We stayed here for about a week after I sold my home in the same neighborhood and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Clean property, lovely reception and the included breakfast made my morning camp/work routine seamless. Great option for business travel or anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

I wish the hard-boiled egg was not peeled! I would prefer to peeled it my self. We stayed at Hampton Inn in Hainesport, NJ and it wasn't peeled.

The breakfast was tasty and had a decent variety of food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The valet employee was superb. He had a sense of humor and I never waited more than 5 minutes for my car.

There isn't a nice restaurant on the premises. However, the suggestion given by the front desk employees was great.

First time staying here (maybe even my first time staying at a hotel in NJ!), just for one night for a work event. I hadn’t realized it was two hotels in one (Hampton + Homewood), and it reminded me very much of a place I’ve stayed in Miami in the past. Lovely welcome when I arrived and check-in was very quick. My room was ready before the official check-in time and I was provided all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. I was even recognized as a DR member, which was nice! My room was of typical size and typical Hampton layout, and I was incredibly impressed at the cleanliness! The room had everything I needed. It did, however, have a bit of a funky/musty smell to it, which didn’t dissipate throughout my short stay :( I was excited that I was staying on a Wednesday night, when they have a free “social” as part of the Homewood Suites. I unfortunately didn’t have time to really enjoy it, though there were one or two other people there just after 5pm, and the snacks looked decent enough. Super quiet and comfortable overnight — very cosy bed! One thing I did NOT like is that the air-conditioning would turn itself off when no-one was in the room, and I would always come back to a really hot room and then have to wait for it to cool down again. The AC works on a sensor and that made it very frustrating! I was advised at check-in that I was able to avail of either of the breakfasts in the morning, either the one with Homewood Suites or the one at the Hampton Inn, whichever I preferred — I thought having that choice was pretty cool! Hampton Inn’s was a very typical Hampton Inn breakfast, your typical SAD. The Homewood Suites side of breakfast had slightly different offerings, including fajitas and pancakes, as well as chia puddings and overnight oats. I much preferred the Homewood side. Note that when I came downstairs just before 6am to check out and scope out breakfast, I did notice there were two people sleeping in the lobby area. I’ve no idea what that was all about and unsure if they were guests or not. One had bags a blanket with her, whilst the gentleman did not. Regardless of the circumstances, having people sleeping in the lobby isn’t particularly appropriate or appealing for a hotel of this standard. Oh, and I’m a bit of a gym junkie and usually like to check out the gym at hotels I visit, but didn’t have a chance on this particular stay. I did, however, see through the outside window someone using it late in the evening.

Joey is literally the sweetest bartender on the planet. So friendly and welcoming. It’s a shame they don’t have in-room dining or a restaurant on premises but I had a drink while waiting for my Sweetgreen delivery and I could not have been happier with my conversations with Joey.

Hotel is super clean and nicer than your average Hampton Inn. That said, I chose to stay here based on the reviews raving about the bartender, Joey. Joey is the absolute man and totally lives up to the great reviews he consistently receives!

Para nosotros que viajamos por trabajo, la ubicación es fantástica. Tiene una parada de autobús en la acera de enfrente. El hotel está muy limpio, ya hemos estado otras veces y siempre muy amable el personal, sobretodo las chicas del servicio de desayunos. El desayuno está muy bien, tiene variedad de dulce, salado, fruta... La piscina está muy bien para poder desconectar un rato al final de la jornada. La habitación amplia, limpia, con nevera y televisión. Incluye: toallas, secador, gel, champú, acondicionador, jabón de manos y body milk, que además huelen super bien.

Las almohadas, no nos resultan nada cómodas, pero casi todos los hoteles las tienen similares. Y que la ducha no tiene alcachofa, tiene chorro fijo y no es muy cómodo ducharse.

Valet parking , front desk and the breakfast employees were very nice and helpful.

Refrigerator wasn’t working properly and the ice machine on the 6th floor wasn’t working so I had to go to different floors for ice.

We read all the reviews about Joe the bartender and my God we knew we wanted to meet this godsend of a barkeep and my hand to God he met every expectation and raised the bar for every bartender there after. I now will only stay at Hampton Inn in NJ because not only is the hotel wonderful but Joe well Joe made the hotel feel like I was staying with family... my new favorite Uncle! And its awesome when your Uncle makes a banging ass Old Fashion!

Homewood suites in Teaneck is a spectacularly run hotel, from the amenities to the staff, we were hesitant to check into a ”Residence Inn” style hotel for an extended 3 week stay. To our surprise it was more like a five star facility. It has everything you need to be comfortable and a pleasant staff to assist you through difficult times. While it doesn’t appear to be luxurious from the outside, once you get inside, it is quite impressive and makes you feel at home. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I had a amazing stay here, any issue I had was resolved immediately by the staff, from the moment I pulled into the front I was greeted by the valet and the front desk staff whom all went out of their way to ensure I had ample information. My room is immaculate by the way! The lady doing the cleaning Mrs Latoya is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve stayed in many hotel rooms and this is the CLEANEST room I’ve ever been and i personally witness her cleaning and doing the little details that matter. To me this is a 5 star hotel. Thank you to the staff for an incredible stay!

We loved our experience at Hampton Inn and Suites! Check in was quick and smooth and our group really enjoyed breakfast and pool! Special shout out to the bartender Joey, he’s so sweet, welcoming, and opened our wine when we forgot a corkscrew.! Overall, the staff here are great and really make your stay here worth while. If you ever need a trip to NYC, this is the place to stay!

Highly recommend. We reserved the Hampton Inn but then before we checked in we were upgraded by the facility to their next-door sister hotel the Homewood Suites by Teaneck Glenpointe. Other than my confusion of seeing two hotels booked on my Hilton app and wondering briefly if I had somehow booked two rooms in two hotels for one night, the receptionist who checked us in was lovely, the room was a large, clean suite on the top floor overlooking the river. I was very impressed when at 10p, after hearing the sound of water dripping in the air conditioner vent, the front desk immediately sent up a friendly and competent “engineer” who immediately fixed the issue. At 10p! Quite impressive service. We would happily return.

Joey is an outstanding bartender — five stars all the way. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional, he makes every visit feel welcoming. Joey reads the room well, moves quickly without ever seeming rushed, and remembers regulars’ preferences, which makes the bar feel like a friendly. If you want genuine hospitality, and a bartender who elevates the whole experience, ask for Joey. Can't recommend him enough.

After a fire at our home, we stayed at this hotel for over a month; the location was excellent, the room was spotless, and the kitchen facilities allowed us to live comfortably throughout our stay. The daily breakfast was delicious, and a staff member named Minire, who served during breakfast hours, was a highlight; she treated our family with a bright smile and kindness, and her genuine affection for my son made every day a happy and grateful experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Minire and all the service staff.👍👏🙌

Breakfast needs flavor and more decaf teas. We need french toast or waffles. Not a fan of 1 bfast item. Needs seasoning. Chips $6????? So overpriced! Nonetheless, the valet was good. The access to other hotels amd bars and restaurants. Clean. Staff nice. These are 4/5 rating for me.

This could be a great hotel, if they maintained the rooms better and gave more forethought to guests' comfort. If too many things are somewhat wrong in a hotel, it's not relaxing: Small room (couldn't open suitcases all the way), sliding heavy wood door in bathroom didn't close all the way, blackout curtains didn't close all the way, wonky shower handle, mattress with "valley" from other guests, pillows that smell like other peoples' hair product, broken elevator that delayed our departure because of too many guests leaving at once. Snack shop out of many products. Most of the guests were from high school and college sports teams, and kids' foreign tour groups. The kids were well behaved, but adult guests may want to know that the hotel seems to have changed. Check-in staff was super nice and friendly, especially Gretchen, whom I talked to when I called to confirm reservation. Valet guys nice, guy wearing a "sons of American Legion" t shirt deserves a shout out for lifting our suitcases into our car.

Senaida did an absolute great job taking care of guests and cleaning the breakfast area! 100 school kids ate and left - 5 minutes later you couldn’t tell that anyone had been there. Absolute professional!

Well kept spaces with plenty of meeting and work collaboration opportunities. One elevator operating was an inconvenience during peak hours and an extended internet outage was costly. The redeeming factor daily was getting to see Senaida and team running the breakfast area like a well oiled machine. She truly enabled me to start with a positive mental attitude daily.

The toilet wouldnt fully flush even after an engineer said it was fixed. Its hard to entertain guest with a toilet that half flushes. They really shouldve moved me to a new room.

Facility was clean, room was spacious, breakfast was delicious and staff went out of their way to make this a great experience. A staff member to highlight was Zinabel who was part of breakfast crew. As someone with mobility issues, Zinabel quickly stepped up to help me when necessary. It was a delightful stay all around!

Our room is clean, and the proximity to the place we visited.

On the weekend that we stayed, there was some repair that was going on in the middle of the day above our room. We were not able to sleep in longer because of the noise. We appreciated if they had given us a heads up.

The hotel was a bit weird to get to. Kind of had to do a bit of looping around to get to it as it was right off the I-95

The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The fruits were fresh. My family and I enjoyed it. All the staff greeted us whenever we walked by whether the Front desk or Hallways.

I would have loved to have bacon, but I assume since it was a busy weekend it would be too much to keep up with. The pillows could have been just a little more comfortable.

Elena was the light I needed after dealing with a travel nightmare involving 13 cancelled flights and needing a room for just an hour to freshen up before heading to a work engagement. She was kind, offered me complimentary food and late check out. She really cared and was the only person out of all the services reps I dealt with all day that was kind. I won't forget her.
