Really close to public transport , staff was really friendly and helpful, great view from the window. Breakfast was good 👍🏻.

We found not our hairs on our towels.

Sehr gute Anbindung an den Flughafen Haneda. Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse relativ groß.

Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend, mit geringer Auswahl und quasi keiner Abwechslung. Entspricht auch überhaupt nicht den Bildern, die auf Booking.com zu sehen sind. Trotz drei Aufzügen passiert es häufiger, dass man 5-10 min auf einen Aufzug warten muss (keine Ahnung wie das möglich ist). Personal im Hotel für japanische Verhältnisse nicht sonderlich freundlich.

El check in es a partir de las cuatro de la tarde, y es poco práctico, aunque puedas dejar las maletas en el hotel. Al fin y al cabo es perder casi un día que has pagado.

キレイだったし、スタッフの方も優しかった。

アメニティがもう少し充実してると良かった。 お風呂のバスタブの排水が流れが悪かった。 コーヒーのバリスタが調子悪く、いつまでもポタンが点滅していて、スマホで改善点を検索してやっとこ使えた。あの説明では使い方が分からない。一杯無駄にしてしまった。

周りが静か 清潔感があり、ゆったりと過ごせる

二人で泊まる予約をしているのに、バスタオルやルームウェアや歯ブラシなどのアメニティが1つしかなかった。1度目に電話した時は届けに来てくれたのに、また無いものに気づいて2回目電話したら、フロントに取りに来てと言われた。2回も面倒だと思ったのかもしれないが、そもそも準備してないのがおかしいから、なぜこっちから行かなければならないのかと思った。

Very convenient from/to Haneda airport. Staff are very attentive. Bathroom is "Japanese side" i.e. tiny for tall folks! 2 convenient stores within walking distance:-)

WiFi was spotty and I had to switch to mobile network...

Habitación muy grande. Lo escogimos para el dia antes de irnos y nos fue genial ya que esta justo delante de la estación de tren que va para el aeropuerto.

Wir haben das Hotel aus der Not heraus gebucht. Der Flughafen war wegen einem Taifun geschlossen und wir mussten eine Nacht verlängern. Schon bei der Ankunft im Hotel waren wir begeistert. Ein toller Empfang und dann auch noch ein super Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Tolle Ausstattung, ein super Preis und die Bahnverbindung Richtung Innenstadt quasi gegenüber. Es war einfach super und wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!!

部屋がとても広く、夜景も綺麗だったし競馬場、ボートレース場も見えてとても得した気持ちになりました。 受付の方々が愛想が良く丁寧で気持ちが良かったです。

お風呂、洗面台にカビがありました。 少し埃が溜まっている所がありました。

6歳の孫が京急電車の大ファンで、韓国から夏休みに来日していた最終日前日に、窓際から数多くの車両が観れ、念願の希少な青色と黄色も数回観れたので大満足。次回も泊まりたい一言。

Atenção dos funcionários, presteza. Foi maravilhoso ter cafezinho, água ao acordar e voltar dos passeios.

O espaço poderia ser um pouquinho maior, mesmo assim não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia.

The hotel is close to the airport and the subway. The room is clean and comfortable. It has a table and a chair for me to setup my laptop. The room price is pretty good compared to the location and the cleanness of the room.

The room was not cleaned everyday so I don't have a new towel everyday. I do wish to have new towel at least even if the room clean is done every 3 days. The room is small, not a big deal but I feel like a bigger room could be better.

ロケーションの良さと、駐車場ありだったので選んだのですが、窓からの景色はハズレでした。 駐車場は空きがなく、周辺の駐車場で上限ありのところを探して停めました。

スタッフさんがとても丁寧で親切に対応してくれた。 困った時に即座に話しかけてくれたりと、にこやかに細かな所まで気にかけてくれていた。

子供2人を連れて宿泊したのですが、部屋のトイレにて、便座からトイレットペーパーまでの距離か子供では手が届かずお尻を拭くのに苦労していた。 朝食のバイキングの時に料理周辺の通路が狭く、他者とぶつかりお盆を落としそうになった。味はとても美味しいのに取りに行きずらい点が残念だった

スタッフの対応が良かったです。間違えて喫煙ルームを予約していましたが、わざわざ確認してくれて、禁煙ルームに変えてくれました。

施設は綺麗でしたが、急に変わったこともあり、床が変色していて、明らかに何かをこぼして掃除したけど、変色しているという感じで、その部分だけ嫌でした。バスルームや、洗面所トイレは綺麗でした。

Quartos limpos, com boa estrutura de frigobar, cafeteira (com cápsula free da nespress), com banheira etc. Próximo ao aeroporto, metrô, facilitando locomoção pela cidade. Bairro tranquilo, com facilidade de locomoção.

Na verdade os quartos são compactos, e atende muito bem dois adultos e uma pré adolescente. Seria interessante o café da manhã ser uma pouco mais acessível na diária, mas todos que conversei gostaram. De qualquer forma tínhamos um 7eleven e family mark ao lado que suportava todo café da manhã, almoço e janta.

Lovely staff and very good sized room. Opposite a local train station. Good breakfast selection.

Nothing except it took a while to get to the centre of the city.

Super easy access from the station (Google Maps told us it’s 4 min but it felt quicker) with use of elevators to get on the overpass to cross the main road. It was pretty easy to get to from Haneda. It’s also great that it’s so close to Family Mart and 7-11. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was big enough for the 3 of us to stay without feeling cramped. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very kind and professional and helped us get my luggage delivered. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, easy check in..

Hotel is very well located. Very close to metro station. Small supermarket just beside and a big one in 5 minutes walking. Starbucks, McDonald's and Domino's pizza in 15 min walking. Ice machine in our floor. Staff was great.

Only the hairdryer, for my hair type, didn't help much. I usually bring mine but since Japan is 110V I couldn't.

It was across the road from the train station and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable had everything I needed. There was Family mart next door for convenience. The staff were very helpful and kind. They let us keep our bags there until our flight later that night.

There was no restaurants around so we had to travel to have dinner and breakfast and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was not nice. I ate there once only because the food was not tasty. I found a hair in my carbonara that I got from the Family Mart next door. And I bought grapes as well from the Family Mart and they were sour. That was nothing on the hotel but since there was no restaurants around, we used it a lot and it was not that good.

從車站就可以看到對面的飯店，天橋三側都有電梯很方便，走去伊藤華洋堂只要十分鐘，這也是我選擇飯店的原因。

The location was great. Across the road from a station and close to restaurants and a good supermarket. There's also a beautiful big park behind the hotel where you can walk through to Tokyo's biggest flea market. Breakfast was decent as well. We had an awesome view from our room over the river where people were racing small power boats on the first day

Leaving

Family Mart two doors down - ls conveniently located close to a small plaza across the train crossing - 10 min walk. Breakfast was delicious! Great variety of both western and Asian cuisine. Coffee is simply the best!

Rooms are small, more like a single room. Bathroom is also small. Rooms are modern, hotel complex feels new.

We booked the hotel because our guided tour of Japan was starting from the hotel. It was very pleasant, with a decent enough sized lobby area. Reception staff were friendly. We booked the accommodation to include breakfast. This hotel is used by tour groups, so be aware that if you come for breakfast up to 8am it is possible that there will be a queue for a table. Breakfast is buffet style. Rooms were a reasonable size for Japan. Cleaning is organized according to the number of nights you stay. Fresh towels every day. The hotel is about a ten to fifteen minute walk from Omori station. The hotel staff weee very helpful to us with maps, etc. There are also some very nice restaurants on that side of the expressway.

Window in the room is frosted, so no view of anything. Fine for one night, but not great for extended stay...
