Из минусов - долго ждать такси, еда в основном ресторане было невкусная. Не выдают дополнительно воду, очень странно учитывая расположение отеля, приходилось покупать в ресторане за 25бат маленькую бутылочку

It was convenient for golf and seeing friends. Breakfast was fairly good.

I stay at this hotel often when I travel through BKK and never disappoints. On this trip I became ill with a kidney problem and the hotel staff were amazing, helping me with access to the hospital, calling to check up on me and helping me move baggage and items from my room. Service like this always makes a hotel stand out and I thank them all. Didn't get to play golf obviously, which is a shame.

The spacious rooms, pool and poolside seating were fabulous.

We were in the largest and most expensive room - two bedroom suite. Upon check-in, the hot water was not working in either bathroom. In addition, the lights in the main sitting room did not work because a fuse had broken prior to check in. The staff ought to check these types of functions prior to occupancy. In addition, of three room service orders, the orders were missing an item each time. As a repeat client who has had much better experiences previously, this was not a stay I would like to repeat.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool and golf course. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. The location is also convenient, especially for travelers using Suvarnabhumi Airport. Most importantly, the Front Office team provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and handled with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Mooi en veilig resort met ruime kamers in de buurt van het vliegveld (25 minuten). Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Omdat we zeer vroeg weer naar het vliegveld moesten en geen gebruik konden maken van het ontbijtbuffet, kregen we een ontbijtpakketje mee.

Jammer dat de gereserveerd privé shuttle niet klaar stond en we er achteraan moesten bellen. Het bijgeplaatste derde (veld)bed was verschrikkelijk hard (dunne matras op een plank).

The only thing I wish I knew before is that the shuttle goes 7 times a day so we still needed to get a grab (bit it is not the highest price) but booked it because of the transfer but liked all the other things a lot.

Large suite room for good price. Well equipped. Peaceful setting (except for aircraft!). Children loved watching aircraft!! Amazing pool and gym. The pool is huge. Breakfast tasty and varied for all. Friendly staff. Close to airport. Easy to access highway by car. Second stay here, and would stay again.

Het zwembad is helemaal top. Heerlijk. We zaten in een dubbele kamer/appartement. Echt mooi.

Dat je steeds enorm moet omlopen naar je kamer over de paden. We hadden een late incheck. Alles was dicht. Beetje ongezellig wel.

La ubicación, ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto y es ideal para una noche de paso. Además, el desayuno fue el mejor de todo mi viaje por Asia, con una gran variedad de opciones y un estilo mucho más occidental que en otros hoteles. Puedes pagar para extender tu check out y tienen transporte al aeropuerto gratis

El hotel se siente un poco antiguo y la cama no fue muy cómoda. En recepción entregan poca información al hacer el check-in; si uno no pregunta, no explican mucho sobre los servicios del hotel. Además, no cuentan con servicio de restaurante las 24 horas. Llegamos cerca de las 11:00 p. m. y no había ninguna opción para comer. Se escuchan mucho los aviones en la noche, por lo cual no puedes tener un buen descanso

We had a wonderful stay at the Eastin Thana Hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the location was incredibly convenient, with a golf-course setting. The pool area was also very clean and relaxing. A special mention goes to the breakfast—the dining area was meticulously kept, and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The dining area at the Shark Bite restaurant on the site was also well-kept. We really appreciated the diverse food spread that accommodated a variety of different cuisines. Highly recommend!

This four-star hotel genuinely feels like a five-star resort. Everything about our stay was exceptional, from the friendly and professional front desk service to the spacious, comfortable rooms. The beds were huge and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing, especially for kids, and kept the whole family entertained. The pool café was fantastic, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. Honestly, everything about this hotel was awesome. I couldn’t recommend it more highly and would definitely stay here again.

Dear Thana City Resort Team, I am writing to share my deep appreciation for Thana City Resort. I absolutely love staying here, and it has become my go-to destination every time I visit Bangkok. Over the years, I have stayed at your resort about 10 times, usually spending more than 5 nights per visit. Because I care so much about the resort and want my future stays to be even better, I would like to kindly share a few suggestions: Room Cleaning: I would greatly appreciate it if the housekeeping team could pay a bit more attention to detail to ensure the rooms are cleaned more thoroughly. Pool Amenities: It would be wonderful if more sunbeds and shade structures (such as umbrellas or cabanas) could be added around the swimming pool area. Bike Rental: Upgrading or adding electric bicycles (e-bikes) for guest rentals would make exploring the grounds much more enjoyable and convenient. Thank you so much for always providing great hospitality. I look forward to my next stay at Thana City Resort!

Het hotel ligt heel erg afgelegen. Zonder taxi kun je niets. Ze beweren dat en gratis shuttle aan te bieden, maar die rijdt maar 6x per dag op vaste tijdstippen. De laatste vertrekt om 19u, niet handig als je om 3 uur ‘s nachts vliegt. We hebben zelf een taxi betaald. De kamers waren ok en ruim, in twee kamers wel vlekken op de lakens. De airco stonk bovendien. We hebben ‘s avonds gegeten in het restaurant: dat betekende heel lang wachten terwijl ee niet veel volk zat én een aangebrande pad thai die niet te eten was. We hebben na twee happen gezegd dat dit niet te eten was en hebben 45 min gewacht op een nieuw bord. Gelukkig hebben ze dit gerecht niet aangerekend.

Relaxing atmosphere with green views,beautiful tennis court,and the excellent receptionist(khun ket)is skilled,witty,and always smiling.

Over all,i am satisfied as i chose this hotel to relax,there is one minor thing to improve .A male staff use the guest restroom in the breakfast area.This made me feel l lost my privacy and looked a bit unprofessional.

Établissement assez isolé. Il faut 20 minutes de taxi pour aller voir ce qu’il y a ailleurs, mais pas trop gênant car on choisi ce type d’établissement plutôt pour rester sur place et profiter des prestations . Pour ceux qui n’aime pas les avions, il faudra choisir autre chose car on juste en bout de piste.

Fantastic breakfast. Im from the US and my girlfriend is Thai. So far, this is the best free breakfast I have experienced in traveling. My girlfriend loved it, so it must have been good! Lol

I couldn't stay longer to experience the beauty of the property, but all amenities looked amazing.

The rooms, facilities and staff were great. The menus at the 2 restaurants was a good mix of Thai and western food. My only issue was that I was there for 11days and the menu got a bit repetitive. You need to catch a taxi to go to other places

Nos deux chambres avaient cependant une odeur nauséabonde qui se dégageait de la salle de bain…. Dommage c’est le seul point négatif pour notre courte nuit

Para hospedarse como escala de vuelo, aunque parece cerca del aeropuerto, con tráfico, no es rápido de llegar. Hicimos como 25 minutos. Y para hospedarse para visitar Bangok, queda lejos del transporte público y muy lejos de los sitios de interés.

Top-tier Gym: The gym is impressively large and very well-equipped. It’s definitely one of the better hotel gyms I’ve experienced. Besides the golf course, there are excellent facilities for tennis, squash, and table tennis. Relaxation: The pool is large and great for laps, and the sauna is a very nice. Comfort: The rooms and beds are perfectly fine, clean and comfortable for a good rest. Airport Convenience: A huge plus is the free airport drop-off service, which makes catching your flight very easy and stress-free. Breakfast & Dietary Needs: The breakfast was okay overall. However, if you have dietary restrictions such as being gluten-free or lactose-free, there are very few to no options available, so keep that in mind when planning your stay.

Noise levels: Because of the convenient proximity to the airport, there is a trade-off: if you are sensitive to noise, be aware that you can hear planes taking off frequently in the area.

Hotel proche de l’aeroport donc très pratique en plus d’etre tres bien équipé (piscine,grande salle de sport, golf) et chambre belle et parfaitement propre. De plus malgré une arrivée très tardive du à notre vol, une personne était présente au check in (un accueil présent h24)

Fridge in room is very low quality, no temperature setting switch, hot inside, no extra freeze, (bottles on the desk out of the fridge at the same temperature than in the fridge). Chocolate melting in the fridge, can't keep basic food fresh, can't keep medicine that mandatory must stay fresh in the fridge. Very low quality fridge for such kind of high level hotel. IT MUST BE QUICKLY IMPROVED for providing cool fridge with temperature setting switch AND little closed freezer in

Beautiful staff

The beds are hard as a rock and we booked 2 rooms for 5 people and were given 1 room with 2 singles and1 with a king so 3 of us had to squeeze into one bed as our flight was late at night and there wasn’t any housekeeping to provide the extra bed.
