Only good things about this property was location and horses

The staff kept lying all the time. The rooms weren't clean and despite making repeated requests the floor still fet unclean . Old untidy tents Despite making requests to change the water in the pool the staff first lied that they have changed. Then after telling them to change several times that have changed. The management felt clueless. Breakfast was not at all good. And the most horrible thing was one of my cigerate went missing which I am hundred percent sure was taken by the hotel staff. It's not the matter of rs 20 but the dishonesty of the hotel staff. Will never comeback.

The aesthetics, the location, the value for money, the rooms, the staff.

Due to the fuel problem these days, there was no gas hence items on the menu were limited. The pillows were not smooth and has cotton balls formed inside resulting in not so smooth sleep.

The breakfast could have been better - not on the spread but on serving hot food. It was fresh but not always heated. But on asking they'd bring hot puri and fresh chai!

Beautiful place. Great rooms - modern and very big, spotless y clean, the bathroom is modern with hit water and great water pressure. The staff were very nice and helpfull. We had a relaxed and very comfortable stay in this place. The pool area is beautifuly set in the nature, with green fields around. Special mention to the managment - we had to leave Pushkar early then expected, and the manager waived our payment with a smile and understanding. This was so gracious of him. Thank you very much for that, sir. When i will come back to Pushkar i will definitely come back to Heli Pushkar

El lugar tiene mucho encanto nada más entrar al complejo, aunque es cierto que cuesta encontrarlo. La habitación espaciosa y el cuarto de baño también. El personal muy amable y servicial.

No funcionaba la función de aire caliente de la máquina de aire acondicionado, por lo que pasamos frío por la noche y no habian mantas. Tuvimos que llamar a la recepción y nos trajeron un calefactor portátil que solucionó el problema. Nos dijeron que sólo funcionaba la función frío de la máquina por no decirnos que en realidad estaba estropeada la funcion calor.

Location is ok. The place has a good vibe. Children liked the dog and horses there.

The staff really need to work on their attitude as it is their attitude which makes or breaks things in this business. It mostly happens at places where foreign tourists are common.

This is a nice place to stay in pushkar. They have clean and tidy rooms as well as bathroom and good amenities. They have a rooftop resturant as well as room service.

The hotel is not located in the city center, requiring a 15-20 minute walk to reach it. However, the road leading there lacks streetlights, which can make it uncomfortable at night. Regarding the hotel facilities, the lamp outside our room was not working. Although we informed the staff, they admitted they were aware of the issue but seemed reluctant to fix it. Additionally, our room had noticeable cracks in the walls, and there was no wardrobe. While this wasn’t an issue for us since we only stayed one night, it could be inconvenient for those staying longer. Overall, the place is decent but could benefit from better maintenance.

Nice location far enough from the noisy center. Loksa the chef made delicius indian food.

The rooms were super clean and the common area was also green and well built. The food also was quite tasty. The staff was also courteous and helpful.

Some items were not available on the menu and there was some confusion among the staff regarding what was available and what was not. And because of this confusion, we had to return one dish.

The ambience and cleanliness of the property is impeccable. A must visit if in Pushkar.

Location is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very polite. Art done by the owner is fab. Very thoughtful. A perfect stay if you travel solo, couple, with friends or with family. All in all a good vibe.

staff was completely clueless and misguided us few times!! no clarity on how to interact or manage your customers. .. super overpriced and the food was not that great.. breakfast timing was wrongly communicated, while the reception board said 7AM the staff said 8AM !!

The tents were cold, in January. I was supplied a heater but I also needed to ask for extra blankets. The bathroom was very cold. Also the hot water only lasts for 3-4 minutes so not enough time to wash your hair . Breakfast was pretty basic

The property is newly opened in March 2024. It is on an off track, near the canal. Excellent quiet location with no traffic. The property has tents and rooms. We stayed in the tent. Comfortable beds and clean washroom. There were hammocks outside too. No cluttering, any once liking to stay on a nature surrounded with trees and garden can explore. 🏡 The food was excellent. Both Italian and Indian cuisines were tasty and rightly portioned. All one plate quantity was adequate for 2 adults and one child. The restaurant is on a 2nd floor near the terrace. It was chilly on 24 Dec and they gave us an extra quilt! The breakfast was adequate with parathas and poha... We look to visit again🙂

Too much noise from roof due to restaurant. Intercom does not work. Asked for early breakfast as we had a train to catch at 8:50 . But couldn't get. They arranged for taxi on time however .

Nicely decorated, clean rooms with kettle provided also had outside space to sit and enjoy the garden which had lots of plants and trees. Was lovely to be in the peaceful countryside ,just a short walk into town.The staff were very kind and helpful.

The amala picking experience was delightful, with soothing aesthetics enhancing the atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the environment was serene and peaceful. The staff was helpful and accommodating. It is an excellent place for a workation or a relaxing getaway.

The food is horrible and the complimentary breakfast for this price is a joke...I couldn't get the hot water to work properly...it's a new system and I understand the geyser system in India, but I couldn't get a hot shower and the tent bathroom floor is very cold. I didnt want to ask staff so I just gave up. The pounding base at the wedding venue 10 minutes walk away shook my room. The police hung up on me when I called. I had to go to the location and shut down the wedding myself. Police are corrupt and do not enforce the nouseaws of Rahjistan. period! so dont bother calling them .. the music will stop at 12 midnight during wedding season...the music is OK levels under the circumstances...BUT not the bass...it was unacceptable.

Really wonderful gem of a place with beautiful architecture and interesting, nature oriented design features. Spotless rooms and bathrooms—the best I’ve seen in India! Breakfast in the morning was tasty and they served some delicious fresh juices. I would absolutely stay again!

The resort is across the street from a wedding hotel so there was some loud music, but it died down before midnight. The bed was also quite hard by western standards but hey, this is India!

Great location, just a 15-20 minute walk to the Pushkar Lake and town. Overall the resort is quite nice with large rooms and bathrooms which are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The central shaded area is a nice place to relax and lounge in the mornings and evenings. The staff is very friendly and prompt to respond to any request. They also have a very substantial breakfast on offer as well as pretty good food overall (vegetarian only). There is a resident German Shepherd who is very calm and well-behaved,. When we checked in to the room, he politely came to the door huffed to get us to open the door and then came in to inspect the room before leaving in a dignified manner.

If you choose to stay in the tent, keep in mind that voices filter in from outside even if someone is conversing in a low tone so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to choose a room instead of the tent.

I loved the entire stay as this place has so much more to offer in Pushkar. I have been to Pushkar multiple times & this time it was so different because of Heli Pushkar. Heli Pushkar & their Heli experiences are so cool. I got to experience trekking with Heli Pushkar team & it was next level. I would definitely recommend this place & love the authentic food there.

A Simple eco stay with properly clean rooms and washrooms. best part is bed, white bedcovers. i had a best experience. i could feel the peace while staying here. the morning tea under the jamun tree was an memorable experience. thanks
