Maikhao Beach Residence

Really enjoyed my stay here, very impressed with the room and pool for the price. There air-con was really good and everywhere was very clean. The lady at reception was absolutely lovely and even offered to take me to the shop on my first night as I had no luggage! Very close to local shops, 7/11 and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Have to walk on the road (no pavement) to restaurants/beach. Local areas so not many exciting things happening around. Even 7eleven is a bit of a walk.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, lovely outdoor pool, surrounded by trees and animal noises,while being close to the beach, shops, main road and airport.

The lighting had a weird 'blue' affect which was cold. We would have liked to have stayed longer but it was the end of the trip but would highly recommend it to future travellers. All staff we spoke with were great as well .

The room was very large and clean and also had a kitchen area with a sink and fridge. The WiFi was good and there was also a TV with English channels. It was very peaceful and the people running it were very helpful and accommodating. It was close to the Soi Dog Sanctuary where I was volunteering.

The pool was great but it would have been nice to have colder water! The TV was a bit small and a sofa would have been nice.

Понравилось расположение апартаментов, приветливый персонал, есть бассейн. Можно взять велосипед бесплатно. Очень тихо и спокойно, поют птицы, много зелени на территории и красивых цветов. Территория небольшая.

Такого не было, единственное мне вечером не хватало света , в апартаментах тусклый свет, можно добавить светильников!

Eine super Wahl um in einem ruhigen Hotel zu entspannen, Preis/Leistung passt hier wirklich. Der Pool ist schön und meistens hat man ihn für sich allein. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat ein Fitnessstudio und kostenlose Fahrräder zum leihen.

Das ich nur so kurz da war

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ca 5 Minuten vom Strand, die Dame an der Rezeption ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann nach demAuschecken bis zum Abflug noch Pool und Dusche benutzen. Danke nochmal dafür.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, das Wasser im Pool ist seeehr warm, für uns fast zu warm.

I had a wonderful stay at Maikhao Beach Residence in Phuket. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the crowded and busy tourist areas. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet, making it ideal to truly disconnect and enjoy your time. The location is great — just a short walk or drive to the beautiful Mai Khao Beach, which is clean, long, and not crowded at all. There are also a few nice local restaurants and small shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. It really feels like a hidden gem in Phuket. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful stay close to nature but still convenient for food and essentials.

- dunkle Seitenstraße - unsere Balkontür war nicht abschließbar - eine Glühbirne direkt über dem Bett hat gefehlt (gibt ungutes Gefühl wegen möglicher Kamera) - viele Russen in der Gegend - einer hat ins Waschbecken gekotzt, daraufhin hat auch unser Zimmer durch die Rohre aus dem Waschbecken danach gerochen - Check-out hat ca. 30min gedauert, weil uns gesagt wurde, wir sollen uns setzen und warten, obwohl nichts mehr benötigt wurden, aber es war niemand da, der englisch sprach

Второй раз уже останавливаемся в этом месте. Нам понравилось соотношение цены и качества. Недалеко от аэропорта (минут 20 на машине) и пляжа (минут 5-7) пешком. На пляже менее людно, чем на других пляжах, для нас это стало определяющим фактором. Персонал приветливый, хорошо убирается, рады помочь. Мы не пользовались, но в номере были кофе, сахар, бутылки с водой, а в комплексе комната, типа мини-кухня, где можно разогреть еду. Я советую это место тем, у кого нет сильно высоких требований, но хочется уединения, чистоты и быстрого трансфера в аэропорт.

Großes Appartement, sauber und einfach gehalten.

Der Pool war sehr warm und dreckig, am Rand angelehnt hat man schwarze Schlieren abbekommen. Pooltoilette 2 Tage lang nicht geeinigt da verstopft... Bilder sind nicht ganz original getreu.

Super freundliches Personal, tolle Unterkunft, sehr geräumig. Sehr sauber. Schöner Pool. Lage in Strandnähe, Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, trotzdem kein Fluglärm

Hôtel avec piscine, à 10 min à pied de la plage. Quelques restaurants proches côté plage et côté route. La chambre est bien équipée. Machine à laver à disposition (50 baths pour une machine) très utile au moment où nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel pour une prolongation de séjour non prévue. La tenancière est vraiment au top, très accueillante, très gentille et très serviable.

Le lit n'était malheureusement vraiment pas confortable. La climatisation est très (trop) proche du lit, ce qui pour le coup donne trop froid pendant la nuit.

Accueil exceptionnel. A proximité de l'aéroport sans en avoir le bruit. Possibilité de prendre des vélos pour aller aux alentours. Possibilité de rester à la piscine, de prendre une douche et de se changer avant de prendre notre vol si l'on a libéré la chambre à midi

Dejligt lille "resort" rigtig gode værelser med lille køkkenniche, stort badeværelse, alt nyere. Vi var der også sidste år, valgte det som afslutning på vores tur, da det ligger tæt på lufthavnen, 15 minn. i taxi, men det viste sig at være et dejligt sted, og vi var her igen i år. Dejlig pool, meget hjælpsomt personale, meget rent og pænt, nyere, stranden og god men kan virke lidt voldsom, bliver hurtig dyb. Bedst om formiddag, skygge, og så er det poolen om eftermiddagen. Solnedgang populær henne ved lufthavne, rigtig mange menesker laver film med fly. Man kan låne cykler på hotellet, eller tage en Tuk derhen. Gode små spisester oppe på hovedgade. Dejlig morgenmadsted Apple Tree Cafe

Egenligt kan man ikke sige noget negativt, dog vil jeg nævne poolen, god stor pool, men vandet virker hurtigt mindre friskt, måske noget med filter, liggestole, her ville det være dejligt med hynder.

The loveliest family-run accommodation. Beautiful pool and lovely environment with gardens, gym, bikes and plenty of loungers under shaded cabanas. Great location too, if you want a chilled out few days with easy 5 minute walk to cafes, 7-11, beautiful beach and a fantastic beach restaurant with delicious Thai food, drinks and amazing pizza. Very relaxed all round.

Pas de petit déjeuner mais pas un problème car plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Accueil extraordinaire très disponible et d’une extrême gentillesse. Prestations à la hauteur. Je conseille fortement.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I cant say enough good things about the people working at this hotel. The pool was clean and plenty of lounge chairs. The water was barely.colder than the air temperature so it wasn't as refreshing as I hoped. Loved the shower facilities at the pool so we could freshen up before our late afternoon flight after we had checked out of our room. They also provide beach mats and bicycles to make getting to and from the beach a bit easier.

The bed was quite hard and the room lighting was quite dim, especially the bathroom. The shower had mildew and did not drain so our whole bathroom flooded even though I only has the water running less than a minute to soap up and then another minute to rinse. The water pressure was excellent though. I did expect the room to be a bit nicer considering the price point.

Receptionisten var virkelig sød og hjælpsom og hun er årsagen til at det bliver rated højere end det egentilig fortjener. Hotellet havde cykler til udlån som var fantastisk Det var forholdsvis stille om natten Det var grønt og frodigt og der var ikke langt at gå til den smukkeste strand Maikao Beach. . Har aldrig set et mere smukt sted ved solnedgang og ingen turister ved stranden. Den fortjerner virkelig 9 stjerner

Sengene var virkelig hårde. Der manglede håndsæbe til håndvask. Der var ikke mulighed for at tilkøbe morgenmad på dette sted. Fællesområdet var meget rodet. Dette sted lover ikke mere end hvad der står så man kan ikke være utilfreds men poolen bliver anvendt af så mange mennesker, så den er varm og der kan ikke renses ordentligt op i den, så der kommer belægninger og vækst på fliser.

Gail var fantastisk hjælpsom og sød og det var resten af personalet også. Gail taler også rigtig godt engelsk og det var meget nemt at kommunikere og lave aftaler. Vores søn fik en gave af Gail, da vi tog af sted. Så sødt og betænksomt. Stedet var dejligt. Lækker pool og hyggelig have. Det tager 5min at gå ned til stranden. Vi havde en dejlig stor terrasse. Air condition fungerede godt. Lejligheden var fin og havde det man skulle bruge. Der er et spisested meget tæt på som laver mad og fruit shakes. Ellers skal man ned til stranden eller op i byen. Vi elskede at bo der og forlængede vores ophold flere gange. Både pga område og pga stedet og Gail. Området er ikke så turistet og det er også skønt. Vi håber på at komme tilbage!

Som børnefamilie var det kun lidt besværligt ift morgenmad, da restauranterne i byen og ved stranden først åbnede omkring 10.30. Så det er smart at sørge for at have noget der kan tilberedes hjemme. Der er mikroovn og køleskab.

Very clean and quiet, the pool is lovely. A really friendly atmosphere. The young lady who works in the office is excellent. If you rent a bike it's easy to explore the surrounding area. Short walk to the beach.

Очень приветливый персонал , отдыхали тут 3 ночи, после путешествия по острову . Тихое, спокойное место, для семейного отдыха , номера чистые , просторные, есть все самое необходимое , отель предлагает барбекю зону и стиральную машинку с порошком для стирки одежды, очень теплый бассейн с морской водой , нам понравилось место 👍🏻

Прекрасный уютный отель вдали от суеты! Дружелюбный приятный персонал, чистая территория, уборка номеров производилась через день. По приезду в номерах было только по одному большому полотенцу, но по просьбе полотенца были предоставлены еще. Удобно, что можно брать бесплатно велосипеды на прокат. Есть спортивный зал, тренажеры там не очень новые, но позаниматься вполне можно. Также имеется летняя кухня, где при наличии можно приготовить или разогреть еду. В целом, отдых был прекрасным! Соотношение цены и качества полностью оправдано!

L‘appartamento molto grande, composto da un bagno con doccia separata, una camera da letto e un‘ampia zona soggiorno con un forno microonde, frigorifero e bollitore per l‘acqua. C‘e‘ anche una spaziosa zona esterna privata. La struttura ha anche una grande piscina ( molto pulita ), e una zona coperta per cucinate e una lavatrice a pagamento. C‘e‘ anche un posteggio per l‘auto. Il residence dista circa 300 metri dalla spiaggia e da un paio di ottimi ristoranti locali. Ci siamo fermati per 4 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Torneremo.
