Reviewed Aug 30, 2026We came to Kofu because we were going hiking in the Southern Alps - Kitadake, and required a bus ride from Kofu station. The accomodation on the mouintain was expensive so we just wanted something cheap where we could rest our heads and store excess luggage that wouldn't be required for the hike. This place ticked those boxes!
We never saw a staff member which honestly was fine - check in and check out were all completed by use of tablet, but it felt a little uniniviting. Not a big deal though.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Espaço útil, simples, mas se a sua intenção é apenas dormir e ir embora pela manhã no dia seguinte, funciona. Limpo e confortável. Uma senhora muito gentil me recebeu no quarto, mas não entendi se ela era trabalhadora ou hóspede, porque dormiu lá, eu acho. Se for funcionária, parabéns a ela, muito esucada e cortês.
Não tem aconchego, beleza nenhuma. É realmente só um espaço pra quem precisa de um lugar pra dormir e ir embora logo. É meio claustrofóbico, janelas pequenas, banheiro minúsculo. Não tem lugar pras malas, então elas ficam espalhadas no quarto. Eu não chamaria de acolhedor. Particularmente, quis ir embora o mais logo possível, mas não que seja ruim, só é meio "bruto".

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026If you need just a room to crash at, this is a good deal. No bed, was futon on tatami mat (in my room). No staff at check-in nor check-out. Just follow the buttons on a tablet at the counter. Bonus points for close to the train station.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026座落在市區鄰近車站的範圍。或許是因為位於有一定年代感的大樓內，大部分設施都有些上個世紀的風格。但是，作為自助式飯店而言，應有的東西那是一點也不缺的。而且，在這個充滿歷史氣息以及尚未過度觀光化的日本地方城市，或許偶爾回歸過去的步調也是不錯的體驗。

良くない点ではなく､意見｡ドミトリーには慣れている人は気にならないかもしれない。 宿側の都合で座敷予約から2段ベッド2セットの部屋になった。貸切だったので部屋が狭くても大丈夫だったが、他人が一緒だと気が休まらず眠れないし、部屋のトイレやお風呂も気持ち的に使いにくい。

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Yo en lo personal tuve muy buena experiencia, es un lugar comodo para pasar un par de noches si llevas poco equipaje. La limpieza tanto de la habitación como de los espacios comunes fue muy buena. Y se agradece que tenga ascensor.
El aire acondicionado da directo a una cama superior (al menos mi habitación), así que encuentro que es incómodo si otra persona quiere prender el aire y está la persona en la cama que da al aire. Y lo otro, es que en el baño no hay enchufe, por lo tanto si quieres usar el secador de pelo debes hacerlo fuera del baño y puede molestar a los demás de la pieza.

Na szczęście udało się sprawnie porozumieć przez aplikację LINE i ostatecznie bez problemu połączono nasze rezerwacje noclegów. Sam obiekt jest w porządku, a dużym atutem jest przestronny pokój socjalny i lokalizacja blisko dworca.

受付も自動で、施設側な方とは一度も話す事はありませんでした。清掃の方と挨拶をした位です。やはり、受付か、共有ルームなどに少し宿の方が顔を見せた方がアットホームな感じがします。または、手書きの案内や情報交換ノートなどがあれば良いかと思いました。

Overall it's a good experience, but I see some things that could improve it a little. For example, an additional thing to put the belongings while in bed would be wonderful. Like a small tablet on the wall or something. Because I was always afraid something would fall on the bed under mine. Not a default, just an improvement idea.

シャンプーリンス等、パジャマ類が置いて有るか？無いか？が事前にわかりずらかったです。リンスインシャンプー・ボディソープ有り、パジャマ類無し。 ユニットバスが狭いのは想定通りだけど、狭すぎてカーテンが体にへばりつくのがちょっと不快でした。 受付カウンターにタオル・シーツ類、歯ブラシ等のアメニティが置いて有るけど、どれが部屋に置いてあって、どれが部屋に置いてないかが判ると良いなと思いました。 シーツの使い方？敷布団にかけるのはわかるけど、掛け布団はそのまま？だけど、シーツの準備数が多いから間に挟むのかな？と使ったけど朝にはくしゃっと…掛け布団は包むタイプの方が嬉しいです。

Cleanliness in room (we had to clean our shower) and kitchen (dead cockroach near washing machine and general grimey feel) Our toilet was leaking, and even though we showed the staff early in our stay, nothing was done about it. The staff is almost never present, so it is very hard to get help if you need it. We understand that hostels don't require staff 24/7, but a schedule for when staff will be present would be very helpful for guests.

二段ベットの上がクーラー直で当たりカーテンも開けっぱなしでないと部屋が涼しくなりません。あまり温度も下げれず、そのせいで室温の調整もできず下の段のベットは暑く寝づらかったです。 クーラーの位置は本当にあり得ません。二段目の子風邪ひきました

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026個室なのが良かった。1階ラウンジに必要なものがほとんど揃っていた！居室内洗面所の水も飲用可能と。エアコンもカビてなく、清潔！(カビや布団のダニで喘息発症する体質だが大丈夫だったので清潔感高い◎)子連れで宿泊しましたが防音も◎部屋のドアを開けると赤ちゃんの泣き声が聞こえたが、部屋の中にいると聞こえなかった。 専用駐車場はないが、近隣のパーキングに500〜600円/24時間くらいで停められた！ ✴︎あったもの✳︎ ホテルラウンジ:冷凍冷蔵庫、洗濯機・乾燥機(有料)、キッチン・コンロ、電子レンジ×2、炊飯器、ウォーターサーバー、ティッシュ、調味料多少、ケトル、電気ポット、テレビ 居室内:2段ベッド、ハンガー、エアコン、ゴミ箱
ハンガーをかけるところが居室内になく、困った。 お湯の温度調節が難しく、すごく熱いか、ぬるいかになった。(特に、トイレを流すなど水を近くの部屋で使われたら急に熱くなったりして子どもが火傷しそうだった)
