Die Reinigingsdame war nett, konnte allerdings nicht helfen. Sonst nichts.

Leider musste ich erst nach der Ankunft feststellen, dass die Unterkunft nur über steilen Straßen zu erreichen ist und somit absolut nicht geeignet für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Dies war aus der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar. Wir mussten uns dann eine andere Unterkunft in der Stadt suchen. Das Zimmer hatten wir überhaupt nicht genutzt, lediglich unsere Koffer waren dort deponiert, da auch die Zusage, dass das Zimmer 13:00 bezugsfertig sein wird, nicht eingehalten wurde. Der/die Besitzer haben sich überhaupt nicht blicken lassen obwohl ich lange am Tresen geklingelt habe. Leider wurde meine schriftliche Bitte auf zumindest teilweiser Rückerstattung überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt. Bezüglich des Zimmers kann ich nur sagen, dass es sauber war, die Einrichtung (besonders die Armaturen im Bad) war ziemlich abgenutzt. Fazit: nur für sehr fitte Gäste geeignet, Trotzt Begründung keinerlei Kulanz vom Besitzer.

No nos avisaron de donde habían dejado las llaves y la recepción cerrada. Había hormigas y cinifes. El parking oficial estaba in poder usarse por caída de piedras

Nice location, we stayed in Pathos Room so we had a nice view and it was quiet. Clean and spacious room.

We didn’t have mosquitos nets so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open. We had to use the AC, so our sleep wasn’t so comfortable.

Clean room with a beautiful view on the sea. Close to Agia Marina and the beaches. The staff is very kind, all clean and the location is perfect cause is not in the middle of the rumors but no so far. A very nice place to stay in Aegina.

Πολύ καλή θέα και πόλυ καθαρό και όμορφο.

Το μόνο κακό ειναι οτι δεν είχαμε καποιο μεταφορικό μεσο και ειναι σε ανηφόρα. Κατά τα αλλα τέλειο.

Το δωμάτιο που φαινόταν πως θα κλείσουμε από την εφαρμογή ήταν διαφορετικό από αυτό που στην πραγματικότητα μας δόθηκε

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και όμορφο και οι παροχές του χώρου ήταν καλές.

Υπήρχαν λίγα μυρμήγκια στο πάτωμα και στη κουζίνα από την αρχή. Η πόρτα δεν έκλεινε τελειωσ καλά με αποτέλεσμα να μπουν κάποια εντομα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό όταν μπήκαμε (με εξαίρεση τα μυρμηγκάκια) αλλά δεν ήρθε κανείς να καθαρίσει όσο ήμασταν εκεί ενώ το γράφει στους κανόνες του καταλύματος.

Φιλόξενος χώρος, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις, διαμπερές, καλό προσανατολισμό κ τέλεια πανοραμική θέα! Ξεχωριστό κουζινάκι απόλυτα λειτουργικό! utube στην TV! Θες να μην φύγεις ποτέ! Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στην κοπέλα που επιμελείται της καθαριότητας: Ευγενική, φιλική κ άψογη επαγγελματίας! Θα το ξαναεπιλέγαμε εχθές!!!

I loved how clean and well-maintained the property was. The view was absolutely gorgeous, and having the forest right behind it made it feel so peaceful and relaxing. The only downside was the hike to get there, but that's the price you pay for such an amazing view—definitely worth it! 😄

The only minor drawbacks were that some of the amenities, like the air conditioning and coffee machine, felt a bit dated. That said, everything worked perfectly, so it wasn't really an issue. The shower also didn't have a door or curtain, so water tended to splash onto the bathroom floor after each use.

Très bel appartement avec une vue incroyable. Très propre, et décoré avec goût... Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit.

Idéalement placé, mais préparez vos baskets, la côte est raide avant d'arriver à l'appartement 😅. Mais pour une si belle vue, il faut prendre de la hauteur 👍

The view is amazing, the place was clean, atmosphere was calm and cozy

The room we were given is completely different from the one shown in the listing photos. In fact, our room did not appear in the photos at all. I booked this apartment based on the photos provided, without knowing there were multiple rooms with significantly different layouts and conditions.

Piso agradable bastante céntrico.

It was clean great views and had everything in it.

The only positive aspect of our stay at Pefkides was the fantastic sea view. While the apartment was technically "clean," it was overall very run-down and in serious need of maintenance.

The bathroom layout was particularly problematic. The shower cubicle lacked a glass panel, resulting in water flooding the entire floor every time it was used. Furthermore, the toilet was positioned so poorly that it was almost impossible to sit comfortably without hitting your legs against the bathroom vanity. To make matters worse, the toilet seat was completely loose. Additionally, the door to the neighboring apartment was sticking badly. As a result, the guests next door had to slam it shut with great force every single time they entered or left, which caused a lot of noise. Overall, the view does not make up for the lack of comfort and maintenance."

Très chouette appartement avec jolie vue sur la mer et jolie déco. Propre, calme, bien équipé et climatisé, l'établissement est situé un peu en retrait en haut de la coline mais sans difficulté d'accès aucune.

"The apartment is advertised as a 'Boutique apartment'. We actually understand that to mean something else. Although the location and the building are really good—with a beautiful view over Agia Marina, nestled among the pine trees—the interior and finish are definitely not 'boutique-worthy'. Worn-out furniture, a very primitive kitchen setup, and flimsy balcony chairs and table (we took the liberty of 'borrowing' more comfortable chairs from the communal terrace, which was truly necessary to sit somewhat comfortably on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view). The wardrobe door had to be kept shut with rubber bands. It is all a great shame because, with a bit more attention to the interior, this apartment (in terms of location, size, and potential) could easily score a 9 or a 10."

είχε πάρα πολλά κουνούπια, αλλά αυτό ήταν ένα γενικότερο αρνητικό της Αίγινας. εμείς επειδή είχαμε μωρό δεν άναψα με πότε κλιματισμό και έπρεπε να έχουμε ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα για να παίρνουμε αέρα. ακόμα και που είχα 2 ταμπλέτες μέσα στο δωμάτιο η κατάσταση ήταν ανυπόφορη. πάρα πολύ κουνούπι.

La vue est exceptionnelle !

Il manque une raclette dans la salle de bain (on inonde dès qu’on se douche…) et au moins une pelle et une balayette pour ramasser quand on fait tomber quelque chose…

Aegina is a beautiful island that is absolutely worth visiting. This guesthouse is located in the cozy area of Agia Marina, where I stayed for eight days. The sea view is unbeatable—even just relaxing on the balcony was completely worth it. The staff are also incredibly friendly.

The only minor downsides are that some in-room facilities are a bit dated, and there is a very steep hill to climb. If you’re pulling luggage up, definitely be prepared for a workout. However, once you're walking around without luggage or renting a scooter to get around, it’s not an issue at all.

Αν υπήρχε κάτι που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί, θα ήταν η οργάνωση του χώρου στάθμευσης, ώστε να εξυπηρετούνται πιο εύκολα οι επισκέπτες

Location, quick responses from property manager, and cleanliness of room.

It would be nice to have 4 bath towels, a blanket, a few beach towels, and a few extra pillows available for comfort.

The views of Agina Marina from this property are incomparable. The rooms are spacious and stocked with everything you would need for a short or long-term stay.

It is a steep hill to get to this property so if you have mobility issues, I'd recommend a lower floor and procuring some transportation. My larger gripe, unfortunately, was that I couldn't get rid of the 4-5 mosquitoes that came out of hiding overnight - their incessant buzzing around my head led to poor sleep during my entire stay.

Nice apt, with an amazing view and terrace. Clean and well kept.

No shower stall or curtains, therefore showering wets the whole floor. The bath corner is also somewhat small, can be an issue for some. Wall and floor maybe a bit too thin, we could hear the dog walking on apt above.

Locația pe exterior arata bine, curtea aranjata, curata si cu plante decorative. Camera a avut vedere la mare, peisaj minunat.

In interior mobilierul vechi si ușile asemenea, iar la baie neingrijit dar curățel. (Bateriile de la chiuveta, dus, necesita inlocuire, vopseaua de pe pereti exfoliata)).Cât despre locurile de parcare am mai văzut comentarii si ei au zis ca au amenajat, si asa este nu au mințit, dar au pus lanț cu lacăt in condițiile in care erau parcate 4 mașini pe strada in fata locației. Loc de parcare ar fi si in curte, dar la fel, fara acces.

Property is immaculate. Modern, well stocked kitchenette, very comfortable bed, nice balcony and terrace and an amazing sea view. Short 10 min walk to the beach and main town, and especially quite just you and nature. When we go back to Aegina, it will be our first choice.

Die Aussicht, die ruhige Umgebung und die tolle Chefin!

Rezervarea a fost făcută pentru părinții mei. Au avut ghinionul să primească o cameră la parter și chiar la intrare în clădire. Nu aveau intimitate iar pisicuțele intrau peste ei în cameră. După ce am discutat cu gazda aceasta le-a oferit gratuit un upgrade la cameră și au fost mutați la etaj. Gazda excepționala și înțelegătoare, a înțeles nevoile noastre.

Camerele de la parter nu prea au intimitate, se vede totul de afară.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα από την τοποθεσία μέχρι και τη θέα του δωματίου μας, καθώς ήταν στον δεύτερο όροφο και είχες θέα την Αγία Μαρίνα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε πάλι.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι να μη μας άρεσε.

Locația este excelenta, am avut o camera la parter cu o terasă superbă de unde se vedea marea. Gazda foarte drăguță si amabila.

Singurul inconvenient ar fi distanța destul de mare de la plajă la locație, deci recomand sa aveți masina.

Lipsa parcare, parcarea disponibila intr-o curte pe pietre si praf .... curtea iti oferea posibilitatea sa parchezi 2-3 masini, dar nu s-a dorit ..... nici macar sa iti poti duce bagajele in camera ....

Excellent location

The view was amazing. The host was so helpful on our last day she offered us a ride back to the seaside.

Not that I didn’t like but to reach the room from the center you need to walk around 10 minutes up hill which can be a bit tiring.

Amazing view, plus a stylish and cozy room design. Very comfortable. We fund a very helpful and responsive host.

We had a lovely few days at Pefkedes. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. The view from the balcony was stunning. The owner was on site when we arrived and showed us to the room also allowing us to check in early. The communication was also excellent. Thank you

Beautiful apartment, the view from the shared patio was stunning. Very close to the shops and sea front. Best was very big and super comfortable.

The shower was cold and the Internet was temperamental. Not a massive issue though. The stay was lovely

Η θέα ήταν εξαιρετική , υπάρχει μια όμορφη κοινόχρηστη βεράντα στα πάνω διαμερίσματα με θέα όλη την Αγία Μαρίνα Τα στρώματα ήταν πολύ ανετα και ανατομικα Ο χώρος ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένος και η οικοδέσποινα μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ότι θέλαμε άμεσα

Δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρά , συγκεκριμένα στο μπάνιο υπήρχε σε πολλά σημεία μούχλα ειδικά στην ντουζιέρα ,στην κουζίνα υπάρχαν λαδιές στα ντουλάπια και τρίχες στο πάτωμα Όταν έκανες μπάνιο το νερό έβγαινε απ έξω με αποτέλεσμα το μπάνιο να είναι συνέχεια βρεγμένο Δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες σκίασης στα παράθυρα της κουζίνας και την εξώπορτα οπότε με την πρώτη ακτίνα του ήλιου ξυπνούσες
