Cet hôtel offre un excellent service et dispose d’un bar avec service de snacking. Les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées, et un parking payant est disponible. Cependant, l’absence de recharge pour véhicules électriques est regrettable.

Hôtel sympa avec transports publics à proximité. Parking sécurisé et personnel sympa. Lit pas terrible. Un peu bruyant la nuit.

L'hôtel est vraiment top! Très bien placé pour aller à la LDLC Arena et rejoindre le centre de Lyon en métro. Il manque une kettle dans la chambre. Et dommage qu'il y ait des travaux en ce moment sur la ligne de tramway qui réveillent le matin. Mais on reviendra.

L'hôtel est propre, manque un sèche serviette ou un chauffage d'appoint dans la sdb, un petit plus une bouilloire serait sympathique, lors du repas plus de couvert difficile d'avoir un sucre pour le café et ensuite pas de couvert pour melanger.des petits tracas mais dommage qu'ils y soient ete

J'avais réservé une chambre PMR pour aller à un concert à l'Arena, et pour une fois je suis tombé sur une chambre réellement et totalement accessible en fauteuil roulant. De plus le personnel est très sympathique et bienveillant ! Seul petit bémol, pour ouvrir le parking il faut descendre pour sonner car la sonnette est face à la voiture au lieu d'être sur le côté, à revoir.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est super sympathique et souriant. La chambre était propre et conforme aux photos présentes sur le site ce qui est très appréciable. L’hôtel est super bien placé pour se déplacer sans voiture, en face de la station de tram et à peine 5min du métro. Beaucoup de choix (salé et sucré) pour le petit déjeuner et tout était très bon, mention spécial pour le jus d’orange et le chocolat chaud qui étaient super bon comparé à d’autres hôtels où le jus est juste de l’eau… En bref, nous reviendrons ! Merci encore au personnel

Took over an hour to check us in at 1am. Lack of communication between hotels.com and the property needs to improve.

This is a solid place to stay. Decent sized room, breakfast is good and the location is convenient to a metro stop that goes all over. Only compliant is the towels (tiny and thin) and the pillows (also a bit thin).

The room was excellent, just enough room for 3 people and all our stuff without us being too cramped. We only used the room for sleeping, so it was perfect. The shower was much larger than expected and much appreciated! Everything was very clean, and staff was helpful and friendly.

Séjour d’affaires. Hôtel équipé d’un parking. La climatisation est fonctionnelle (un gros plus). Petit déjeuner très correcte, juste le distributeur de jus de fruit qui ne vaut pas un vrai jus de fruit frais. Très bon accueil. J’ai apprécié mon séjour.

Hotel correct, mais finalement cher pour les prestations. Le ménage dans les chambres n'est surement pas fait tous les jours, j'ai vu un ongle par terre sur la moquette !! Le petit dej est correct pour le prix, très bonnes madeleines et compote.

Séjour agréable dans un lieu confortable. Des boissons chaudes en chambre seraient appréciées

Hotel doesn’t have connection rooms so we have to stay different rooms with kids. Breakfast isn’t very varied, you need to boil your own eggs and make your own tea.

On est arrivé à 1h30 du matin suite à un retard d'avion. On a été reçu chaleureusement. Ce fut très agréable. Grande chambre avec un lit double très confortable. Entre 6 ou 7 prises pour recharger tout ce qu'on veut. Grande salle de bain aussi. Très satisfait.

Séjour en famille, personnel très, sympathique, tres souriant, petit déjeuner il y a du choix sucré et salé. Bien situé je recommande

Pas d'eau chaude pour se laver entre le samedi soir et le dimanche matin. Aucun geste commerciale de fait, je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel...

Great hotel for access to Groupama stadium. Easy tram into the city. Nice, spacious, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Bar closes quite early. Location very much out of town so absolutely no other local amenties.

Great staff, really confortable bed, definetely quiet. The parking @ 12 € could sound a little bit expensive, but the underground parking is actually limited in terms of space.

Hôtel particulièrement très pratique pour se rendre en centre ville de Lyon en métro, permettant d'éviter la circulation et le problème de stationnement. Un service de qualité, chambre impeccable, une équipe très accueillant, rien à redire

1- la veille de l’arrivée jai la mauvaise surprise d’etre prélevé d’une caution équivalente a une nuit d’hotel… nul part c’est indiqué que l’hotel prend une caution … 2- je n’ai jamais vu d’hotel dans lequel il n’y a meme pas une petite bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un café ou thé…. La chambre est certes confortable mais il n’y a aucin service… 3- impossible d’avoir acces au menu du restaurant de l’hotel depuis la chambre, pas de menu affiche à part au restaurant lui meme… Pour le prix de la nuit de m’attendais à beaucoup mieux….

It should be said that the location is not only way too far from the City Center but also kind of sketchy an ugly suburb. Nothing decent to do within and around it.

Really great staff - I am British! but everyone spoke amazing English - It was really clean and very convenient as its around 50m from the train link from the airport! The breakfast was really good staff were really helpful great hotel will defo stay there on my next business trip.

This is an incredible location for visiting Lyon, take the airport train right to the hotel and the subway right to the tourist area. Very comfortable, great staff, great breakfast.

This was one of the nicest and best valued hotels we stayed in during our 8 week holiday. We received nice pleasant service from the lovely young lady at the front desk on our arrival. We were given a nice roomy unit with excellent wifi, a great shower and good air conditioning. The hotel had free parking underneath. The location was very handy to public transport with a train and tram station right across the road. The metro takes you direct to the centre of the city. A really nice place and we would certainly stay here again.

Cleanliness is perfect. They changed the towels and sheets every day. Biggest bathroom I've seen in any hotel room (and I travel a lot), fully equipped. Comfortable beds, it was quiet all the time. Rooms have several power outlets, which is good if you have several devices to charge. They even have power outlets in the middle of the table in a restaurant so you can charge your phone while eating breakfast! By the way, delicious breakfast. Metro and rail station are 150 meters away, so its easy and quick to get to the city and airport. And all of this for a great price. If I ever come in Lyon again, I'm staying at the same hotel.

The staff at recent and in the breakfast hall were fantastic!! The room was brilliant, very comfortable and being so close to transport into the city I really loved this hotel!!!!

This hotel is as you expect if you book an ibis. The staff however made it great. The 2 young men on reception and the bar were very welcoming and made sure everything was ok for our stay. This hotel is in the city with underground parking. It has all the things you would require for a city break, the room was clean, the shower room great. I did get coffee in the morning but looked at the breakfast whilst I was getting it, it looked good. There are 3 of us and yes the room can become a little small when you use the sofa bed but that didn't matter. I'd say if you wanted somewhere to stay in Lyon this hotel is ideal.

I can't comment about the area really as we were on a driving holiday and this was a convenient rest stop for us. But it truly was convenient, clean, everything worked, etc. We would definitely return if we need to go through Lyon again.
