SMDC Wind Residences by Bem

The place is nice but the AC is not working and it’s so uncomfortable. And it scares me and my daughter when we saw a cockroach. And the WiFi and tv is not working . So there’s not much of entertainment. But the convenience of the place that is so near in all the very good restaurants and tourist spot was the best part. Hopefully they fix the problem. Thank you again.

I need a refund i wasnt able to Check in no one is there to check us in. No room was given its a scam!

Walking distance to most of what Tagaytay can offer. I would recommend this property.

Clean, elegant unit arrangement, caretaker assisted us well...will refer this unit to friends and definitely will rent it again Thanks Ms Bella, Malou the caretaker and Owner's rep who communicated very well. God bless!

Our stay in this room is so nice and superb. It fits on us family of 5. From the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and balcony is awesome. The wifi is very fast. The unit is very spacious and very neat and clean. The unit owner Ms. Bella is very friendly and will entertain you from check in to check out.

The unit owner is very accommodating same with the caretaker. Unit is really clean with complete room amenities. Will definitely recommend this place.

we had the best experience! very accommodating owner (Ms Bella).. great place (clean, sanitized & organized).. comfortable, feels like HOME! ❤️ we'll definitely book this place again! ✔️

I like that it is accessible to the restaurants, banks, and malls. The place was cozy and the most important s the safety and cleanliness along with the security of your stay.

Accessible and affordable

Good

The room is in excellent condition, spacious, and very clean, particularly the comfort room, no bugs, no cockroach, complete sets of kitchen utensils, we did cook our own breakfast, and also I had a very good sleep, Ms. Nelly , the caretaker is accommodating. The room is highly recommended, one thing though.... the staff of SMDC and some of the security guards are discourteous. SMDC admin should check on this. five star for the room and its caretaker!.

our stay was ok....could have used more towels....there were 4 of us and only provided with 2 drab towels, plus there was no soap provided and no complimentary bath items

very nice place & climate is great... parking for guests though is quite off the bldg

Very good caretaker, Kudos!

Very nice, so homey

We had a good time here with my loveone.. The room place is quit and clean. The space is perfect.

It was a great place to stay. Would stay again. Great host

It was comfortable, very clean, and safe. The caretaker was so accommodating! 5 stars!

great place very clean. All they needed items for in place. Look forward to staying at this location again

The property is good enough for 6-8 persons. And very near to city proper, restaurants, banks, etc. The caretaker ms. Nelly is very kind and accommodating. The A/C is not very cool, and the club house and parking overnight is far from the property.
