Wanda Realm Jining

Good breakfast, Large comfy rooms. Haven't had a chance to go to wellness or to the pool so can't judge it although it looked nice.

Only one receptionist spoke english enough well so we could "arrange some food". A bit tricky and a bit weird for a hotel of that kind but smartphones and google translate helped a lot:)

The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating

It’s very dated. People at front desk and the duty manager on the day when I checked in clearly had no experience with 5star hotels or international guests. They were very disrespectful, made my check in very difficult, they also initially refused to honour what I had purchased via booking.com

We stayed at the hotel for a business trip. The location was superb. Breakfast was delicious. Nice pool and sauna and gym. The rooms were immaculate. Only downside was the bed was very soft as were the pillows

Location - initially had the cheapest room with no window - way too hot and temperature control - upgraded for a small fee and the room was brilliant

Very good staff, received us at 1am in the morning and got room to our expectations and liking. Very good food and nice environment

Location, food , staff and service

The property charged us 2000¥ as deposite, after checking out they only refunded 849¥, without explanation the reason of deduction. Secondly, it wasn't mention on the booking conditions that a deposit of 2000¥ has to be paid. This is clients misleading.

It was very clean. Large, spacious rooms. Excellent bathroom facilities. It had everything I needed and then some. The breakfast menu had several choices with good seating environment.

I can't find anything to complain about.

Situated next to the Wanda square or the shopping plaza in the centre of the city , the property offers everything around it for the ease of the people staying in it , also is used for large conferences / dining/ Government meetings as it has huge spaces for the said purposes Gym & pool are modern equipped with equipments & staff to take care , good value for money

Air con was hot, hot or hot which made the room slightly uncomfortable. Overpriced for the room quality

This hotel is conveniently located in Jining town center. The hall is huge and a bit chinese style, but the whole hotel features western style accomodation and services. Rooms are big and comfortable, with a bath tub and a shower. The breakfast buffet is really good, with a great variety for all tastes.

Nice room, big, clean and quite. The only thing that has to be improved is the cleaning at the restaurant. I walked on a bone that was on the floor twice, nobody cleaned up, just at the end of the service.

I stayed here for two nights, and i was really suprised how good this hotel is. Very classy and clean hotel. Position of the hotel is on the city center, just a few steps from McDonald's, Starbucks and Wanda Plaza shopping mall. Stayed in the King Deluxe room, everything was perfect, big room, big bed and nice bath tub in the bathroom. Breakfast offer is really big, standard Chinese cuisine and a large offer of Western food. All staff speaks English enough so you don't have problems with all details during your stay.

This hotel does not disappoint as a chinese brand. Usually in my experience the chinese brand hotels get old very fast. this hotel is relatively new but very worn and tired. Grimy and unclean. The rooms are tiny and claustrophobic the bed comfortable the shower had good pressure but the water not hot enough. Service at check in and check out was good quick and efficient. Breakfast had some vegetables but service was bad.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time during my trip to JiNing. Quick checkin helped as I arrived late in the night. Comfortable king size bed in nonsmoking room. Room amenities are good with international plug points and tv channels. A lot of hotels have nonsmoking rooms with the smell of smoke still lingering but not this one so that was a big tick for me. The breakfast spread was pretty good with live food counters included. Other hotel facilities include 24 hour gym, pool, spa, etc.

Wanda Realm’s rooms are large and luxuriously appointed. There was ample counter space both in the room and the bathroom compared to most other hotels. More hanging space in the bathroom would have been a nice change.

Really nice hotel with great service! Rooms are big, clean and fresh. Restaurants in hotel are really good. Food, service and interior are at top level. Can warmly recommend this hotel if you are in this area! Value for money! Only negative thing might be that the wifi speed is not the best.

Nice and classy hotel right downtown in Jining. Nice shopping malls around the hotel in a lived in centre. Spacious and well laid out rooms. Nice executive lounge for afternoon tea and evening snacks and happy hour. Large, but still cosy buffet restaurant with a very satisfactory selection of Chinese and European style foods.

Perhaps one of the best addresses to stay in Jining. There is a well sorted shopping mall just few steps away. The Hotel is a pretty western style 5 star hotel with excellent gym and a decent swimming pool. Personnel is very professionell and always ready to help. The rooms are quite big, clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is a good mixture of east and west. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area..

I came to Ji Ning to attend my brother's wedding and had the chance to stay here for a night. A relatively new hotel in this city, and located within the heart of Ji Ning. It certainly have met my expectations as a 5 star hotel - Good facilities, good food and good services!

I have been for a couple of day in that hotel at the begin of March 17. Room was quite big, clean and comfortable. the room rate was reasonable. the breakfast and the buffet dinner in the coffee shop couldn't convince me, especially the dinner buffet. Maybe the reason was, that I went for dinner at 8pm, late for china, so some dishes weren't available and the staff was preparing themselves already for the finishing time. not longer really heedful!

I stayed in the Wanda Realm Jining Hotel for 3 nights at the end of February 2017. The hotel is very nice and centrally located , the room is really big and nicely decorated . The bed is comfortable . The only issue is really the aircon/heater which seems to be impossible to set . Whatever you do it the temperature remains at 25C . The breakfast is also nice without being fantastic with mainly Asian oriented choices. Overall a very good hotel .

It has been a very short stay not had the opportunity to use any services from the hotel except room and breakfast buffet, but it seems a very good hotel. Room was great and very spacious and the breakfast buffet with a lot of options and good quality.

The room rate was reasonable, and the surprise was that it included both breakfast and dinner. Dinner on arrival was super, and the only downer was that our train only got us there at 8.30pm, and the restaurant closed at 9pm. But there was so much choice and chefs cooking teppanyaki to order. The room is modern, spacious, comfy, and has a clean well appointed bathroom with seperate rooms off it for the toilet and shower. The only minor issue was that a past visitor obviously had a sly smoke in the toilet room, but at least the rest of the room didn't smell. Breakfast was another great meal, with more choices than anyone could want! I wish I'd had a longer stay, as the hotel is great.

The small cities in China always is a surprise for travelers, but the company there I'll visit books my hotel It was a great surprise! Wonderful, real five stars, clean and beautiful! Breakfast in for all tastes, Asian and international, included the coffee was nice! Must stay there!

Stayed here for two nights in late October. The room could not be cooled any lower than 23.5 degree C. The first night I just put up with a warm room because the A/C did not work and the window could not be opened. The second night the staff said most of the foreigners were uncomfortable but it was okay for the Chinese visitors. They sent someone with a handle to open the window but it would only open six inches. They also sent a fan but it did nothing to lower the temperature. This hotel is okay with a well stocked buffet for breakfast and dinner but not sleeping all night due to the heat is miserable.

I am staying here for the second time and always feel like coming to my second home. Excellent rooms, staff, ambience and especially delicious breakfast you are definitely going to miss it.. I would recommend this hotel to all. Thanks! Siddharth

It wasn't just a stay but 3 events as well There is excellent sense of providing service by the whole staff Breakfast is elaborate , so is the gym with latest state of art equipment Conference facilities are good Overall a very pleasant experience

I have spent one week at Jining and the hotel is a great place to rest, eat and suitable located to travel to nearby cities. Staff is friendly helpful all time! Located next to a shopping center and restaurants
