Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet expectations. I booked this property by mistake, as the description gives the impression of a 5-star hotel, but in reality the quality of service and overall condition are far below that standard. The prices are at the level of a proper 5-star hotel, yet the quality leaves much to be desired. It is clear that the hotel is older, but age itself is not an issue if the property is well maintained, clean, and managed with proper service standards. Please provide guests with more honest and accurate information so people are not misled.
The shower was broken, the toilet was broken, and instead of carpet there was laminate flooring.

Swimming pool Staff wouldn't allow you to swim unless you had a specific type of swimming wear and although I'm bald was requested to wear a swimming cap. None of this was mentioned on the booking.com website and would have required buying them although having complained we were allowed into the pool eventually but only went the once as it wasn't worth the effort.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025早餐做涼伴米粉的女士. The lady who makes the rice noodle. Very nice.
When I entered the breakfast area , the guy front did not show his room key , I was asked to stop to show my key. I asked, why ? The answer is “Because he is a foreigner “. This is outrageous. I complained , and they r supposed to write me an email why what happened happened, as of now I have not received anything. They tried to apologize, unfortunately with more lies.
