値段の割に設備は普通で残念でした。 wi-fiが全然繋がらず困りました。 またシャワーの水圧が弱いのが気になりました。

Personeel spreek zeer slecht Engels en ze gebruiken geen vertaal app. Inchecken was pas vanaf 16 uur. Ze staan met 3 receptionisten en ze verwijzen je naar de incheck computer. Verder is er in het dorpje niets te doen. Ik zou daar niet overnachten. Als laatste is de prijs veel te hoog voor wat je er voor krijgt.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Prima ligging dicht bij de kloof en de tempel. Half pension prima verzorgd, diner is fixed en ontbijt overwegend Japans. Mr Samamoto van de receptie was een toppertje. Hij help ons zeer geduldig met het boeken van boottickets voor een overtocht.
Bed alleen erg smal voor 2 personen en de badkamer was simpel met douchen in het bad. Prijs aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt.

Reviewed May 25, 2026it was super fast and easy to check in as the staff only used the guests' passports to scan to check in. the staff was polite and kind. the hotel also provided city information leaflet, so the guest could hop around easily. And you could park here for free!
we did not have a chance to try dinner and breakfast at the hotel.

掃除の点で、洗面台の排水口周りの黒ずみに対して、掃除をするという意識はないのだなと感じました。それ以外は大変清潔でした。その点だけが、大満足にしなかったところです。

À cause de la météo, j'ai du annuler des activités et suis donc arriver 2h30 à l'avance. Je suis resté dans la voiture pendant 1h30 à attendre une réponse de l'hôtel quand à la possibilité de venir plus tôt. Pas de nouvelles. Donc à 14h, j'y suis allé pour voir si c'était possible. J'ai été reçu par un jeune qui m'a juste dit que le check in, c'est 15h. Je n'ai même pas eu le temps de demander. Et il ne m'a pas proposé d'attendre dans leur salon. Je lui ai juste demandé "je dois attendre dehors ?" Il l'a dit oui. C'est la première fois qu'on me reçoit comme ça. Heureusement que les autres membres du personnels ont été gentils quand je suis revenu à 15h.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Looks pretty new, entrance looks like 5*, Good customer service, provides cushion for the Kagura show, dinner set meal is not expensive, smack in the Center of Takachiho, close to all the attractions, relatively short drive away, Cosmos just beside.
Hard pillows, still have to walk up slope from carpark if you cannot get the front entrance lots which is only 4 spaces.

No dinner available as it had been sold out, no other options available nearby. All restaurants were fully booked. Gorge cannot be reached through the temple, as the concierge had told us. It is locked off at the moment due to fallen trees. This is just an information and NO complaint.

Air freshener spray in the room would have been nice, but it’s not a big issue without it.

Trop petite chambre , toilette dans sdb, menage des 8.30, obligation de s insrire sur une machine avec de l hotel malgré 3 personnels au front desk juste utiles pour...nous aider pour la machine. Aucun bar aucine ambiance. Grand buffet mais à 95% adiatique. Juste toast, petit croissants basiques et waffle en continental. Pas tres quali.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026hotel très bien placé par rapport aux gorges de Takachiho - qui se sont révélées un peu décevantes à nos yeux, surtout sous une pluie battante :-) mais nous a permis d'assister au spectacle de danse Kagura (mythologie japonaise) qui se tient en fin de journée au sanctuaire voisin. très bon petit déjeuner, d'une grande variété.
l'alarme incendie à 4h du matin (déclenchée par erreur par un touriste ! ?)

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Wir haben das Hotel auf unserer Rundreise-Route als Zwischenstop gebucht und sind ohne große Erwartungen angekommen. Wir wurden sehr angenehm überrascht: das Hotel ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet, schöne Materialien, viel Holz und Glas. Die Zimmer sind ok und zweckmäßig, wir haben die Wasserkocher geschätzt um uns Tee und Kaffee machen zu können. Aber klar den Unterschied macht das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal, ganz besonders Herr Shibata-san, der uns mit seinen Tips und Hinweisen den Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Ort wirklich zu einem Erlebnis hat werden lassen. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
ein weicheres Kopfkissen wäre schön gewesen.
