We appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms and the courteous, helpful staff. The food was good in quality, although the variety was somewhat limited, especially for guests staying more than a day. Overall, it's a good place for a relaxing short stay.

The food quality was good, but the variety was limited, especially for longer stays. The indoor games are on the first floor, and since there is no lift, they are not easily accessible for senior citizens. It would also be nice if games like air hockey and snooker were included rather than being chargeable. We noticed bats in the garden area during the evening, which made it less enjoyable to spend time outdoors at night.

Working in front Entrance could have been handled by blocking with wood panels. Yesterday night smells off painting was affecting people going to take lifts up. Spray smells was effective. Bad for breathing.Slightly affecting me. Other wise everything excellent

The room was big and good . Staff and service was good. Resturant was huge . Breakfast was super .

The Reception area was under renovation. Spray painting was carried out for several days. The smell of spray paint was very strong and spread through out . The lifts were in the same vicinity so had no choice to avoid the area. We did complain and were offered rooms in adjoining buildings .

Property location was excellent. 0 minutes from center of town. 5 minutes from Station. The rooms were clean and well proportioned.

The Booking was handled very bad, and the staff were completely non-co operative and there is no empathy towards travellers

The way staff handled my queries and the way they were demanding stating we are soldout if you want pay for additional Kids or leave the premises.

I don’t like when it comes to swimming pool! The rules and regulations of buy swimming cloths was abit unnecessary.

I have stayed at this hotel number of times and it has always exceeded my exceptions. There is some construction work going on on site so they have temporary reception and check in area. staff is very cooperate and helpful.

Renovating premises

I travelled to Nadiad for work trip and stayed at this hotel number of times. I have always had good experience. The staff is very helpful and cooperate. The rooms are really good size, breakfast is decent. Happily recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine.

The location was convenient and the added security was also appreciated. The ac was also strong enough to cool me down during a heat wave. The food in the restaurant was good and they are kind enough to heat up any leftovers you may have. The service was very good.

There were a few things that were broken or not working properly. Where your keycard goes to keep the lights/electricity on was broken from when I stepped in the room. The person who brought my luggage put it in place but it wasn't fixed so sometimes when I put the key card in, it would fall to the floor. This means no light to try and fix it without my cellphone. A few other things also didn't work right which was annoying after a while.

The only thing that we liked about the property is the staff of the hotel. The kids play area is a big hit with almost all kids. Rest everything is extremely mediocre.

The rooms were stinking very badly and inspite of the staff putting the odonil sachet in the room and bathroom, it still kept stinking. There is some serious problem with the way bathtub is designed. The water from the shower keeps on overflowing through the bathtub, making the entire bathroom filled with water. No soap was given for the use in the wash basin. The remotes for the AC don’t work at first and then we’re replaced after repeated reminders. Tea - Worst Tea ever had in our entire life so far. Guys, please learn how to make one of the most basic thing a hotel is expected. This place is just a mediocre low budget hotel for families in the low and lower middle income group with absolute no manners and etiquette. A shameful thing happened during our stay - An unattended ladies’ undergarment was lying just near the pool and it was there for good long 1.5 hours. Imagine the class and type of people who do such shameful act. This property is just a shady low budgeted hotel and NOT A RESORT from any angle. A resort in reality looks like MADHUBHAN RESORT in ANAND. Better shut down your hotel or buck up on a lot of things. You will need almost a decade to improve on. NEVER COMING BACK HERE & NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👎🏼

Rooms - The rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurant Food - The food was good, slow service though Staff - The people were helpful and courteous in general Swimming pool - small but manageable

Swimming Pool - There has to be a separate way from the swimming pool to the Hotel Rooms. People dripping in water passing through the main Foyer and Reception area was not a great sight. Amenities - The Gym was inaccessible all the time and the Gaming area was a mess with all the litter - the bins were over flowing and the tables were dirty! Whatever few games that were there were not in good condition as well. Restaurant - The staff needs to learn how to cater to the crowds. They were unable to manage weekend morning rush during the breakfast time. Some of the live counters were unattended and the ones that were staffed were not prompt enough to serve to the huge crowd.
