Chambre mérite mieux : la salle de bain vétuste (lunettes de WC et rideau face à la porte d’entrée principale de la chambre)

Chambre propre Piscine agréable Globalement l'hôtel est à l'image de la majorité des autres logements de Amed : daté et mal entretenu.

Hotel assez vieillissant et mal entretenu....pourtant il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour le rendre plus accueillant. Certaines chambres sont sur plusieurs niveaux avec des escaliers pas toujours faciles. Les salles de bain sont assez rustiques. Déçu par rapport aux photos sur le site.

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. L’hôtel est bien placé en face de l’océan. Notre chambre avait vu sur l’océan et sur le volcan. La chambre était agréable et propre, prendre en compte que c’est une maisonnette en bois et que le bas avec les toilettes, ainsi que la douche (elle est dehors), est ouverte donc il fait assez chaud et des insectes peuvent entrer. La chambre par contre est climatisée et très agréable. La piscine était super, il y a aussi des transats sur la plage. Il n’y a pas de Grab et de Gojek à Amed, donc nous avons utilisé le service de taxi de l’hôtel et ça s’est très bien passé.

Hôtel en bord de plage. Au calme et proche de tout en même temps. Chambres originales toutes différentes. Belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très attentionné.

Chambre à l'étage sur 3 niveaux (douche au RDC, toilettes et lavabo au 1er et lit au 3eme ) bien pour notre ado mais peut-être compliquée pour un couple.

Estuve en una de sus habitaciones que era una cabañita. Es un lugar con mucho encanto, limpio y al lado del mar.

Que justo en la cabaña en la que estuve, tenía que bajar al baño por unas escaleritas estrechas y como el baño no estaba en la habitación (no tenía aire acondicionado) hacía mucho calor por el cambio de ambiente… es un poco incómodo si ya estás cómodo para ir a descansar y tienes que bajar. Aún así, volvería (todo sea eso, claro :))

The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly, caring and helpful. The property is unique. It looks as though it has been built from discarded timbers over many, many years. So much so that every room is totally different from every other room. There is nothing modern in the property and this really adds to it charm. There was plenty of hot water with lots of pressure in the bathroom and the aircon is quite efficient. The restaurant offered quite a variety of food and this was always tasty and well presented. THE BEER WAS COLD. There is enough un the way of shops and restaurants in the vicinity to keep you satisfied. The ocean is right at your doorstep.

There was no electric kettle in the room but hot water could always be sourced from the staff.

La chambre juste en face de la plage. Spacieuse avec un énorme lit. Personnel à l'écoute et baignade au pied de l'hôtel pour voir pas mal de poissons. Tout à proximité.

Lavabo pas du tout pratique, petit déjeuner peut s'améliorer. Faire payer les accessoires pour le snorkeling c'est un peu limite surtout pour à peine 1h...

Essen hat ewig gedauert und jeder hat verteilt sein Essen bekommen. Kaum vegetarisches Essen, große Sprachbarrieren. Viele Gerichte wurden mit Fischöl zubereitet und schmeckten so.

Un hôtel très agréable, nous avions pris la chambre la plus proche de la mer. Vous dormez avec le bruit des vagues.. 50k par jour pour la location de snorkeling (palme incluses). La chambre est vraiment top et spacieuse. Une petite piscine est appréciable également. Nous avons effectivement vu des tortues sur la plage d’en face mais attention aux coraux il vous faut absolument des chaussures d’eau. L’hôtel sert un très bon petit dej et nous pouvons aussi y manger. Nous avons également loué un scooter. L’emplacement est vraiment top, la vie est paisible à Amed.

Si vraiment vous voulez dormir en journée, il est possible d’être un peu dérangé par les gens qui viennent manger mais franchement c’est léger.

Idéalement positionné sur la baie de Jemeluk. La plongée avec tuba, juste en face de l'établissement, offre un spectacle remarquable de coraux et de poissons. Nous avons également eu le privilège d'apercevoir deux tortues. Nous occupions la chambre Karangasem. La douche se trouve à l'extérieur, au niveau du rez-de-chaussée, les toilettes sont situées au premier étage, et la chambre est au deuxième niveau (il faut être en forme pour monter les escaliers). C'est un agencement singulier mais plein de charme.Les fenêtres de la chambre permettent d'avoir une vue sur la mer au loin. Les petit-déjeuner sont simple mais savoureux.

Le seul bémol fut l'absence d'un sèche-cheveux.

La chambre bien que la salle de bain soit surprenante et mériterait quelques réparation ( Le sol de la douche notemment). La piscine, l'accès à la mer et les resto de l’hotel d’a côté. Le petit déjeuner est très bien

Lots of stairs, issues with AC and animals inside the houses. Shower at the ground floor, we at the first floor, bedroom on a 2nd floor and very steep entrance

Situation géographie : accès à zone snokeling Jemeluk Beach facilement (5 mins à pieds), un peu loin des centres Amed mais tout est accessible à pieds Personnel est sympa Petit déjeuner copieux

Un peu bruyant due au fait qu'il se trouve le long de la rue principale et on entend le bruit de scoute. Le clim ne marche pas très bien et on a dû demander un ventilateur pour dépanner.

Perhaps to refurbish the place especially the rooms and restaurant as it looked a little run down.

Le personnel était très souriant et accommodant, le lit était bon. Pour la plongée à 6:30 du mat ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter.

Pas réellement de vue sur la mer, petite piscine. Tout est un peu rustique mais cela fait aussi partie du charme.

Le cadre ,la décoration des chambres, bon petit déjeuner. La tranquillité 😀.

Very clean and spacious rooms with direct access to rooms. The beach is very calm and you can have breakfast with a beach view.

We loved the design of this hotel—it had a beautiful, Japanese-inspired zen vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing in a great location right on the beach with views of the volcano and a fantastic sunrise spot. They also helped arrange a fun snorkeling trip, and the resident cat Peanut was such a cute bonus!

Quirky rooms with a beach vibe.

The villa next door has speakers right next to the room we had and the people staying turned on the music when they had breakfast and didn’t turn off the music until after midnight. This happened 3 of the 7 days we stayed.

Location and friendly staff. Food is nice and the price of accommodation is very good value.

Pillows had damp smell. Our snacks were eaten by a mouse.

La ubicación, que el hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares, el servicio es excelente nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado y las habitaciones están muy bien. Es pequeño y muy familiar, lo hemos pasado muy bien.

Great rooms, super interestingly designed. Something different than most standard bungalows. We recommend it if you're looking for interesting places. Great location by the beach and right next to Jemeluk Beach. Nice restaurant with good food, good breakfast included.

Everything, the location was perfect, the rooms are so big and comfortable. I stayed in the front room with ocean views from my balcony. The staff are so lovely and helpful!

Logement très agréable au bord de la plage, où l'on peut faire du snorkeling. Endroit paisible, à deux pas du centre de Amed et des centres plongées. Nombreux warung accessibles en 5 minutes à pied. La chambre était propre et agréable, la literie de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner correct.

We liked the spacious accommodation and proximity to the beach. The deck with the view of the sea for meals or simply relaxing was very special. I had some work to do while I was there so the presence of power out on the deck for my lap top was also a bonus.

Un lieu calme, à taille humaine, un accueil chaleureux. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, les repas délicieux et l'emplacement sur la plage devant un incroyable spot de snorkeling avec tortues, coraux de toutes les couleurs et poissons à foison! On reviendra! Merci beaucoup!

Безусловно персонал старается. Завтрак входил в стоимость моего домика с названием Amed и включал несколько опций на выбор, в том числе традиционный комплекс: яйца, бекон, фасоль. Вкусные свежевыжатые соки. Также мы воспользовались спец предложением и заказали комплексный ужин с уткой за 155 к дирхам. Готовят нормально. Небольшой не особо богатый риф находится прямо напротив отеля - 10-50 метров и вы видите морских обитателей.

Мы уехали на день раньше. Сам домик сделан из того что попалось под руку, туалетная зона расположена странно, в душ нужно спуститься на этаж ниже. Весь санузел напоминает деревенский туалет в худшем проявлении. Владельцы украсили туалет деревянными элементами, похоже на что-то антикварное, но облезлое и пыльное. Из-за щелей между досками и плетеной крыши в доме жара. Когда трогаешь стены, они прям горячие. Кондиционер и потолочный вентилятор с охлаждением этого всего не справляются, мало того, дует в сторону кровати. Полы чистые, но везде по углам и на элементах декора пыль. По кровати ползали насекомые, по стенам номера внутри лазили гекконы, в последний день на кровати обнаружили их какашки. Сам курорт на мой взгляд не стоит посещения, каменистый пляж, инфраструктуры около отеля особой нет. Вечером делать нечего, если в ближайших кафе никто не выступает.

Fabulous breakfast, great options for lunch and dinner. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely stretch of beach in front of the hotel with a few loungers.

Our accommodation was over 3 floors which wouldn't suit everyone. However if added to the charm of it.

This place is exactly what I was looking for in Amed. I have stayed in 3 sudamala groups properties before and they have all been exceptional experiences. Looking forward to staying again soon 🙏

Die Frühstücksterrasse. Die Lage des Bungalows direkt am Strand. Strandliegen waren wenige, aber haben immer gereicht. Man kann direkt am Hotel schnorcheln und Schildkröten sehen. Gehen Sie zum Warung Bobo und lassen sich von dort mit der Strömung bis zum Hotel treiben. Einzigartige Unterwasserwelt direkt am Hotel!

Die Schlitze zwischen den Holzbrettern und das ohne Moskitonetz. Der Bungalow ist sehr rustikal, das führt dazu, dass im Bad halt auch mal eine Ratte zu Besuch kommt. Trotz alledem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Schade war auch die Lärmbelästigung durch andere Hotelgäste, die bis spät in die Nacht auf der Frühstücksterrasse gefeiert haben. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

The bungalow is really nice, right in front of the beach. The place is very quiet so we weren’t not disturb at all. The staff is super nice and arranging. The restaurant is really good too.

The parking space only enough for 1 car, smells of bathroom like sewage needs to be add fragrance. Ac need to be more maintenance or clean due it takes a long time to cool.

Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Resort avec quelques gites en bois. Le nôtre était sur pilotis et sur 3 niveaux (rdc : douche extérieur directement au sol, 1er : wc, lavabo, espace de rangement pour les valises, 2eme : chambre climatisée avec vue sur la mer). Un peu déroutant au début mais finalement pas déplaisant. Bon Petit déjeuner à la carte à déguster sur la terrasse face à la mer (superbe !). Transat disponible sur la terrasse ou la plage. Baignade en face. Équipe disponible.

Gite non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Très chaud au 1er niveau. Ne pas choisir le petit déjeuner français car décevant par rapport aux autres choix.

L'équipe de cet hôtel est exceptionnelle !! Ils sont au petit soin pour leurs hôtes. L'emplacement les pieds dans l'eau au bord d'une plage parfaite pour le snorkeling où nous avons pu voir énormément de poissons et des tortues, loin de la foule de la baie de Jemeluk. Notre chambre était propre et grande. L'hôtel est très charmant, les repas pris le soir et les petits déjeuner étaient délicieux également. Un petit hôtel idéalement situé si vous souhaitez être chouchouté et loin de la foule !

Le seul point négatif est l'isolation de la chambre. Nous n'entendions pas du tout la route, mais malheureusement les autres clients de l'hôtel.

La proximité de la plage et des spots de snorkeling. Nous avons pu voir des tortues et des étoiles de mer. Personnel très sympathiques et serviable comme de partout sur l île 😊. Pdj parfait nous avons même déjeuner le midi et rien à dire sur les repas. Style cabane sympa. La chambre et la salle était top.

La proximité avec la route on entend le coq de la route d en face toute la nuit. Trop de lumière dans la chambre pas de rideaux sur les fenêtres en hauteur. Dommage

Excellent value for money, staff extremely kind and helpful, the room with a sea view was lovely. Breakfast was tasty, with a few options. Safe, friendly and relaxed environment. Plenty of snorkeling opportunities just around the corner - and actually even in front of the hotel. Would probably deserve a 0.5 higher rate but Booking doesn't allow that :)

Like many hotels with similar architecture, the acoustic insulation is not great so ine has to hope other guests at breakfast are respectful - but the plus is being able to fall asleep with the sound of waves

Next to the beach, with a characteristic Japanese build and very good kitchen we had a lovely stay.

The rooms are very different. Only two are at the front at the beach and are great. Others are more in the back.

Perfect location, beautiful sunset, spacious room, nice breakfast, attentive staff. We stayed only one night, but it was amazing to wake up with the sound of waves and the view of the sea.

Small boutique hotel with only 7 chalets. There are only 7 staff but they are super helpful and friendly. Very much a family feel. All are great! And I will come back again if I come to this part of Bali.
