Castello Hotel

Parking space behind the Hotel. Additional breakfast service for my Friends they arrived early in the morning by ferry. Again thanks you for that

Clean comfortable nice staff easy parking

Nulla

Room was clean , roomy, uncluttered, convenient to shops and restaurants, and had a pleasant sitting area just outside of the door to allow for enjoying outside fresh air.

Very beautiful, all new. Very close to the university. Staff very helpful . The rooms are big.

Breakfast could be improved

Clean comfortable and close location to hospital

Vybaveni, poloha, je to krasny hotel

Sehr komfortabel, gute und sichere Parkplätze, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

./.

Great stay, wonderful garden and staff, amazing breakfast.

All great

Very handy for university and close to shops, cafes etc.

Nothing.

Very clean, and staff was helpful. It is very close to the hospital, you can get there on door easily.

Suuri, siisti huone keittiönurkkauksella. Kätevä sijainti, rauhallinen paikka.

Vähän karu ympäristö ja hotellin alue

Size and amenities of the room

Wifi signal could be much better.

Good breakfast, large rooms.

There was no kettle, coffee, or tea in the room.

Very good

Climate control in the room was unavailable. It got stuffy and humid without any AC. The bed was a bit too firm as I would wake up with lower back pain.

Room 4 was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. If we return to patras we would certainly try and book Castello again.

The room is huge, and actually has a small kitchen. I was unaware of this when booking the room and did not end up using the kitchen but I normally travel a lot and I lament the fact that most hotel rooms do not have a kitchen. The room was super clean and the stuff very helpful.

clean

none

Cozy room, nice modern bathroom.

We were told water was free from minibar but there was no water at all.
