لاشي فقط وجود الشامبو والصابون بالحمام

باب الحمام لايغلق بعد دخولك فيه وبعض الفوط وسخه لذلك طلبت استبدالها

ولا شي المكان يجيب الضيقه

وعزكم الله الحمام ريحته خايسه

The room was surprisingly well appointed. The shower was quite nice.

Only after my friend (also male) arrived was I told that no guests/visitors were allowed inside. It was an inconvenience and an embarrassment to have him turned away like I was a child or a criminal. This may be acceptable in Kuwait, but it is unheard of in western countries. There was also no mention of this anywhere on booking.com at the time of booking, only a sign in reception that the receptionist pointed to, as if that made it okay.

النظافة في غرفة النوم كانت فوق الممتازه ولكن السجاده غير نظيفة بسبب وجود حرق ورائحة الدخان منتشرة في الغرفة وايضاً يوجد ازعاج من الأطفال

I had a wonderful stay at Lumiere Des Etoile. The hotel was clean, elegant, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. It’s a great place to stay whether you're visiting for business or leisure. I would definitely come back.

تعرضت للخداع من الموظف الحجز لشخصين لاكن رفض ان يدخل الشخص الآخر معي مع ان الحجز كما هو واضح لشخصين

Personál byl velice milý a snažil se mi ve všem vyjít vstříc. Pokoj byl čistý a perfektně vybaveny.

الفندق هادىء جدا من الداخل،نظيف بشكل عام، مع توفر مواقف سيارات جيدة نسبيا، تعامل الطاقم ودود.

الفندق يقع في منطقة سكنية مزدحمة.

Nothing worth this bad hotel from all aspects

We arrived at the hotel and the receptionist told me that my two little kids who are aged below 5 are not allowed to enter with me and I should book a bigger room. The staff were rude and not cooperative. What they told me was not mentioned in the booking rules and policies. I asked for the manager and they didn't allow me to speak with him. I was upset, left the hotel, and booked in another hotel with good location and price, and welcoming staff.

The staff are very professional and friendly, very clean and respectful place.

The room very spacious and cozy

the staff is very polite and friendly. The room and the whole hotel overall feel luxery.

Despite the booking shows there is gym with photo, but the hotel receiptionist informed that it was closed since COVID.

Honestly, everything literally everything, and I’m sure people who visited the place do know what I am talking about. The stuff are over friendly and and know you by the name if you revisited the hotel. What you see is what you get, to me personally this means a lot because most of other hotels post something while the reality is really different, badly different to the point that makes you wonder if u’re in the same place you booked ur room. A special thanks to the lumiere family Mr. Nazeem, Mr Emad, Mr Omar.. everyone till the nice bill boys they have

They accept only cash and only KWD, they refused to take UAE Dirhams They refused to give me an invoice with my company name as the invoice had been issued on the system with my name and they can’t change Elevator was bad

The rooms are, spacious, Cousy, contains self service equipment and the staff are very professional and flexible From the check in till the Check out, it's Mr. Nazeem and his entire crew and Ms. Venessa at the checkout got me taking care off. Just like my previous visit and that what made come again.

All rooms smells like cigarettes, elevators and hallways also Every day someone blocks my car and i need to wait for them to remove the car Hotel policy is the stupidest, all rooms have only one king bed with one sofa but if you’re a family of more than 2 you need to book a room of 50m2 !! Who counts the room by its space and not bed numbers ? All staff were rude and not helpful at all !! My whole stay sucked because of this hotel , never booking here again
