Lounge sitting was uncomfortable, no hand towel in the bathroom and lighting not good in the bedrooms

I have known the place for quite a while. Whenever I travel to Graskop with my guests, I stay there. It is centrally located, with curio shops and Harrie's Pancakes literally a walking distance away. The key handover and check-out was extremely easy. The place is located in a beautiful garden.

Unfortunately, what was considered satisfactory for tourist accommodation 25 years ago is not so now - generally, the place has aged and needs a large revamp (re-wiring electrical equipment and installing new lights - it is very dark inside; fixing moving taps and installing a modern shower instead of the old bath). The place was clean but gave an impression of neglect - I felt that the garden was getting more attention than the accommodation. Pity, as the place's location in Graskop is perfect.

Location was great for what we wanted to experience in the area. Nice quiet town vibes, I liked it. Perfect place to visit.

What could have been better would be to have been told the ins and outs of the unit. Just a small induction of the unit and place. The lady was supposed to come and give a short run down of the unit as mentioned on our arrival, but we had to go and get the info from her. Maybe she was waiting for us to settle down.

De vriendelijke mensen en behulpzame eigenaar. Schoonmaak was super en het personeel erg vriendelijk.

The place is nearby all tourist attraction sites. The host was friendly and explained every little detail .

The drive way space between the rooms should be adjusted to suit even drivers that are not good. Rooms are without wifi, only on the pool area. The swimming pool is also small in terms of width.

Shops and restaurants are just all around,the place is peaceful and calm

They don’t offer coffee,tea and sugar. There’s a swimming pool but no hair dryer The housekeepers doesn’t really clean up or change towels we stayed 4 nights using the same towels and no mat on the floor it gets wet when you wash up as it’s small.

I love the peace and quiet of the place. It's near most of attractions and I just feel safe there. It's such a good place for relaxing.

Property could upgrade a bit not change the place it's old and have history interior and furnishings they can be old style don't mind but comfortable especially sitting area and bed. Overall I do enjoy staying in this property

The parking was not that good, they need to cut the trees that keeps on brushing the car and extend the driveway a bit for big cars, cause it was a bit of a struggle for me to park and luckily there was no other car

No WiFi in the rooms you have to go to the pool to get coverage.

The location was great, it was near restaurants, pharmacy and other shops. Everything else was great and the host is such a lovely lady who welcomed us with so much warmth.

There was no wifi in the cabins, you could only connect t when your by the pool area. And the gate had to be opened manually. Otherwise everything else was great.

The cabin need a little bit of an upgrade e.g beds were not comfortable, the bedding was not smelling nice and the cabin as a whole had a bad smell. There was also a leak in the bathroom. The toaster was not working. Some cookware was also missing. We also lost some money from the cabin.

Very nice accommodation in Graskop with lovely owner. Clean and big facilities, enjoyed our quick stay on a way to Kruger. Everything was perfect, thank you for it.

The location was good aa it was close to ahops. But the weather was not favourable it was very cold and rainy.

The rooms were stuffy and there was a smelly carpet . I had a hard time sleeping due to the smelly carpet and my nose was congested. I was not happy with the hygiene of the rooms. And the toilet was blocked it couldn’t flush. They have a swimming pool but it was dirty and not appealing so we never got to use it.

The place is quiet and accommodating, the morning breeze is breath taking and our host was so welcoming.

It's about what we didn't like but about what they can improve.. The wifi coverage should cover all the cabins and not just cover a specific place.. The place can do with smart boxes on the tv's instead of the ovhd boxes.

Bungalows auf einem sehr gepflegten weitläufigen Gartengrundstück. Unser Haus war geräumig, mit einer Küchenzeile, Herdplatten und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet, sowie mit einer Sitzecke und Fernseher. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab nur ein entscheidendes Manko :die Matratzen der Betten in Bungalow 11 sind komplett durchgelegen und müssen erneuert werden- aus diesem Grund ist die Bewertung nicht gut ausgefallen - sonst kann man sich in der Unterkunft wohlfühlen

Graskop szívében található a szállás, sétatávolságban vannak a boltok és az éttermek. Saját parkoló van a bungallóhoz. Maga a bungalló tágas, kényelmesen el lehet benne férni, minden van benne, ami egy pár napos tartózkodáshoz kellene. Extra tip: ha szeretsz sötétben aludni, hozz szemtakarót. Van függöny ugyan, de az nem sötétít.

Wifi csak a medence környékén működött. A medence koszosnak hatott, hiába volt napsütéses idő, emiatt senki sem szívesen ment be a medencébe. A konyhában lehetne éles kés az evőeszközös között és rendes mosogatószivacs is.

You chose to perform major maintenance on critical utilities while the property was occupied. As a result, we had no water and no electricity, which significantly delayed the start of our trip. To make an intolerable situation worse, your communication was abysmal. No one from your team had the decency to provide us with proactive updates. We were left in the dark, forced to repeatedly call to find out what was happening. The property gates were left unlocked, and there was no security guard on site. This is an unacceptable safety risk that no guest should ever have to worry about. Your staff lied to us saying they’ll be security The staff member we reached was unfriendly, unhelpful, and at one point, simply stopped answering our calls. This is a complete dereliction of your basic duty to your guests. This was not a minor inconvenience; it was a total failure of service and professionalism. You need to do a lot better, starting with basic respect for the people who pay to stay at your property.
