PinkCoco Gili Air - Constant Surprises & for Cool Adults Only

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff really look after you, nice surprises every day, great location, walkable to the more busy areas. Would highly recommend taking the pink speedboat out for a snorkelling trip, it was a highlight of our trip. Stop reading the reviews and book this hotel!!!

Clean hotel, staff super friendly and very attentive. Hotel has surprises during the day. However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it.

Lovely hotel on the beach with fab food, treats, great spa and amazing staff that could not be anymore helpful and friendly. Also quite pink! We had the Del Mar suite which was fab and had amazing views.

This is my second stay at Pink Coco, and we chose the same comfortable room as before. The quality and variety of food at both breakfast and dinner have significantly improved. I also enjoyed the pleasant surprises by the pool. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Yuni, who assisted us in replacing our Pink Coco water bottle, chased our laundry and helped us book a highly recommended boat trip. There were some comfortable pillows floating in the pool that made relaxing enjoyable, but they made swimming a bit tricky. I suggest reducing either the number or size of the pillows. Additionally, improving road access to the hotel from both the interior of the island and the beach would make it easier to transport luggage to and from the port. Some guests were hesitant to use the horse-drawn carts because the horses appeared to be in poor condition, and the carts were too small for luggage and two people. Lastly, could the quality of the bikes be improved and their colour made less pink?

We had an awesome stay at Pink Coco! They staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and after biking around the island we can confidently say that they have the best pool on the island! They also do truly have constant surprises in the form of small treats throughout your stay. We thought it was a lovely addition to make our stay feel a little more special. Gili is a special place and pink coco makes it feel even more special.

The staff are amazing. Super accommodating. We had some issues with our power during our stay. They addressed the issue promptly and satisfactorily. Would definitely stay here again!

Sehr schöne Anlage, sauberer, grosser Pool, tolles Lichtkonzept in der Nacht, 24h offen. Überraschungen am Tag wie Essen/Drinks, 5 min Massage. Super Massagen im Spa. Das Essen ist sehr gut, tolles Frühstück bis 12h, so noch nie erlebt, genial und kaum zu finden. Ruhiger Ort, sehr schön gelegen, wahrscheinlich die beste Option in Gili Air. Die insel ist unglaublich genial, wir buchten zwei Nächte und blieben 5. Die Cottage und die Lima Villa sind gross, sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Lorena die Managerin ist grossartig, warmherzig, unglaublich gastfreundlich und um jedes Wohl bemüht. Das ganze Team ist Klasse besonders Jan und Lulu, alleine wegen dem Team muss man zurückkomen.

Pink coco has my heart. Between the staff and the resort. I was blown away. An unforgettable stay with the best sunsets I’ve ever seen. If you’re staying in gili air, stay at pink coco. You will not regret it :)

Juste géniale !!! Le personnel est aux petits soins, adorable et professionnel. L’hôtel est très beau, belle déco (rose mais pas too much), piscine très grande avec de quoi boire et manger à disposition. La chambre confort est jolie, bien agencée, de quoi poser ses affaires, nécessaire thé/café avec frigo et bouteille d’eau en verre (eau traitée!). Salle de bain très spacieuse. Le séjour est rempli de surprise (le soir dans la chambre, petits cadeaux et attentions, petits mets servis au bord de la piscine). La villa pour la dernière nuit était dingue : baignoire dans la chambre et SDB incroyable (2 wc, 2 douches). L’hôtel dispose de sa plage avec transats et super coucher du soleil (un plus avec le saxophoniste pendant le coucher du soleil, superbe ambiance) et cocktails trop bons. Le petit déjeuner est servi devant la mer et un choix incroyable à la carte !!! C’était trop bon et on pouvait prendre plusieurs choses à boire et à manger ! L’hôtel est situé à proximité d’autres restaurants et plages. Il y a un spa dans l’hôtel et 2 restaurants. Hotel réservé exclusivement aux adultes !

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff could not do enough for you and there were lots of little extra touches that made the stay even more special. Gorgeous sunsets, lovely food, comfortable room, chilled vibe. Could not have asked for better!

Excellent hotel. Loved the constants surprises, beach and food were excellent. Only area for improvement would for guests to have a toilet cleaner / brush in the rooms. Otherwise outstanding. Would definitely return.

It is probably one of the best options in Gili, but it doesn’t necessarily make it great still. They really try and make it a trendy place and an upscale option, but the reality is that they can’t keep up in terms of staffing and service. The whole no kids allowed as well is not fully applied as you have kids showing up at the restaurant and the staff telling them to come in when there’s a huge sign saying saying adults only. That’s OK, but then don’t make a huge thing about being a no kids place. First of all ordering food is extremely slow and you have to chase multiple times. You also have to wait a long time to just Order. Also, we asked for one of those horses ridden carriages to go back to the harbor. we told them the night before and the morning of and yet when time came to take it, they said they couldn’t get one after assuring us They would do so, easily. so overall the really not on par with the service and definitely not , expect either an establishment that wants to be this trendy place. That being said the pool is nice

Très bel hôtel avec une piscine et une plage très agréables ainsi qu’un personnel des plus attentionnés, vous apportant des petits attentions tout au long de la journée. Le restaurant offre également de très bons petits déjeuners et repas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pink Coco. We stayed in one of the Cocoon villas, which was a great size for two people, also very clean and offering a big bathroom and shower area. The resort is perfectly small and a short walk from the harbour, which is nice and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle. There were many food/drink options for breakfast and it was always served with a smile. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, looking after us and the larger wedding party we were part of. The hotel is situated on the sunset side, so enjoying a drink on the beach watching the sunset is the perfect end to the day. The resort also has a spa on site, offering great treatments at reasonable prices.

We stayed for two nights at Pink Coco. The resort was beyond beautiful, the rooms were stunning, the pool was clean as well as the beach. The sunsets were amazing!! The staff were so kind and attentive and the food was delicious. Hands down the best place to stay on Gili Air that we found.

This is by far THE best resort on Gili Air! Amazing, friendly staff, great facilities, clean and comfortable. The breakfast which is included in your room rate has probably the best selection we've ever experienced (and we've travelled extensively). Only minor problem is that the breakfast was often cold so if PC can sort this out, we'd rate it 5-stars!

Pinck Coco is a lovely hotel. i would definately recommend it. Having seen the other hotels nearby this one is definaltey better than the others, Bar restaurant has a great choice of drinks and food and breakfast is lovely. Swimming pool is great too.

Great spot on the beach! Staff and service were excellent! JAN and Jun were very welcoming and friendly! Jan offered service or help any time he saw me! I didn’t love the food, but it was ok, and there were many options in walking distance. I’d stay again! Very romantic 💝

Out stay at Pink Coco was incredibly relaxing. The staff are wonderful and so helpful from beginning to end. The breakfast that was included was delicious as we sat on the beach looking out at the ocean every morning. During our stay it was not possible to swim at the beach connected to Pink Coco as the tide was out during the day. We did find a lovely beach a few kilometers away to swim and enjoy the crystal clear water. If there was one thing negative I would need to add is that I found the linens and towels to not always feel super clean and they need replacing with new ones to add that extra special touch to an otherwise perfect time. Thank you Pink Coco for a holiday we will never forget.

This was one of our absolute favorite villas we stayed at during our honeymoon in Indonesia. The room was perfect, and enormous! The mosaic bath tub was the perfect end to the day, as were the tandem showers! The sunset is gorgeous from pink coco, and the food was delicious and the staff was so helpful and kind. The pool was so relaxing. I can’t praise this place enough! To top it off, the pink theme is so picturesque. I’ll cherish my photos from here forever! Will definitely be returning.

Pink Coco is an excellent place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The little added extras such as a turn down service each evening and an honesty cart at the pool make all the difference.

The stay was amazing! We loved being on Gili Air, food was excellent and the position for sunset is prime!! All the staff were exceptional - Rian, Rozi. We hired the bikes to ride around the island, which was fun... although you will have to walk through some sandy parts. Snorkling was so much, we booked through the hotel and went out on the pink boat. We even saw 2 turtles! Overall the pink coco was one of our favourite stays on our travels.

We loved our time here. The staff are so helpful and nice. They made us feel really welcome. The location is perfect. You feel secluded while still having all the amenities like beach, pool and 2 restaurants. The food was great and they always had little extras. We hated to leave.

The room I stayed in was nice however it would have been nice to have blankets on the bed instead of only sheets for covers. The internet was unstable and couldn't get a strong connection. If you don't mind taken a semi warm shower then this is the place for you. Other then those things it was an ok stay. Not one of my best stays.

Staying at Pink Coco was great. The staff are as laid back as it gets, and always eager to give recommendations around the island or hear about past travels. The breakfast is delicious with several egg-based and Indonesian options as well as a fruit platter and unlimited coffee. The pool was perfect for laps and also the night swim. However, the rooms arent soundproof, the wifi is very weak and had to use my hotspot, and the showers have limited hot water (10 minutes tops). I would stay here again, but hope management could do something to make sure there is more hot water and better wifi.

PinkCoco was the highlight of my holiday, I can’t recommend it enough - the facilities were beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful and the food and beverages were delicious. We will be returning again soon!

From the moment I arrive at pink Coco I felt the arm tress of travel just disappear. Was greeted at the front desk by Ilan who extremely pleasant and welcoming. He was busy with other check in but managed to get me a welcome during and made me comfortable at a lounge chair. After the swift check in I was shown my room which was pool side and lively decorated. Every night they would even come in while away and put cookies and light a candle for your night arrival back. That is Truly going above and beyond but just the norm for this establishment. Break fast is complimentary and I must sway some of the finest quality ingredients with an array of choices. You get unlimited coffee, juice drink, fruit platter and a main course. The omelette was my favorite but heard the eggs Benny were to die for. The restaurant manager Tizzies was always making sure I was take. Care of and made a pint to always say my name and have a brief chat with me. He was truly a professional and was maybe the most accommodating hotel employee I have been around. And I have been to a ton of hotels. They even come around the pool while you are lounging and bring free treats. The pink ice cream wax out of this world. The food was overall some of the best I have had in Southeast Asia. I have stayed at hotels all over and some of them very expensive 5 stars. Pink coco truly puts them to shame on the service scale. I could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone who wants a gray experience in a beautiful setti

Great romance spot for couples

We loved the relaxed vibe of this beautiful resort and the attentiveness of all the staff. It’s is the best place on the island to catch the spectacular sunsets.

All the littles attentions we fell like important peoples, the personals knows our names,rooms number…the opening bed with surprises every nights… Magical place …

Everything is organic and plastic free and they really emphasise on not charging any service fees or hidden cost which is amazing. PinkCoco Gili Air Is absolutely beautiful, and everyone here is completely charming and helpful. There’s such attention to detail in every aspect of the entire place. Daniel and Marni in the front office are both fabulous. The rooms are lovely and spotless, and they have some of the coolest bathrooms I’ve ever seen where the showerhead is like a waterfall coming out of the stone wall and it’s completely open. It has the perfect island vibe. We ate lunch when we got here which was fantastic, and the view from upstairs is so peaceful because you look directly out at the ocean. Then at sunset, the staff brings out extra lounge chairs and beanbags and tables so that everyone can watch the sunset and have a drink. It’s a little slice of heaven! The pool area is spectacular both day and night. It’s sparkling clean and flows right into rocks around the edge which is stunning. Seeing what they have done with this PinkCoco Resort makes me want to visit the other ones on other islands. I would highly recommend this place, and I can see why it regularly receives five stars! I would definitely recommend the upgraded room if if you were looking for a romantic vacation memory.

The hotel is straight in front of the beach. You can literally jump from the room into the ocean, if there's no low-tide. ;) Rooms are clean and very stylish. I would always come back here!

The immaculate attention to every detail. You feel so special when you stay there. I felt like I had made an incredibly good decision staying there. The other guests felt this way too, we were so smart together. There is so much love at this place. I strongly believe we stayed at the best possible place in Gili Air. Absolutely remarkable and unforgettable. I really hope to come back or send loved ones that way so that they can experience true luxury that is worth every penny.

This was one of our favourite hotels we stayed at in Bali/Gili Islands! Hotel staff were great and we enjoyed the spa. Drinks from the bar were delicious and made with real fruit. The decor is so cute everywhere and the beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably best hotel in gili air. Best sunset and nice pool. Everything was so good. I also stayed in other pool villa but we much prefer this hotel. Just need to be patient. It take long time to be serviced and served... but still ok.:)

Was here in April 2019, and it was so amazing! The breakfast, the pool, the room - it was all perfect. We booked the same hotel chain on the other Gili island as well because we enjoyed it so much. I'd recommend travelers to travel with backpacks instead of wheelie bags as it's quite a walk from the harbour to the hotel (otherwise you will have to take a horse and cart).

Great stay at Pink Coco, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend the spa for a massage. The only slight downside was the WiFi connection, but that can’t be helped when on an Island. Biggest plus point was the stunning sunset view at Pink Coco, breathtaking.

Lovely 2 bedroom villa at the head of the pool. Great to be so close set to the pool and spa service. The villa is huge but there was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes in either bedroom so no way to hang dresses or shirts up. Only shelves.

It’s one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I hated to leave, and hope to return.

This was our favourite stay on our trip. We stayed at some 5 star resorts in Ubud and Nusa Dua, Bali but nothing compared to Pink Coco. We found the spa the facilities, pool, room and restaurant where all top notch. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The small touches like if you're sitting poolside they come and give you a little snack or fruit stick was amazing. Power was actually lost to the entire island while we were staying but they had a backup generator running and full use of everything at the resort still. Including ac in our rooms still. Our room was sparkling clean. We got a massage on our last day there and wished we had gotten one everyday it was amazing as well. We got a few massages while in Bali as well but nothing compared. Can't say enough good things. Hidden gem.

What a gem on this Island we both felt we have finally found Paradise. The welcome from the staff was truly genuine nothing was too much from all the staff.Make time to visit the in house Spa and Massage best full body really relaxing. One of the best Sunset setting across the reefs to the neighbouring Gili’s. Also turn down little bedside sweet treat with your beverage.

We had a fantastic time at Pink Coco - it is pretty hard to fault this place. Impeccable service and fantastic pool. The rooms are nice and cosy (we had a cocoon room). The breakfast was also fantastic each day, and they make a good coffee. LGBT friendly too.

Amazing location, hotel and staff

The hotel staff’s service and hospitality were above and beyond. I had a sore throat and they made me a cup of ginger tea and chicken soup that were delicious. I felt good taken care of like their family member. Will recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had such an amazing experience at Pink Coco hotel in Gili Air, it is the perfect spot to relax and recharge the batteries while relaxing by the pool with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was exceptional making sure we had a good time. The breakfast with an amazing view was a great way to start the day. We can't recommend this place highly enough.
