Abbiamo prenotato perché era incluso nel prezzo un posto auto per camera presso il vicino outlet (le indicazioni dicevano che sarebbe stato sufficiente validare il ticket del parcheggio gratuitamente nella hall del motel). Arrivati alla struttura abbiamo scoperto che così non era e che il prezzo per lasciare l’auto per l’intera giornata nel parcheggio dell’outlet corrispondeva a 50 cfr. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro parcheggio a pagamento più economico. Credo che sia molto scorretto. Inoltre gli asciugamani per la doccia sono molto piccoli e quindi difficili da utilizzare.

Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und frisch. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war optimal.

Leider sind die Gebührenparkplätze für 24 Stunden im Outlet extrem teuer.

Grosse, moderne, ruhige Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Etwas befremdend, wenn man keinen Menschen mehr sieht. Alles ist vollautomatisch, Check-in, Frühstück und Check-out. Aber sehr gut organisiert, alles hat hervorragend geklappt.

Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist. Die Lage am Bahnhof ist einfach wunderbar. Das Gebäude ist modern und trotz Hitzewelle (34 Grad) war unser Zimmer normal temperiert (ca. 22-24 Grad). Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Der Self-Check-in war einfach und bequem.

Einfacher Checkin. Sauberes Zimmer. Alles da. Ganz toll mit dem Frühstück. Perfekt für eine Nacht.

Das Frühstück ist ganz okay und sehr einfach. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich super, direkt am Bahnhof / Outlet, aber sonst ist nicht viel los in dem Ortsteil.

- Parkplatz Wir waren schon mal in diesem Hotel und man konnte gratis parken. Dieses mal gab es vor der Buchung keinerlei Information, dass es kostenpflichtig ist. Der "Automat" zum Entwerten des Parktickets im Hotel war einfach zugeklebt mit nem Zettel, dass keine kostenfreien Parkplätze mehr angeboten werden. - Check-In Hat mit der Reservierungsnummer nicht geklappt, sprich den Vorab Check in Online kann man sich wirklich sparen, wenn man vor Ort eh alles nochmal erfassen muss. Vor uns war eine Gruppe, die kein Deutsch gesprochen haben, für sie war es noch schwieriger. - Matratzen Beide Matratzen sind schon ziemlich durchgelegen, an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken

Das Hotel liegt unweit der Autobahn und war leicht zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Den Online-Check-in fand ich nicht angenehm - er war aber machbar. Zum Glück gab es keine Probleme, denn Personal, das man hätte fragen können, habe ich nicht gesehen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vorm "Motel" konnte ich nicht finden. Ich nutzte einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz am Bahnhof.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. War zwar nur eine Nacht dort. Die Lage für öffentlichen Verkehr super gut gelegen.

Grosses Zimmer, mit allem was benötigt wird. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage nahe dem Outlet ist hervorragend.

Es gibt keine Parkplätze, die zum Hotel gehören. In kurzer Entfernung ist ein Parkplatz des Bahnhofs. Der Tagespreis ist günstig. Es sind aber nicht viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Es muss in Münzen oder per App bezahlt werden. Nicht vergessen es gibt noch Roaming in der Schweiz.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Zwar komplett ohne Personal, aber total reibungsloser Ablauf, groß, geräumig, sauber, Frühstück in Ordnung (Mini-Auswahl)

Küchenzeile bringt nichts, da keine Ausstattung (Keine Teller, Besteck etc.)

Schliessfächer für Gepäck. An einer Reception hätte man dies abgeben können. Schliessfächer wären super, falls man am Anreise oder Abreisetag noch unterwegs ist. Gerne frisches Gemüse zum Frühstück: Mini Gurken, Tomaten. Bananen waren gar nicht da. Erst beim Abreisen. Der Teppichboden war nicht sauber. Das Bad war aber sauber geputzt.

Заселение было немного сложным. Ресепшина нет , все приходилось делать самим. Парковка платная и далеко, сложно было разобраться. Возле отеля есть несколько мест.

Super Konzept für unsere Zwecke aif der Durchreise, gute Lage. Und dann auch noch modern, komfortabel, sauber und freundlich, falls man doch jemanden vor Ort oder per Mail spricht.

Es gab genug Platz für 4 Personen.

Im Eingangsbereich beim Check-in steht leider kein Schild darüber, dass man nach oben fahren muss, um ein kostenloses Parkticket zu bekommen . Das angerufene Personal hat leider nicht helfen können, auch nicht nach 4 Telefonaten. Ansonsten war alles bestens! Wir haben auf dem Parkplatz eine Parkuhr gefüttert und konnten somit recht günstig und bequem parken. Frühstück war ok! Heißgetränke konnte man sich immer holen und waren lecker!

The electronic reception touch screen was extremely frustrating as it didn’t work properly. Several people tried to tap to select different boxes but didn’t work. There was no option to select English or another language. I couldn’ do this on line via my phone as my phone service had stopped as Switzerland was not included. We couldn’t find the parking at their other site so. Contacted reception who kindly allowed us to park the motorcycles in the front section outside the front door and one bike inside. I reported the faulty screen. We had booked 3 single beds one of which was a sofa bed which was fine but there were no sheets or bedding left in the room so I had to contact the reception when we returned late that night, and they told me to go to a service room beside room 9 and get a duvet and pillow. But couldn’t find a duvet cover. Safe to say, we won’t be back and will avoid all hotels that have only an on line check in. Booking.com should also include this as an option in their filter when choosing facilities

Vi havde et godt og positivt ophold på hotellet. Dog gik der lidt skår i glæden, da vi skulle have bilen ud fra parkeringspladsen. Vi fik en parkeringsbillet på området, hvor vi parkerede. Denne billet skulle vi stemple i en "maskine" i spisesalen på hotellet, hvilket vi også gjorde. Men da vi skulle hente bilen og køre den ud fra området, ville automaten i parkeringsanlægget ikke godtage denne og vi måtte betale 40 CHF for at komme ud fra parkeringspladsen, skønt parkeringen var gratis i henhold til hotellet. Nu skal vi igang med at maile til hotellet og se om vi kan få vores 40 CHF retur.

لم يتم توضيح ان الموقع في التطبيق هو موقع موقف السيارة ولاداعي للقلق اوقفها والفندق سوف يتكفل بدفع المقابل المالي للموقف، ولابد من ارسال موقع آخر لمدخل الفندق وإشعار العميل بالسير على الأقدام للوصول للمدخل، كذلك اشعار العميل بموقع الدخول الذاتي وأنه يتوجب عليه ادخال بياناته بنفسه، على الاقل يتم اشعار العميل بواسطة الايميل ولا مانع من وضع صور او خريطة توضح كافة ماذكر أعلاه

Sehr sauber, große Zimmer, super Frühstück!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and a large supermarket, making it easy to get around and buy groceries. The room was quite spacious, and we appreciated having a small kitchenette, although it would have been much more useful if it had included some basic kitchenware.

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. We were not asked to submit our documents in advance, so we had to enter all our personal information at the self-service terminal upon arrival while standing there with our luggage and children. We also had to pay for a baby cot before we could check in, but the payment could only be made online rather than through the card terminal. Since online payments were blocked on our main card, we had to use a different one, which caused unnecessary stress. It would have been much more convenient if all the documents and payments had been handled before arrival. To make matters worse, when we finally entered the room, the baby cot we had paid for was not there. We also spent quite some time trying to connect to the Wi-Fi. The login details were not displayed anywhere in the lobby, and the ones provided in the room were incorrect. We even asked two other guests for help before discovering that the correct credentials were supposed to appear on the TV when entering the room, but in our case it simply switched to a regular TV channel instead. The shower drained poorly, and the toilet paper had been left on the floor because there was none on the holder, making it obvious that housekeeping had not done a thorough job. The hotel is fully automated with no reception desk, and during our stay we only saw two staff members serving breakfast, who were also having their own breakfast at the same time and were not particularly welcoming. We had to contact customer support about all of these issues. They refunded the baby cot charge, but despite the inconvenience we experienced, no further compensation was offered.

Moderna e molto funzionale, molto vicina alla stazione ma completamente insonorizzata.
