This place is how all hotels have to be in turkey

All great

I found that pretty clean, since cleanliness was frustrating me a lot during my vacation in Turkey. The staff was very helpful.

I had a problem with the internet.

Good location, especially for the airport. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as supermarkets and shops.

Unfortunately, the hot water boiler was switched off when we arrived, so there was no hot water. We only realised later that we had to switch it on ourselves, and by then it was too late for us to use it. The mattresses were uncomfortable and there was no proper bedding or anything suitable to cover ourselves with. The staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. They also sat outside, right below our window, talking loudly until late in the evening. As we had an early flight the next morning, we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

The best and very quayet

Close to airport. From midnight barely any flights, so sleeping is comfortable, not noisy.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I shut the door to the room and the staff helped me for free 🥺

Nothing

We had two bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

Everything was great !

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, and the hotel was good value for money.

Nothing significant. Everything was fine for my short stay.

Amazing staff. They accommodated me, even though I came too early. A lot better than the staff and customer service at Booking.com who were a huge struggle to deal with.

Accommodation was super. Nothing to complain about.

It was my second stay. Perfect!

The hospitality and location

Kitchen staff

I liked that's near from the airport 10 min away.

The department was not clean and there was dust all over the place. The sheets and blankets were used and dirty unfortunately, even though we paid a good price for one night and we stayed in different apartment in different location from the pictures. We waited outside because there was no one waiting for us or in the reception. I hope they really care about the cleaning and the guests more and hospitality as well as they we'll lose their customers.

Excellent location. Guest-friendy stuff.

A reptér közelsége.

It’s definitely value for money! Just 10 min by taxi from the airport. Very convenient place to stay a night after/before your flight. Personnel is extremely friendly and responsive. There are a fridge, teapot with tea and coffee in the room.

Close to the airport, quiet and with everything you might need inside. There is not much to see around, but there are a few bazaars, supermarkets and restaurants at a walking distance and it's a 10 minute drive to the airport.

The pans were not clean and the fridge was very noisy. You cannot switch on the heater but the temperature was well regulated and the staff always ready to help.

Konum yakındı, personel çok misafirperverdi

Yatakla ilgili sorun vardı , sanırım kırık bir yeri vardı

Otaqda təmiz olan yeganə əşya dəsmal idi. Otaqda kombi 65 dərəcəni göstərsə də soyuq olduğu üçün əlavə ədyal istədim və gətirdilər. Çay içmək üçün zəruri əşyalar vardı.

Lokasiya əlverişli deyildı, xəritədə yaxın da görünsə ora nəqliyyatla getmək çətindir, taksi bir tərəfə 10-12 Euro'ya aparır. Otaq cox soyuq idi, əvvəldən rezerv etməyimə baxmayaraq, otaq isidilməmişdi.

Large room with kitchen and cooking facilities.

I wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight but this location is less convenient than it looks because the airport entrance is far to the south.

for one night stay because of our flight transit was good enough

nothing in particular

Oui

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel felt very safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.

Heel erg bedankt was echt schoon en netjes

Niks

Excellent location to airport, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were large and well furnished. Good value

Nothing stands out

None.

Make the long story short, very poor customer service. If you pay a little more you can stay in a hotel with breakfast and free shuttle from and to airport with an excellent customer service, they respond to your emails within minutes. While Dr Aslan didn't reply my email until it came to their payment, then I had to reply them urgently!!!!

Staff helpful Convenient for airport

Basic but adequate

It was a large room and comfortable.

It's expensive considering it's Turkey. I arrived late at night during the winter, and there was a delay before any staff responded when I rang the bell, which made me feel quite uneasy. I was also advised to wait in my room for a food delivery that ultimately never arrived. Although I canceled it the same day, the explanation that delivery was not possible was only given the following day. This could have been communicated much earlier, especially considering the late arrival and the guest's condition.

Kombi yanmiyordu

Soğukta.konforlu değildi 35 euro deymezdi

Great place they’re very clean and staff is very nice people thank you for everything 💐💐💐🌷🌷🌷

The host was superb. She was kind and served immediately when we asked any help. There was language problem but we managed with Google.

There could be some more toilet papers and hand tissue papers. These stuffs are not expensive but makes the guests life easy.

Very clean and tidy.

Cox yaxsi mekandadi

Good value for price

Hard to get to buy bus

Personal sehr nett

It's closest to Ankara Airport, has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and offers great c/p value. There's a 24-hour front desk service, and both the evening and morning staff are very friendly and try their best to meet guests' needs. The evening staff patiently helped me choose the most suitable room type; the morning staff helped me call a taxi and even treated me to tea, during which we had a very pleasant conversation.

There's a 24-hour front desk service, and the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive, doing their best to meet guests' needs. The evening shift staff quickly replenished the kettle, dish soap, and toilet paper; the morning shift staff prepared a hose and brush for me to wash my car.

Super Nähe zum Flughafen

Bad sehr dreckig

Very clean and friendly staff

Price is high comparing to location and facilities

Gar nichts. .

The staffs are really kind and helpful.

Some essential facilities are needed to be added however as it is an airport apartment it is ok to stay for one night without them.

Nichts auszusetzen
