Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, muebles desconchados, marcos pelados, le hace falta una reforma. la nevera no funcionaba

Bonjour, Ce n'est pas que je n'ai pas apprécié, mais j'aurais préféré un petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet (self-service). En effet, il fallait commander sans avoir de carte ou de choix clairement présenté.

Las papeleras están oxidadas y viejas, deberían cambiarlas, por tema de higiene, estética y de cara a la propia imagen del hotel.

La nevera nao funcionava en ninguna de las habitaciones. Necesitaba comprar agua en la calle y pedir en la recepción para dejar las botellas en la nevera del restaurante q hay en piso zero. Un calor increíble q hacía y a cada vez q quería beber agua fría necesitaba bajar de la habitación hasta la recepción.

Íbamos con una mascota y para desayunar teníamos dos opciones. - Dejarla en la habitación - Desayunar por turnos. El desayuno NO es tipo buffet. Te indican lo que tienen y te lo sirven en la mesa. Si tienes problemas de movilidad, cuidado que tiene bastantes escalones para subir al hotel, luego todo bien.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Stayed two nights with two dogs and a cat . The hotel was lovely , staff super attentive and helpful. They could not do enough for you . There was a young lady at reception in the day and early evening who was so king and so nice. She really goes the extra mile to help you. Nothing was a bother and all done with a smile. If needed , she speaks very good English . When it says pet friendly , it is most definitely pet friendly . Always a kind word for the dogs. I would truly recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money and a place where you feel that the guests are welcomed and wanted.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Poder llevar conmigo a mi pequeño perrito. Que ofrecieran la posibilidad de elegir entre una o dos camas. Que el televisor fuera de tamaño grande. Que mi habitación (105) dispusiera de terraza y mini frigorífico. Que tuviera atención permanente en recepción. Que las camas fueran cómodas.
Las escaleras que hay que subir para acceder al hotel. El suplemento por mascota de 7 € diarios, si bien puede estar justificado por la limpieza más exahustiva que requiere la habitación y la ropa de cama.

Nosotros estuvimos en la junior suite y es fantástica, muy amplia con cama y almohadas muy cómodas, aunque da a la calle principal y hay un poco de ruido porque las ventanas no aislan bien , pero por la noche no tuvimos problemas para dormir. Puede ver un par de habitaciones dobles mientras las limpiaban y también estaban bien. El personal muy amable y eficiente. No desayunamos en el hotel.
La entrada del hotel tiene unos catorce escalones muy empinados. Si alguien tiene problemas de mobilidad o vas con un cochecito de bebé no es recomendable.

Die Toilette war nicht fest mit dem Boden verankert und wackelte bedenklich. Wenn man sich aufs Bett setzte fuhren wie von Geisterhand bewegt die Nachtischschubladen heraus. Das Badezimmerfenster ließ sich nicht komplett schließen.

Street parking nearby can be difficult at busy times. Happily the hotel had space in the small garage…..but it was an extra 17€ a night. Probably a reasonable charge….but I hadn’t considered it beforehand.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026neither receptionist nor restaurant staff speak english (almost at all), they are forcing you to speak spanish, breakfast was the poorest one in my life and my 100+ hotels I have visited in my life (poor bread, little bit of tomato, little bit of prosciutto and big empty croissant), the room was cold when we entered, AC worked out after 15 minutes of stand by behaviour :O

This is trivial : somewhere to put the soap and shampoo while having a shower.
