person, and when we checked-in, I went to my room and was shocked as there was another person already staying in there. It turns out that the front-desk person gave the wrong key to the person (that room was mine but the key was given to someone else). Thankfully, the person staying there was a female and we were both in shock. The front-desk person did apologize profusely for it, and I understand but it was a bit traumatizing, I'm sure for the person staying there it's even worse.

The breakfast room wasn't great, especially the waffle bar that had run out of waffle batter, had broken items and was a mess.

Lovely hotel. Room was very clean and well kept, parking is free. Outdoor area with BBQ is a great spot. Close to A&W, Tim Hortons, Gas Stations, liquor store.

Pool is freezing, ceilings are either extremely thin or people above where hosting a steeple chase.

Our room was beside the pool. My eyes burned a few minutes into arriving in the room the smell of chlorine was so bad. They would not move us. We survived but it was unpleasant.

The poor quality of the tissues and toilet paper and the inability to heat the room. Moving the temperature up on the thermostat only resulted in cold air blowing into the room.

I booked through booking.com and prepaid. Got to property and no record of me. Woman says booking.com messes up all the time. Ok then why don’t you know what to do? I had to pay again for my room- so now have paid double and I’m supposed to fight with booking.com a refund because hotel says it’s their fault. How about the hotel that uses the platform they say has issues fixes it instead of putting it on the customer who had a confirmation email and proof of payment?

Me and my pets love the location A beautiful forest surrounding, with trails, or wander with your pets through he giant parking. Listen to the deep Creek running. The building is newer and in great shape, except for 1 broken washing machine. The rooms, and the beds are very comfortable. Completely soundproof. My pets love this place!

Room was dirty. Had boogers wiped on walls, bathtub had dirt in it. Breakfast was an hour late. Breakfast lady was not helpful or approachable

Loved this hotel! Great opportunity to unwind in the hot tub and use the.ppol.and waterside! Hotel is very clean and staff are curteous and friendly!

We didnt realize the breakfast was over at.9am but when we arrived at 10 after 9, the staff member at the kitchen ensured we had access to everything that was put away and we ate at the tables... we sure appreciated that! It was a great breakfast just felt bad we made extra work for her!
