We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lisa’s hotel in Yangshuo. Everything was fantastic: the hotel itself is beautiful, the room was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent, great quality. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, but a special mention absolutely has to go to Kelly. She was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay in Yangshuo as easy and enjoyable as possible. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo. Thank you especially to Kelly for making our stay so memorable!

Perfect on every aspect. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable rooms. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing and there are lots of amenities and services offered such as coffee and tea all day, the possibility to rent bikes directly via the hotel, and the restaurant downstairs which offers fresh and healthy options. The best part is certainly the staff, so kind and helpful. We were completely charmed by Kelly, who from start to finish made sure our stay was perfect and we had everything we needed. The best stay and we would definitely come back next time!

Hotel blisko centrum i portu do którego przypłynęłyśmy z guilin, właścicielka bardzo miła osoba, pomagała nam kupić bilety na Ruyi peak ze zniżką, i dbała o nasz komfort. Śniadania dobre, 3 do wyboru, pokój jak z bajki !

The best thing about the hotel is its staff, especially Kelly. She was friendly and attentive, always available to answer our questions, and above all, always with a smile.

We had an amazing stay, largely thanks to Kelly, who went above and beyond for us. She effortlessly resolved every local challenge we ran into during our trip. We were treated with a level of care and hospitality we’ve truly never experienced anywhere else in our travels. Management should really value and treasure having someone as exceptional as Kelly on their team. We cannot recommend her and this hotel highly enough!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und gut. Da wir noch vor der Frühstückszeit abgereist sind, würde uns sogar etwas für unterwegs zurechtgemacht.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alles hat super gepasst.

It was such a lovely, peaceful hotel in a great location. Kelly was absolutely wonderful and made sure we had all we needed. She gave us a cool drink upon our arrival and showed us to our room. There were laundry facilities available which was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. Kelly helped organize a trip to Ruyi Peak with a driver, plus organized our driver to Guilin Airport. I recommend this hotel and rate it 10 plus!! Thank you Kelly.

A Kelly foi extremamente atenciosa e querida. Ajudou-nos imenso a comprar os bilhetes para o bamboo rafting, acompanhou-nos sempre que precisámos e prestou um auxílio fantástico com o transfer. ​Os quartos são lindíssimos e estão sempre impecavelmente arrumados. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e variado. Além disso, a comunicação antes da nossa chegada foi excelente — trocámos várias mensagens com o hotel e tivemos sempre uma resposta rápida e prestável. ​Recomendo vivamente!

De medewerkers waren echt een opvallend pluspunt aan dit hotel. Ze zijn heel vriendelijk en helpen met vanalles. Tickets regelen, uitjes boeken, taxi of transfers regelen. Echt top! De cursus kalligrafie die je via de receptie kunt boeken, is echt een aanrader. Superleuk om te doen. Duurt ca 2 uur. Is gewoon in de lobby van het hotel. Fijne koelkast op de kamer. Mooie inloopdouche en apart bad.

Ontbijt is oké, maar je moet 1 dag vtv kiezen uit 3 standaard opties. 1 Chinees en 2 Westers.

Hôtel idéalement situé. Dans une rue calme mais proche de West Street (5/10 minutes à pied). Ascenseur pour se rendre aux étages avec ses bagages, excellent restaurant, buanderie/lessive gratuite. Personnel adorable.

This place is incredible ! Beautifully decorated rooms and shared areas, perfect location, very tasty and cheap hotel restaurants, and lovely staff. They also have a washing machine and dryer available for free. The hotel is only a few minute away from West street and has lots of cafes and restaurants around. It was very easy to get Didis to different attractions.

The western options at breakfast were a bit too oily for my taste.

The location is very central quite near if west street and sorrounded by several restaurants. The hotel can book activaties, namely the yulong river rafting and also rent e-scooters for those who wish explore the neighborhoods. Finally, I should mention that all the staff are very helpful and nice. And I almost forgot to mention that the hotel has a washer and a drier available at mo cost...

Great location and staff. A few minutes from busy west street but quite enough for some peace and quiet :) Staff was very helpful in arranging transfers or anything that I needed.

La ubicación es estupenda, zona tranquila a cinco minutos andando del bullicio. La habitación grande, China, con zona de té pero sin armarios. El baño bien. Очень уютный номер и сам отель. персонал просто супер. Очень милые девушки, на вид хрупкие, а мой чемодан закинули себе чуть ли не на спину чтобы помочь с багажом.

Lisa Boutique hôtel is very conveniently located a short walk from the Li river cruise pier and 5 minutes walk from downtown Yangshuo historical streets and restaurants. High price quality and very nice personnel (all of them); helpful, accommodating and considerate. Found us a nice very nice driver to perform a day trip along the Yulong river and the station ride. Highly recommended !

A localização é muito boa, pois está bem no meio entre o píer e o centrinho, possibilitando fazer tudo a pé. O atendimento foi cortês desde antes de nossa chegada até o final de nossa estadia. O quarto superou nossas expectativas, bem espaçoso e muito confortável (foi o nosso preferido da viagem!). O café da manhã é um menu com 3 sets diferentes, no primeiro dia não nos agradou muito, mas o do segundo dia, tinha uma opção mais próxima do que estamos acostumados e foi muito bom.

Nel nostro viaggio in Cina siamo stati bene ovunque, ma il soggiorno presso Yangshuo Lisa Boutique Hotel rimane nella memoria come un momento particolarmente piacevole del viaggio, per l’atmosfera di accoglienza che si percepisce gia` all'arrivo. Lo staff cordiale, sorridente, attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza (ci hanno preparato un’ottima colazione molto presto il giorno della partenza), la posizione in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima a tutto, la pulizia ed il confort della camera ne hanno fatto un’esperienza davvero speciale. Se avete la possibilita` di trascorrere almeno una notte qui, magari dopo la bellissima crociera lungo il Fiume Li, avrete sicuramente arricchito il vostro viaggio di un’esperienza memorabile.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, besonders bei der Organisation unserer Ausflüge. Zimmer waren gemütlich und das Bad fantastisch. Lage war perfekt neben Cafés unweit des Flusses und Boulevards.

The room was a good size with an excellent view of the nearby mountains. The bathroom was well laid out, with a separate toilet, shower, and sink. The hot water and water pressure were both excellent. Breakfast offered a choice of three set menus, all of which were very good. The hotel is set slightly away from the main busy street, making it peaceful and quiet both day and night, yet the main walking street is only a couple of minutes away. The service was truly impressive. The staff were always happy to offer advice on things to do in the area and could assist with booking tickets and arranging transportation wherever needed. However, what really stood out was how they went above and beyond when I needed medical attention after falling from a bicycle. I was about 7 km from the hotel, and they came to collect me, took me to the hospital for treatment, and stayed with me the entire time—something I greatly appreciated as I don’t speak the language. They even accompanied me the following day for a follow-up visit to check on the wound. I cannot thank them enough. Needless to say, I highly recommend Lisa’s.

The location and the service at Lisa’s was excellent. If you are coming to Yangshuo from Guilin by ferry, it is a short walk from the ferry. Kelly looked after us in many ways and suggested and booked a very relaxing ferry trip and a car trip. The generous breakfast was an excellent start to the day.

Kelly was absolutely lovely and made our stay very easy. The room was clean and had a great bath. The location is very quiet and peaceful but close enough to West St if you want to go. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

A lovely hotel with a family feel and great staff. We took the room with the terrace on the 5th floor, a great spot for afternoon drinks, with a massive bath. The location was very good, nearby to the busier areas but in a very quiet street. Kelly and the team were lovely and helpful organising tours for us. Generous breakfast included in a street that houses several small family restaurants serving excellent and cheap food. Coffee shop on the corner and good massage in the street

Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal molo ove arrivano i battelli da crociera. Hotel dal fascino retrò accogliente e molto pulito. Stanza ampia, bella, tutta in legno. Ad uso degli ospiti anche una lavanderia. Sulla mia comoda permanenza la differenza l’ha fatta la gentile impiegata della reception, miss Kelly, che con molta gentilezza ha risposto ad ogni domanda e subito risolto tutti i piccoli problemii che ho avuto al momento del mio arrivo, dandomi anche molti consigli utili sul cosa vedere in città. La mattina ha anche preparato e servito, con professionalità, una piccola squisita colazione con prodotti freschi e buoni (si sceglie tra due composizioni che vengono prima illustrate in foto). La sala colazione la sera fa anche da ristorante e pur non avendolo provato, attesa la qualità del breakfast, presumo sia di ottimo livello. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Strategically located, just steps from the cruise ship dock. The hotel has a welcoming, retro charm and is very clean. The room is spacious, beautiful, and all in wood. A laundry room is also available for guest use. The highlight of my comfortable stay was the kind receptionist, Miss Kelly, who was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and quickly resolving any small issues I had upon arrival. She also provided me with lots of helpful tips on what to see in the city. In the morning, she also professionally prepared and served a delicious breakfast with fresh, quality ingredients (you can choose between two options, which are shown in the photos). The breakfast room also serves as a restaurant in the evening, and although I haven't tried it, given the quality of the breakfast, I assume it's excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Lo mejor de todo el alojamiento es la atención, súper atentos a todo, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, incluso nos han gestionado la vuelta a Guilin a un precio adecuado. La habitación maravillosa, con unas vistas impresionantes, la decoración preciosa, todo cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es ideal, a cinco minutos a pie de la calle principal y la orilla del río. Het personeel was zo ontzettend attend en ontzettend behulpzaam. De kamers waren gezellig en compleet ingericht. Door dat wij vroeg de trein hadden konden we niet ontbijten, maar er stond ontbijt voor ons klaar, zo ontzettend lief.

El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda y nuestra habitación unas vistas espectaculares, pero lo que realmente lo hace especial es la atención de Kelly, que se encargó de que nuestra estancia en Yangshuo fuera extraordinaria.

Hôtel très bien placé. Très propre. Personnel très serviable et agréable. Il y a une machine à laver, ce qui nous a bien rendu service. Comme nous partions tôt le matin, on nous avez préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter.

Kelly helps with the planning of my trips and I find that the prices quoted are reasonable and fit for my family- 4elderly and 3kids 2. Really clean and comfortable room/bed. We had very good night sleep 3. Good location . It is near the bustling West street. 4.Nice breakfast! Yummy. You get to choose set A,B or C. We plucked some wild onion and they cooked for us! Yummy 5. Authentic Thai food too! Should try!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad, muy cerca del puerto donde te dejan los cruceros de río que llegan allí, y muy cerca de la zona céntrica. La dueña nos contactó en todo momento por WeChat y nos consiguió una recogida de equipaje para no llevarlo bajo la lluvia (caminando unos 5-10 minutos). Nos dio la posibilidad de elegir entre 2 habitaciones (ambas muy buenas). El desayuno es cerrado y te da 3 opciones (1. Huevos fritos con tostadas y salchichas, 2. huevos revueltos con bacon y tostadas, 3. desayuno con dumplings, fruta, congree etc...) Nos dio al llegar un catálogo de diferentes propuestas turísticas para poder hacer por la zona. También nos consiguió un transporte para ir hasta la estación mas económico que DiDi.

Habíamos reservado por error la habitación para el día siguiente, pero no tuvimos ningún problema y nos cobraron el mismo precio.(es de agradecer).Alquilamos dos motos eléctricas en el hotel para explorar Yangshuo y la chica de la recepción nos aconsejó varios lugares para visitar.

We had a wonderful stay with our 7 month old baby in Lisa Boutique Hotel. The hotel was perfectly located on a quiet street just meters from busy West Street. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel it self was very nice and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona hermosa, frente a una laguna donde se encuentran las dos pagodas. Solo tienes que caminar unos minutos. El desayuno esta perfecto, las camas super cómodas y si necesitan un masaje, háganlo!!! Mención aparte para las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Fueron super amables y siempre predispuestos a ayudar con todo. Si viajan con bastante equipaje, el hotel tiene ascensor.

The property is within walking distance to the pedestrian street with lots of good food. Like it that they provide both types of slippers - for the room and bathroom.

The set up of the beds and table were uncomfortable as these were Japanese tatami style. We are in our 70s and climbing up and down to get to the beds and table was dangerous and inconvenient. We were not aware of the set up of the room at the time of booking.

Lisa was a super host - I was travelling alone and she helped me with getting around and organising the sightseeings and activities. She would always be ready to help, whatever I'd ask for. She even helped me exchange money from the bank. Highly recommend this hotel if you want quality of service, great location and an amazing stay in Yangshuo.

This hotel is a gem! The staff sorted out all our inquiries and the rooms are super cosy and chic. Highly recommended and the location is just outside of the busy streets but not more than 150 meters.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre, et dotée d’une grande fenêtre qui peut s’ouvrir. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, proposant aussi bien des options occidentales que traditionnelles. L’équipe est adorable, attentionnée et toujours disponible. Vous pouvez d’ailleurs réserver vos activités directement auprès d’eux : c’est souvent plus simple et plus flexible que via Trip ou WeChat.

The staff, Kylie and Xiao Li were extremely helpful!! Nothing was too much trouble - they even helped us enjoy the night lights on top of the building by bringing us wine glasses and a table cloth. We loved the soft sheets on the bed, fantastic pillows, the warm toilet seat that flushed itself!! The location was QUIET but close to West Street which was so convenient. We had breakfast each day and enjoyed the variety offered. THANK YOU Kylie and Xiao Li for making our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Buena ubicación, cerca de sectores concurridos y restoranes, pero lejos del ruido. Habitación amplia. Muy buen desayuno. El personal muy amable, nos ayudó a conseguir entradas, taxis, moto y bicicletas. Incluso nos indicaron una ruta muy linda para nuestro paseo en bicicleta, la recomiendo.

Había polvo y pelusas en las esquinas y bordes de la habitación, al parecer solo hacen aseo superficial. Las luces se desconfiguraban fácilmente.
