L’établissement n’était pas conforme aux photos, il n’y avait ni savon ni eau mis à disposition. Le quartier était très bruyant, la Clim fuit dans le balcon, et les odeurs dans la salle de bain vous dissuade d’y rester trop longtemps. Le petit déjeuner a été servi froid et non seulement c’était évident que ce n’était pas des produits du jour. Honnêtement même si on me paye pour y retourner je ne le ferai pas,

Personnel efficace souriant, très serviable et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous avions lu dans les commentaires qu’il n’y avait pas de serviettes donc nous en avions ramené avec nous mais finalement le personnel a pensé à nous en déposer plusieurs fois lors de notre séjour, merci ☺️ Si vous marchez jusqu’à la ville, il y a pour 20/30 min de marche. Super rapport qualité prix, nous avons toujours reçu de l’aide lorsque nous en avions besoin malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous avons été surclassé dans un logement très spacieux et lumineux dès notre arrivée, un grand merci au propriétaire ainsi qu’au reste du personnel

Great stay overall! It’s a bit farther from the city center, but the quiet location was actually a nice advantage. They kindly allowed me to park my motorcycle in the passage next to the hotel, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Muy bien todo. La habitación bien, limpio. El personal muy atento. Como no hay restaurante para cenar nos recomendó y nos llevó en coche hasta allí a 5 -10 min. Te recomienda los sitios a los que ir. Luego se vuelve en taxi . Se aparcan las motos junto a la entrada del hotel. El desayuno muy bien.

Le lieu n'est malheureusement pas proche de la médina et il fait marcher longtemps pour y accéder (plus de 30 minutes)

El hotel fue una experiencia muy agradable. Destaca por su comodidad y su ambiente acogedor. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, padre e hijo lo que hizo la estancia aún más placentera. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, y se respiraba tranquilidad en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable.

Como aspecto menos positivo, una de las noches se pudo escuchar el rezo de madrugada. Aunque no fue algo constante —ya que la siguiente noche no lo percibimos—, puede llamar la atención si no estás acostumbrado. Aun así, el sonido era bastante suave y de corta duración, por lo que no resultó especialmente molesto ni afectó significativamente al descanso.

Fueron muchas cosas pero a destacar ,lo amable del dueño y los trabajadores de la cafetería. Las instalaciones son preciosas muy típicas marroquis

L'hotel si trova a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro: se si ha l'auto c'é un parcheggio di fronte gratis. É perció in una zona molto silenziosa. La colazione é buona e abbondante.

Non forniscono prodotti da bagno, quindi é utile averli. Inoltre, uno dei bagni non aveva la doccia separata e quindi si "allagava". Nel complesso, peró, va bene.

Das Frühstück war genial, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen Handtücher und auf Anfrage einen Fön. Kommunikation in Englisch hat nicht ganz geklappt, aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es auch 😉 weil es überall extrem kalt war, wurde die Klimaanlage auf höchste Stufe gestellt, was es einigermaßen erträglich machte. Für die Außentemperatur im die 10 Grad kann ja niemand was. Und wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum Rauchen, was so nicht gebucht war 👍🏼

El propietario es muy buena persona muy amable con sus clientes, su hija estaba en recepción igual muy amable muy educada. Como hemos venido de un viaje en el buggy nos buscó un parking privado donde podíamos dejar el buggy y aparte no nos quisieron cobrar nada ni la ropa que me lavaron. Tratan a los clientes super bien, hemos sentido que estamos en nuestra casa. Aparte tienen cafetería abajo y ahí desayunamos. Ah otra cosa venden hielo también que eso no hay mucho en otros hoteles que siempre quedamos buscando hielo.. LE DOY 10/10

Fils du proprio souriant, accueillant et très poli. Appartement 3 chambres.Confortable, climatisation ok. Literie propre. Petit balcon. WiFi ok. Parking facile. Petites boutiques à proximité. Mention spéciale petit-déjeuner: personnel super, souriant, serviable, à l'écoute. C'était délicieux. Nous ont recommandé un super restaurant en ville: bon rapport qualité-prix! Délicieux ++ Hôtel simple, propre, recommandable.

Peut-être à améliorer: - calibre de la canalisation d'évacuation d'eau de la douche semble petit/ moyen? L'eau de la douche met du temps à s'écouler. Pas évident quand vous devez vous laver à la chaîne 😅😅 ( nous étions 5). - pas de savon liquide pour se laver les mains au wc ( oubli?) - tv non utilisable quand on ne parle pas la langue. Si smart-tv, on peut caster de son téléphone.

In terms of value for money, the location and offer are excellent.

The staff was very good, friendly and very helpful. The location is so far for the Medina but is good if you have private vehicle.

We were in the room with the blue beds, and the mattress was very hard, the other very good.

A charming little apartment above a cafe of the same name. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The cafe beneath where breakfast is also served is really nice. Very convenient parking across the street. A very pleasant 25 minutes walk to the center of town.

A lack of sockets meant not able to charge phones etc. Not an issue for us as they charged in the car during the day. Bathroom could be made a little more comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, When we entered Room there was problem with air-condition, and after we told that to host, they act immediately, and give us different room. Location of hotel is in a quiet part of the city, there is a planty parking spaces. Breakfast was good, tee was extraordinary. Overall, this accommodation is good value for money.

When we entered room, Air condition was not working, and it was impossible to heat up accommodation. The room was too big. Bathroom was old and cold. We didnt get any soap and shower gel. Wi fi was really slow.

Bed linens were amazing, felt really soft. The staff was always making sure everything was ok. The owner even offered us a lift to grab some food for dinner. Everything was clean and we even got an upgrade to a bigger room with AC for free and street view with a balcony. Also the breakfast was totally amazing. Definitely recommend

The windows are not soundproof and the street is quite busy late in the evening. But it was not a big problem for us.

werry helpfull host, we booked 2 small rooms for 3 people and host changed it for big appartament with 4 beds, we arived at night time, host bring for us few pizzas and coke, good and clean olace, nice view from apartaments, reccomend

The host was very friendly and multilingual, Room was very clean and spacious, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chefchaouen.

Had an amazing stay here while on vacation. Everyone was very kind and went above and beyond. Breakfast was always wonderful. Definitely will stay here in the future.

The owner is the nicest person! Very helpful and gave us a free room upgrade and took us to an amazing view to see Chefchaouen at sunset because he understood that we like to take pictures. The apartment is big and has a balcony, breakfast is quite big and continental.

The house has a lot more potential that is not used. It feels a bit as if it's still being built or renovated. I wish the potential will be used, like for example the rooftop.

It's away from the hustle and bustle of old town Chefchaouen. A nice place to relax and slow down.

The owner was super nice, which make our whole stay and experience in Chefchaouen very nice. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and beautifully decorated, very photogenic, and has a beautiful terrace with great views of the mountains. We got upgraded to a bigger room which has a nice living room and very good space. The owner drove us three times to Medina. The first time was after we arrive he drove us to the Chinese restaurant in town and it was very yummy. On the second day, he offered to leave the luggage at the hotel and drove us again to Medina and because of that, we got to hike up the mountain and see the whole valley from the mosque, which we would have not done if he didn´t drove us. Then he also drove us to the CTM bus station afterward. We are so grateful for the trips and would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers to Chefchaouen.

Everything was perfect! The place is amazing, clean and comfortable. The owner is a really nice person, he also offered us an upgrade of the room for free. The breakfast is delicious served in the beautiful terrace. We totally recommend this place.

- the location is a little bit far from town center , you definitely need a car if you want to stay there - not very calm , sometimes you hear people talking loudly (coffeeshop in ground floor) - no soap and shampoo , bring it with you

Nice place Good for family location not ideal

Booked the accommodation for one night. Got settled in and checked in quickly, gave me the option of two rooms, both which were comfortable. The layout of the property was good, only issue was it was very cold on a night, and the heater didn't work. Nether the less, there were many blankets available to add when in the bed.
