L'emplacement et la vue sur mer et sur le port sont magnifiques.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont trop petites .On était un peu à l'étroit.

The property was gorgeously situated next to the centre of Essouria, a stones throw away from the fish market, it had a very traditional look on the inside and was well maintained.

No AC, or windows, lots of stairs to climb (although understandable for where its situated), and the door was tough to open.

Tante Scale. Un vicino maleducato uscito seminudo a lamentarsi dei rumori che sentiva dalle scale e ci ha chiesto di chiudere tutte le nostre finestre :) Ma l'appartamento di per se non aveva privacy da sopra si vedeva il ns appartamento e si poteva sentire tutto, l'architettura è quella dei Ryad quindi finestre volte verso l'interno e grande vanno centrale che rende i rumori 'accessibili a tutti. Le porte dei bagni hanno delle finestrelle in vetro..anche qui, privacy zero.Due posti letto sono in mansarda, uno dei nostri ragazzi ha sbatutto la testa con tanto di ferita aperta....

cela fait deux fois que je séjourne chez Jacks et le dernier appartement loué était exceptionnel avec une des plus belles vue que je connaisse. L’appartement est très bien équipé et on se sent comme à la maison. Le balcon avec la vue ainsi que la chambres sont magiques

Les escaliers pour monter tout en haut sont peut être difficiles pour les personnes plus âgées

La ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno y las señoras que se dedican a las habitaciones y a servir el desayuno son encantadoras. El desayuno excepcional en la terraza comunitaria !

La habitación Metallica aunque es confortable pero hay mejores habitaciones con vistas al mar que son unicas. Es de las más económicas con el desayuno incluido pero merece la pena coger otra ubicación aunque el precio cambie.

Appartamento pulito e bellissimo, molto curato e i dettagli. Posizione incantevole con vista sull'oceano, colazione abbondante servita direttamente in terrazza. Un posto spettacolare!

Apartment war eher für zwei Personen ausgelegt. Mit zwei erwachsen Söhnen war es teilweise sehr beengt.

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the view from the top floor and the roof terrace was absolutely stunning - even more impressive than it looked on the website. The location was fabulous too - very central and atmospheric.

Very hard to think of anything! The only slight issue was that we were told on arrival that payment had to be in cash, which hadn’t been stated in any communication about the booking. However, as we didn’t have that amount of cash on us, payment on the credit card we’d used to guarantee the booking was accepted and all was ok.

La vue est tres belle au dessus de l’ocean.

Le prix est trop cher pour les équipements fournis. Nous étions dans le studio Nadia avec un salon séparé à part qui n’est objectivement pas exploitable, il faut traverser la terrasse pour y aller. Nous y avons stockés vos valises car le studio est trop petit pour y mettre 2 valises. Les chaises et le mini comptoir ne sont pas confortables pour déjeuner ou dîner. Enfin, les équipements de cuisine sont sommaires et pas de machine à laver, ce qui en 2026 pour un studio devrait être normal.

Η θέα στον ωκεανό κ να κοιμάσαι ακούγοντας τα κύματα, είναι εμπειρία μοναδική. Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη. Στην κεντρική πλατεία. Η γυναίκα που καθαρίζει πρέπει να πάρει άμεσα αύξηση στον μισθό της. Απίστευτα καθαρά όλα σε ένα τόσο δύσκολο μέρος που το τρώει η αλμύρα.

Χρειάζεται μια νορμάλ φυσική κατάσταση. Για να ανέβουμε στο διαμέρισμα, είχε 92 σκαλιά που ήταν σαν να ανεβαίνεις σε φάρο. Λίγο ακριβό για τα δεδομένα του Μαρόκου.

The location is really prime. The terrasse is magnificent and the breakfast is very tasty. The staff was really nice. The lady at the front desk was very patient to clarify the situation.

There is smell in the apparemment, maybe some mold or just humidity smell, but it's very strong, especially on the upper suite where it's very close to the ceiling and no windows. Also, be careful, they state they take credit cards, but they ask cash upon arrival, which was very inconvenient for me. They send you email, right after booking explaining policies, but if you don't check the email you wouldn't know.

Centralissima all'interno della medina, e a pochi minuti a piedi da un parcheggio. Affaccia sulle mura, a pochi passi dal mare. La nostra camera - Primavera - è molto bella e pulita, con un bagno pulito, ma non molto ampio. All'interno della struttura c'è anche la possibilità di cucinare in uno spazio comune.. La colazione, servita sul tetto con un panorama meraviglioso, è varia e abbondante.

Que pour s'enregistrer faut aller au bureau pas très loin du logement mais quand même avec le bagage et tout ça serait mieux que d'enregistrement sera sur place

The location is beautiful and right in the centre, you can walk anywhere - old town, port and beach. The view at breakfast is understandably the highlight of the stay.

We were in the Metallica room, and we didn't have a view from the room. So the price didn't feel right. We also only had an inner window, and being next to the ocean, the room was very stuffy and smelled very strongly of humidity. I know this is hard to manage, but I would expect better for the room rate. The room itself was ok, the bathroom was also good. But considering it is for 4 people, there is barely any space to leave your stuff.

Die Lage ist einmalig. In die eine Richtung ist man direkt an der Burg, in die andere direkt im Souk, in die dritte direkt am Meer. Man haust quasi über der Stadtmauer und direkt hinter der Stadtmauer ist das Meer, diese Kulisse ist beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse natürlich einmalig. Das Rauschen der Wellen, das Krächzen der Möwen - einfach nur toll und Erholung pur. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Dusche auch, lediglich eine Tür zum Badbereich gab es in unserem Zimmer nicht. Sehr zuvorkommend war, dass wir am Abreisetag unser Frühstück etwas eher bekommen haben, da wir zeitig zum Flughafen mussten. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen.

Ein geschlossenes Bad wäre schon schön gewesen. Ich bin mit meiner Mutter verreist, da war es ok, aber wenn ich mit Freunden fahren würde, dann würde man sich doch Privatsphäre im Bad wünschen.

Beautiful location, amazing and friendly staff who were extremely accommodating and welcoming! They were helpful to recommend spots in the area, the view from my Room was incredible! I loved the facilities and how idyllic it was.

I met with the owner in an office. he was a person like real estate agent. I thought why did I rent the flat with the highest price for the place. then a helper guy took us to the apartment, just after getting into the house, my family and I said, WOW!!! the view was amazing. it was just in front of the atlantic ocean. you all see it. the view, the wave sounds were amazing. You are not looking to the view from a distance, ordinary place. they have built city walls just in front of the ocean hundreds of years ago, and you are like just behind the walls and watching it. the flat was designed beatifully. the balcony was a wonderfull place to sit. and drink tea. Plus we have requested the breakfast to the balcony and a very kind lady came and brought the breakfast to the balcony. the breakfast was nice, they brought tea, coffee and they even brought milk. The mind behind these are apartments is worthy of commendation. It was an unforgettable stay for us in Essauira.

Séjour parfait ! L’appartement était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est excellent et correspond parfaitement à la description. L’hôte était très accueillante , disponible et réactif. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci pour ce superbe séjour.

Jack's Apartments are in the perfect location, right on the edge of the old medina, just within the fort walls. The ocean and rockpools are just a skip away and the view from the common balconies and patios is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in Studio Nadia and it was well appointed, the bed was comfy, it was nice having a small kitchen and fridge, and the bathroom was small but workable.

We booked the smallest of their apartments, Studio Nadia, and upon arrival, it was disappointing to discover that the small living room in the listing pictures, which has the incredible view that overlooks the ocean, is not actually connected to the studio apartment – the living room is accessed via a separate door/entrance off the communal patio area – and so we basically did not use the living room as it was impractical to do so. It would have been good business practice if the Booking.com or website listing was forthright and specifically mentioned it is a "separate living room", as it felt like they were purposefully leaving that detail out to make it look/sound more appealing. Regardless, it was a comfortable space! Just would have been nice to wake up to the view, as implied.

Unser klimatisiertes Appartement "Nadia" war sehr schön direkt an bzw. über der Stadtmauer gelegen, mit einer Dachterasse und einem separaten Zimmer. Von der Dachterasse und dem separaten Zimmer hatte man einen super Blick auf den Hafen und die davor gelagerte Küste von Essaouira. Das Appartement war gut eingerichtet mit einem kleinen Badezimmer und WC. Es war alles sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück hätte man dazu buchen können. Wir haben aber in verschiedenen, ganz in der Nähe gelegenen Cafes gut und günstiger frühstücken können. Die Lage war super, weil man von dort die Altstadt von Essaouira sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden konnte und auch der Strand nur etwa 10 Fuß-Minuten entfernt war. Es lohnt sich Spaziergang am Strand entlang bis zum Restaurant Ocean Vagabond. Leckeres Essen und guter Blick auf Strand, Surfer und Kamele.

Úžasné místo, v centru a přesto v klidnější uličce, s překrásným výhledem.

Možná jen chyběla informace o tom, že venkovní terasa bude sdílená s ostatními návštěvníky. Ale vůbec to nevadilo, vše bylo bez problémů.

Tout est très bien

Mega tolles Riad im Herzen von Essaouira. Tolle Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Personal sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auf eine der Terrassen gefrühstückt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik nicht zu übertreffen. Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber. Sehr gute Betten. Sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder.

Sauber, ruhig, gemeinschaftliche dachterrasse auf der wir zum Sonnenuntergang jeweils alleine waren, Blick siehe Fotos!!! Hatten zu viert ein sehr großzügiges Apartment, hätten noch vier mehr Platz gehabt, kleiner war leider nicht frei, aber war auch so vom Preis sehr okay. Jeden Tag Reinigung, auch unsere Tassen und Gläser wurden gespült (damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet) In der Medina gelegen, Seitengasse, sehr ruhig Viele sehr gute Restaurants in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar

Enge Treppen, für uns kein Problem, aber muss man bedenken

Prachtig appartement met heel mooi dakterras, midden in het oude deel van de stad, alles op loopafstand. Heerlijke restaurantjes, het strand dichtbij, de meest gezellige relaxte markt van Marokko, geen opdringerige marktkooplui, interessanter aanbod.

De appartementen en het dakterras zijn door een middenruimte met elkaar verbonden en hierdoor hoor en versta je iedereen op de verdiepingen boven woordelijk. De laatste avond van het gezellige Franse gezin boven ons maakten wij hierdoor tot diep in de nacht mee, helaas het middernachtelijk uitje van een gezellig ander paar tot kwart voor 4 's ochtends ook. Al hoe mooi we het appartement vonden, al hoe ideaal de locatie is, we zouden hier niet weer voor kiezen.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Großer gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz ca 500 Meter entfernt. Komfortables Doppelbett. Unterkunft direkt gelegen über der Stadtmauer mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge über der Küste. Wir hatten das Apartment Nadja gebucht, das ein extra Zimmer mit Ausblick auf das Meer und Fischereihafen hat, aber leider nicht direkt mit dem Apartment verbunden ist. 3 verschieden hohe Terrassen mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zentrale Lage am Rand der Medina Sehr gutes Frühstück

L’équipement genre canapé est vieux et douteux. Un peu taché… Ça fait rustique pourquoi pas , mais dans ce cas c’est un peu trop cher.

We were in Apartment 3 which has amazing views but to reach it there is a flight of very steep stairs, a bit awkward for us, we had to use porters.

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt direkt an der Stadtmauer. Terrassenbereich mit toller Aussicht. Es wurde nach der Buchung korrekt mitgeteilt, dass es in unserer Wohnung keine Meersicht gibt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse war toll. Nahe am Hafen.

Die Terrasse war in einem benachbarten Gebäude - das haben wir nicht erwartet.

Alt und zu viele Treppensteigen aber das ist bedingt durch alte Bauweise in der Altstadt

Le studio amazone au dernier étage ,calme, juste le bruit des vagues , l indépendance, la vue traversante, terrasse à l est,le confort, la décoration, le balcon côté port,la kitchenette , la fenêtre dans la salle de bain,le personnel compétent adorable et discret.

Les 93 marches pour accéder au paradis mais ça se mérite et ça permet d éliminer les petits excès gourmands. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits et prolongeons dans l autre studio juste en dessous Atlantic tout aussi sympa avec un petit salon qui donne sur un grand balcon côté océan plein ouest.

Eine blitzsaubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit fabelhafter Aussicht vom Rooftop auf den Atlantik. Kann ich sehr empfehlen und würde das Riad definitiv noch einmal buchen. Man fühlt sich ausgesprochen wohl. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Die Betten und das Bad werden jeden Tag gemacht und es gibt frische Handtücher. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es viele Treppen gibt und der Check -in nicht im Riad selbst ist, sondern in einem Büro auf dem Vorplatz. Wir hatten "Metallica" gebucht. Sieht auf den Bildern kleiner aus, als es ist. Ich hatte es mir zumindest noch kleiner vorgestellt. Fenster nur zum Innenhof, also keine Aussicht. "Metallica" eignet sich gut, wenn man mit einem Teenie unterwegs ist, da es einen getrennten Schlafbereich auf der zweiten Etage gibt. Super, dass direkt vor dem Zimmer eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche ist und ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Man kann also auch mal ausweichen, vor allen Dingen natürlich auf die Rooftop-Terrassen. Ein Traum!

Bon établissements juste un petit regret de n'avoir que 2 dosettes de café,par rapport à la gentillesse et l'accueil du Maroc et aucun sachet de thé, c'est balo et limite à 110 euros.

L’emplacement tout près de la place Moulay Hassan, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan.

Bon, li faut quand même monter les 5 étages sans ascenseur. Heureusement qu’il y a de l’aide pour les bagages. Le prix était relativement cher.

Emplacement magnifique, en plein cœur de la médina, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Très jolie décoration de l’appartement. Bon équipement de la cuisine. Belles salles de bains Ménage très bien fait( dames de ménage adorables) Lits confortables.

Appartement en Triplex . Beaucoup d’escaliers étroits pour atteindre l’appartement, avec lui même 3 séries d’escaliers étroits. À ne pas recommander pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge et personnes âgées.
