お風呂に大きい画面のテレビがあったのですが、備え付けのリモコンが反応しなかったため、テレビ本体でチャンネルや音量を操作しなければならなかった点のみ少し不便に感じました。

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026這間住宿的設備齊全，房內有洗脫烘機、電子爐、按摩椅，一樓還提供免費的咖啡、蘋果汁與麥片，整體而言是非常棒的住宿環境。唯一可能的缺點是離金澤車站要走大約10分鐘的路程，另外住宿地點離鐵軌稍近，有時會聽到電車經過的聲音，但不會影響睡眠。非常推薦給家庭住客前來。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026È stato il miglior albergo dove ho dormito da molti anni. La stanza era enorme, più un appartamento che una stanza, con porte scorrevoli x garantire maggiore privacy. Un sacco di amenities in omaggio e personale gentile e amichevole. Ci hanno anche risparmiato fatica offrendoci il servizio di spedizione delle valigie verso il nuovo hotel. Non ho parole per descrivere la soddisfazione di aver scelto questo hotel.

Les deux réceptionnistes que nous avons rencontrées étaient adorables et nous ont rendu de grands services, même en dehors des heures d’ouverture (panne de voiture, transfert de bagages). Le logement était parfait, très très bien équipé. Le meilleur de notre séjour au Japon. Nous le recommandons vivement!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026我が家は大人3人、小学生1人のためベッド3台で1つがダブルベッドだったのが非常にありがたい。バストイレ別で、湯船にゆっくり浸かることが出来たのが疲れが取れてとてもよかった。
洗濯ピンチが何個も洗濯バサミが取れてしまっているので変えた方がいいと思う。干しづらかった。家族のものを洗濯したので足りなかった。

ベットメイクをお願いして出かけました。観光が終わって22時ころ部屋に戻りましたが Ｕ字ロック？がドアが閉まらないように外側にストッパーとして使われたままで、開いておりました。部屋に荷物を置いたままでしたので、部屋の中に入るのも怖さがありました。 出前をお願いしようとお店に電話してみましたが、３月末で終了したそうです。

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026お部屋が広かったのとお風呂やキッチンが使いやすかったです。フロントにあるコーヒーやコーンフレークやお味噌汁などもよかったです。駐車場も事前に予約できて停めやすかったです。また洗濯用の洗剤もあったり、キッチンペーパーなどもありとても便利でした。フロントの方もとても感じがよく気持ちが良かったです。
とにかくエアコンの効きが悪くてお部屋が暑かったです。一番低い温度にして風量もMAXにしましたが、廊下の方が全然涼しくお部屋は暑かったです。お部屋を仕切ったりと工夫もしましたがいまひとつでした。そこだけ本当に残念でした。あと駐車場はホテル用は1100円。隣のコインパーキングは24時間で550円と隣の方が安かったです。ただもし車を何度も出し入れするのであればホテルの方が最終的にはやすあがりになるので利用方法に合わせて選択をする方がお得だと思います。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Het was een groot appartement waar alles beschikbaar is. Het personeel is erg aardig en er staat altijd wat drinken of een zakje nootjes voor je klaar. Bij aankomst staat er een broodje met een potje jam, koekjes en een fles water. Wat voelden we ons welkom hier!
Het was iets verder van het station dan we dachten, ongeveer 10 minuutjes lopen en dat was helemaal prima, maar de route was een beetje saai langs het spoor. De supermarkt op 5 minuutjes lopen, wat heel fijn is!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026入住一樓的寬敞房間，總共有六張床讓三代六個人都能舒適入眠；廚房電子爐烤箱微波爐一應俱全，使用起來非常方便；洗衣機和陽台可以洗衣晾衣不怕多日行程；一間浴室兩間廁所不用排隊；自由行一日疲累還有按摩椅可以放鬆！大廳有簡單飲料小點心備品洗衣球可以索取，房間亦有迎賓麵包果醬小餅乾。全家都很喜歡，櫃檯小姐可愛又親切！
第一天較晚抵達金澤，只能自助入住，雖然來回確認入住密碼與手續，卻沒料到最後一步需要線上刷住宿稅，導致當時遲遲連不上wifi的我們一直收不到OTP碼坐困愁城！幸好後來遇上來自台灣的大哥熱心伸出援手解危，一家老小才終於能進房休息，希望這部分有所改善，或者事前便將住宿稅包含於房價內避免困擾。自助吧算是旅館額外提供的小福利，但被入住的房客掃空的速度很快喔！想品嚐的要抓緊機會！^^”

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026טיילנו 2 זוגות חברים . לדעת כולם, זה המלון הכי טוב שלנו ביפן ( והיינו בחמישה!) . חדר מרווח וגדול (יחסית ליפן) , מפנק, עם כיריים, מקרר גדול, שולחן , כורסא כשהגענו פינקו אותנו בבקבוק מים ועוגיות בסלסלה. המלון ממוקם בשכונת מגורים שקטה ולא על ציר ראשי של חנויות וכו'. בקבלה קיבלה אותנו בחורה מתוקה בשם : shiori שהיתה מקסימה והסבירה לנו הכל בחיוך ובשמחה. גם בהמשך עזרה לנו. הסופר הקרוב הגדול מרחק של 10 דקות הליכה - בשבילנו זה היה מצוין - המלון מרחק של 12 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת הראשית של קנזוואה, כך שהלכנו ברגל עם הטרולי בקיצור מומלץ .
המקום ממוקם ממש צמוד למסילת הרכבת. אם תקבלו חדר בצד של המסילה, תראו את הרכבת חולפת במהירות. לנו זה ממש לא הפריע כי החלון אטם את הרעש. אם אתם רגישים לרעש תבקשו מראש, חדר בצד השני של המלון) אם אתם דתיים- תהיה לכם בעיה לשהות בו בשבת. כי הכל אלקטרוני: גם הכניסה למלון. וגם החדר: גם בכניסה לחדר וגם ביציאה ממנו - הכל עובד רק עם קוד . אז תשקלו להיות פה בימי חול... חוץ מזה היה נהדר!

L'emplacement un peu loin du centre mais proche de la gare donc ça compense.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026It was a cozy, clean and spacious studio apartment with washer/dryer. We loved the welcome gift especially the baguette. It was delicious! They also provided drinks (apple juice, milk, coffee and tea), japanese soup sachets, breakfast cereals and some snacks which were accessible 24 hours!

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione, allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla. A circa 30' dai giardini Kenrokuen e dal Castello di Kanazawa. La stanza è completa di frigo, lavatrice e piano cottura, oltre a bagno e cabina doccia. La presenza di QR code aiutano a capire chiaramente il funzionamento dei diversi device (aria condizionata, regolatore di temperatura dell'acqua del bagno ecc.) grazie a video esplicativi. Molto apprezzato il regalo di benvenuto e la possibilità di servirsi di latte, tè e cereali al piano della reception. Carina l'idea di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti dei giochi da tavola da poter scegliere nella hall. Decisamente consigliato!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026第二次入住了,依然非常滿意。空間夠大,4人入住也不會擁擠;服務人員認真、親切又熱情,已經晚上六點多了還看到工作人員為了補滿冰箱裡的牛奶,專程撐傘走出去買;生活備品充足,也有很多東西可以借用;床超好睡的,軟硬適中,不會搖晃,即使窗外有火車來來去去,我每天都睡得很好,一覺到天亮。

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The room are very spacious, modern and comfy. We got all we need in the room. The staff are very helpful. You can have a free snack, coffee, juice or milk at the lobby. They also provide a boardgame to rent. If we come back to Kanazawa, this is our first choice to stay
The location is quite far from Kanazawa station. Maybe around 15 min walking distance. Maybe it's way better if you can rent a car

They were very warm and friendly to our little 4 year old boy The size of the room was a big, nice to stretch out and also a bonus having a washing machine and steam drying room to reset after a busy schedule leafing up to Kanazawa

Olin 60 v synttäreitäni viettämässä ja syntymäpäiväni aattona ilmoittivat lapulla tulevansa siivoamaan klo 10.00-12.00 välillä mutta kukaan ei ollut käynyt siivoamassa. Joten synttäriaamuna heräsimme käytännössä roskien pahaan hajuun koska keittiötila oli samassa. Suututti ja annoinkin palautetta henkilökunnalle.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Situation idéale. Tout, y compris la gare, est accessible à pied. Le personnel est adorable. A l'arrivée on vous offre de la brioche, de la confiture et des biscuits. Dans les parties communes, des céréales, lait, café, jus de fruits sont disponibles gratuitement. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, parfaitement propre, doté d'une literie irréprochable et globalement très confortable. Si vous avez la chance que cet établissement soit libre à vos dates, n'hésitez pas.

Reviewed May 8, 2026房間又大又乾淨，洗衣機、按摩椅、簡易小廚房、浴缸還有電視可以邊泡澡邊看!! 一樓的櫃檯有入浴劑、洗衣球、各種飲品(牛奶果汁咖啡)、麥片、沖泡的湯品 甚至還有小玩具、旅遊說明跟備用傘，實際房間也跟照片長得一模一樣 超級完美~~~ 拜託要長長久久的經營 下次一定還會再來住!!
唯一小小可惜是車位標示較不清楚，會擔心停到別人的位置 (通知上有說明要停的車位，需注意)

Reviewed May 5, 2026【設備】 ・清潔感もあり、室内も広いので3人のキャリーケースを広げても余裕がありました！ ・大きなテレビもあり、YouTubeやNetflixが見られるのが良かったです。 ・フロントには、無料のコーヒーやコーンフレーク、インスタントのお味噌汁などが置いてあり、自由に飲食できて嬉しかったです。お部屋にもウェルカムフードを用意してくださってました！ 【スタッフ】 ・明るく丁寧なスタッフの方がおられて、WiFiのトラブルにも迅速に対応いただきました！ ・チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもしていただけました。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは17:00まででした！
【アクセス】 ・駅から10分程度なので、特別遠い訳ではありませんが、あまり街灯はなく、夜は少し心もとなかったです。 ・2泊しましたが清掃は入らないとのことで、多くなったゴミなどは自分でまとめる必要がありました。 使ったタオル類は外に出しておくと回収してもらえました！ 全体的に良い印象の方が強く、快適に過ごせるホテルだと思います。

Reviewed May 4, 2026アパートメントなので、部屋が広くて家族での滞在に最適でした。ベッドはとても気持ちよく部屋はとても綺麗で、必要な物は何でも揃っていて洗濯洗剤まであってとても助かりました。ウェルカムサービスで、パンやジャムが提供されたりフロントには無料でシリアルやコーヒーがあってサービスが充実していました。スタッフの対応もとても気持ちよかったです。
駅から少し遠いのが気になったくらいです。
